We're talking a8out this, aren't we?
Source It keeps happening. It just keeps happening.
Nope. 8rowser 8ased. I can use it from a PSP.
Ever heard of E8uddy? It's an online MSN client. It works without Flash.
Gah, how come I keep 8eing the one to cease responding?!?!?!?! Are you a8le to get an MSN from where you are? It would pro8a8ly 8e more...
That's good to hear. Life's can 8e rather fun from time to time.
In other words, it is to starve. Starve while demanding the fair, and die. Frowning she rummaged through the draws of the reception, searching for her weapon of choice. The other girl asked a question, but Erika barely acknowledged it, instead focusing purely on the task in front of her. Daintily, she plucked her prizes out of the disarray of stationary she had created. A pen. A craft knife. Most importantly, a very large roll of duct tape. She tested each against her finger. Satisfied at the flow of the pen, the blade of the knife and the stick of the tape, she pocketed them and looked up, finally willing to answer the girl's question. "My 'plan' is to prevent any future murders, or have the culprit risk revealing himself." The petite detective clapped her hands to get everyone's attention, then began to outline her plan. "There are six of us here. This is enough to fit into a single corridor of bedrooms. Each one of us will go into one bedroom, and after thoroughly checking for hidden passages and hiding people, we will lock the doors. In this way, your safety is maximised. We will wait it out until the snowstorm ends, then you can go home." Of course, that was hardly all there was to Erika's planning. What sort of detective would rely on mere locks? Any killer worth his salt will be proficient in lock picking, or have a master key. There would have to be something else. And, because Erika is brilliant, she has just that. "The locks themselves will hardly protect you from the killer. Our beloved Culprit-san is quite possibly in possession of a master key, or the ability to pick locks. Who knows? Perhaps he'd lure you into opening the door yourself with his dulcet tones? Quite clearly, this system is flawed." Eyes sparkling, she grasped the duct tape. Then, smiling her sweetest smile, she held it up as though it were their last bastion of hope. (Indeed, it very well might be!) "That is where this comes in. The humble roll of duct tape in all its adhesive finery. If placed over the doorframe and the door, with notches in it and my signature applied, it is nigh on impossible to replicate. This will give assurance that neither the doors nor windows have been opened. but As much as dear Culprit-san would love to murder you, he would greatly like to avoid revealing that he was the only one to leave his room when going on his killing spree." Feeling that she'd suitably presented an unsavoury condition of splitting up the couples, Erika revised her suggestion in order to appear more reasonable. After all, people are always more likely to go along with what you suggest if you appear to compromise. Letting her face form a surprised expression, almost as though she'd forgotten something, she added on to her previous speech, "Oh, but I've missed something. It's not fair of me to keep you people separated. After all, there's just been a murder. I'm sure some of you will want to seek comfort with one another." She eyed Jake and Jessica knowingly before continuing, "So feel free to choose one other person to be with you. Needless to say, it would be a shame for you to choose to spend the day with Angela's killer, so choose wisely. "We will begin by sealing the entrances to the lodge, so we will know if anyone has entered or departed. Then we will progress to the guest rooms to inspect them and seal the windows and doors there." Clasping her hands, the young girl surveyed the small crowd, then, face glowing with anticipation, spoke the words she loved so much. "Simply by the existence of this duct tape, this level of reasoning is possible for Erika Furudo. What do you think, everyone?"
Just that. Not too much. Just enough to stop it holding up the RP while you were away. Speaking of holding up the RP, I'll get to making a post tonight, really. >____>
Nothing new, sadly. It's 8ecause we are currently on a shared server of poor quality. It means that we occasionally have downtimes. While the admins can remedy the worst of it if they are online, they cannot do anything a8out the root of the pro8lem, for that lies with the owner of the site, SPdude. He pays little attention to the site, and is unwilling to upgrade the server we are on, so unless we get a new owner who is more accomod8ing, we are left to endure.
I 8elieve this thread is one such example.
Yes. Yes I am. Why do you ask?
Point taken. I will correct that. Quite possi8ly, yeah. I left them as unaccounted for, 8ecause we didn't have any confirm8ion. It was an interesting idea that Xeitr had a8out spirits 8eing in Key8lades. That could have something to do with it. It was strongly implied that Eraqus was also inside Terra at the end of BBS. I 8elieve Nomura may have confirmed this too. It happened when Eraqus was struck down, and fell into Terra. His heart entered him then. Yes, Aqua meets up with Ansem the Wise in the Realm of Darkness, on the shore. The pro8lem is, we need it to 8e a situ8ion in which there is am8guity on who the Key8lade actually goes to, as the Kingdom Key was torn 8etween Sora and Riku, eventually deciding upon Sora. (See Hollow 8astion visit in KH1.) Actually, yeah, you're right here. When I initially made the post, I assumed that there were a limited num8er of Key8lades, and the succession ceremony passed them on, or something like that. (past!Me is confusing me.) Also, as you've pointed out, past!Me seems dead set on keeping Ven's Key8lade with him, which is kinda weird, as he's not using it or anything. So I think I'll fix that up too. This works. When did Sora go to sleep in comparison to Xion arriving/o8taining a Key8lade? Perhaps if we give Roxas Ven's, then it works out without having two people using the same at once. Or did Nomura say something a8out this? I seem to remem8er something... I mentioned it earlier, 8ut I pro8a8ly didn't make the connection too clear. Yes, you're right on these, and I think I've covered them previously. Souls are required for life, as st8ed in the Secret Reports. The Lingering Sentiment is just residual emotion, AFAIK. (Also, it's hinted/hypothesised that Aqua's armour 8ecomes a Sentiment, which is what Xemnas is speaking to in some FM+ scenes, which can't work, since Aqua still has her soul.) I think I've responded to the non-repeated points you made. Now to go and fix it up. Thanks for the help! EDIT: Gone through and fixed it up with some stuff per your advice.
Not 8ad at all. Nice ideas a8out the souls. It ties in with Roxas' dual wielding, as it accounts for Xion's soul. The only flaw I see is that the soul is a requisite of life, so to have people wandering around without a soul would cause pro8lems. I suppose we could proxy in some light-magic to make up for it, as we are doing with Sora throughout COM, 8ut overusing that seems to downplay the use of souls.
Necro8umping this up due to a revival of personal interest, and so as to get more votes. it makes more sense than to make a new thread, 8ecause then everyone who voted 8efore would have to vote again.
You'll pro8a8ly 8e a8le to pull this one together. It doesn't seem that anyone is too angry at you. (I can't really see why though. If I were in...
The downside is that the lack of post count encourages and/or endorses offtopic discussion in this section, as it 8oth denies the poster of their 'reward' for posting meaningful posts and implies that the posts here are of the same calibre as spam. /selfdemonstr8ingexample
Here's the site's unofficial chatroom. Voxli can always use more 8ritish accents. Oh, and welcome to KHV and all that jazz.
Ah, sorry. Made any progress on the social situ8ion? It sounds quite the mess that you've made for yourself. That said, it'll pro8a8ly work...
Monochrome vote.
Does this section actually give post counts? I was under the impression that it did not. I guess I'll find out after this post. EDIT: I was correct. For whatever reason, this forum does not give post count. I'm not sure why, 8ut that's for another thread. I 8elieve he was referring to the Legendary Pin, which requires 2000 posts and 1000 reput8ion points to o8tain. As for the suggestion: I do not support it, for I do not acknowledge a pro8lem. Currently, I never rep more than ten people per day, and that's a limit that I find is more than fair. Increasing how much rep is given could be worthwhile for newer users. Not an exponential though; just a boost at the beginning. Start everyone off with a certain amount of rep? Somewhere 8etween two and five as a starting point seems fair enough, and would stop those intolera8le grey gems from appearing on my profile.
