"I guess I'm just alittle upset still.... I know Rikus still okay but...it hurts to know he doesn't have his body."Sora whispered to Kairi. He could feel a rough kick, rubbing his stomach. "At least the little ones still healthy and active..."he gave a small sigh. Valerie was looking at Sora and Kairi. "hmph. Kairi's so lucky. I'd LOVE to have a gay best friend. and she has Two."she gave a small pout. "and look at my hair! It took so long to grow it back out last time. Ugh, and I am so tired of walking. I wish the keyhole would just come to us instead of having to come to it."Valerie was more complaining then chatting as they kept going. OOC/EDIT:Gosh darnit, E-chan.>3<
"Okee dokee Loki."Valerie said. Sora nodded, starting to head off. Riku was taking in what Eden told him, frowning. "I did it again.... I can't believe I lost myself to the darkness again..."
"Maybe. We won't really know until we try..."Sora said, feeling the baby become more active once it knew that everything was calm again. "So I guess we stay in one group this time to avoid another ambush..."Valerie didn't mind sticking together this time. At least then we wouldn't have to worry about to worry about many elixir highs with two responsible ones and a pregnant keyblade master. It took Riku a while to answer, still shaking everything off. "Eden...? Wh-What happened?! The last thing I remembered were the White musrhooms that kepy giving us Elixirs and then...Nothing..."He was a bit confused. Sora was suprised to still be able to hear Riku. But it was only Riku due to the mind connection.
"I already have one persons heart in mine.... I don't need another one..."Sora had heard about Ventus-and about Terra, Aqua...and Vanitas. He couldn't help but want to help the three friends be reunited. Valerie was still amazed that the baby was kicking, hands staying on Sora's belly in awe. Hey Kairi-chan, the babys kicking!"she couldn't help but smile. Sora chuckled at the girls enthusiasm. Without a heartless to get the body back from, getting Riku back to his human self was going to be alot harder. Sora knew this, but he definately wanted Riku back...
Sora looked at the heart. "I understand..."he was a bit reluctant to give it up, but carefully gave it to Eden. Valerie was glad to see Sora had calmed down, hands going down from her hug. As her hands got to Sora's middle she felt a weak kick, eyes going wide in amazement. Sora felt relieved that the baby was okay after that stressful moment, having a small smile.
Sora froze, knowing Eden had a point. "I know, I know... I'm sorry. It's just.... With what's going on now and the baby....I'm just a wreck..."Sora felt guilty for yelling. "Its okay, Sora.... We know that the pregnancy's starting to take its toll on you..."Valerie still had Sora in a warm hug.
"You...You...You..."Sora looked at Eden. "How could you do that! I know that Wyverns are dangerous but that was RIKU! You KNEW it was! and you knew that one of us could've been able to save him and get him back to normal! Are you insane?!"Sora went from upset to furious in an instant, still holding the heart close. "Sora, think about the baby..."Valerie said, not wanting Sora to do anything he would regret.
OOC:You better have a plan now...>-> BIC:Sora looked at the heart, taking it in his hands. He held it close, feeling its warmth. "Oh, Riku..."he whispered, the warmth of Rikus heart calming him down. "So now what? How can we change Riku back?"Valerie huffed, out of ideas.
Sora was still sobbing, definately on the breaking point. His stomach was starting to cramp up, the baby not taking to the stress well. It was a warning message-any more stress put on Sora and the brunette would lose the baby. "Sora, you need to calm down. Don't forget about the baby..."Valerie wrapped her arms around Sora in an attempt to calm the older male down.
The what wasn't seen floating away with the hard was a dark flame, just like the one that happened when Valerie changed back to normal. Sora screamed as Eden finished off the wyvern, feeling as if the last of his sanity went with the slayed Heartless. "Riku... No, no, no... Not Riku... Please no."Sora burst into tears, shaking his head. "Sora..."Valerie held a comforting hand out to Sora. "DON'T TOUCH ME!"Sora snapped, pushing Valerie away. His body was extremely stressed, which was definately bad for the baby inside him. Sora just cried, in a constant chant of "no...No...oh please no..."
"Be careful, thats Riku!"Sora screamed, after what seemed like an eternity of silence. You could definately hear the panic in his voice. and who could blame him. Not only did his best friend turned lover turn into a heartless, but a very powerful one at that. It proved how strong Rikus darkness, and Sora hated it. He didn't like that he lost Riku. He just couldn't believe that the monster before him was...was... "Sora! Snap out of it!"Valerie's voice brought Sora back to reality. The Wyvern cried out in rage, taking to the skies. A princess... Oh, this will be fun! so much fun! It charged towards Kairi. "Thunder!"Valerie cast a thunder spell, striking the heartless in the back. The wyvern cried out in agony, barely able to recover before it crashed to the ground.
Sora was frozen by a mix of shock and fear. "Sora, Move!"Valerie was trying to calm the heartless of Riku down, but the more they did to calm it down the more the creature got agitated. The heartless let out a shrill cry, noticing one of the prey was frozen. My prey....
Valerie hopped as high as she could when the Wyvern charged at her, actually landing on the heartless' back as it went back into the air. The heartless cried out in agony for some reason. Valerie noticed scars on the Wyverns back, eyes widening in realization. "Hey guys! Its-"she yelped as the Wyvern did an aerial corkscrew to get her off. "Are you okay?!"Sora asked. "Yeah...ow. But anyway. That Wyvern is Riku! he has the scars on his back and everything!"Valerie said. Sora froze, eyes going wide. "R-Riku...?"His voice cracked, almost like he was trying not to cry. "RIKU!"He cried out. The heartless that was once Riku was too enraged to listen to Sora. It wanted its prey dead. It wanted to feed off the lights in their hearts...
Sora sighed, glad they were at a clear area of the vast area. Suddenly the black Wyvern landed at the group, glad to find its pray. "Craaaaaap!"Valerie seemed a bit panicked. Sora gasped. Where's Kairi...? The Wyvern looked at Sora, sensing that he...knew the prey. But what did it care, the boy was beaming with light to feast on. Valerie took out her daggers, ready to battle. Sora kept Oblivion out, casting a protect spell for the childs safety.
"Long story short, we apparently were heartless ambushed during our Elixir high!"Suddenly Valerie's daggers came back to her magically. "Finnaly! I missed you two!"she smiled. Sora saw that Jeffrey wasn't as beat up as Valerie, especially with Valeries chopped hair. "Now to just find Riku..."he sighed. A Wyverns cry pierced the silence. "gaaaaah! That's getting annoying.."valerie beat her sore eardrums. "It's getting closer..."Sora frowned.
"No!"Valerie gasped, picking up the cat heartless. She was glad that there were good heartless other than the mushrooms, and she wanted to save this one. The neoshadows noticed Sora fighting off the Large body, taking the chance to pounce the girl. Valerie screamed, a barrage of thunder spells striking them. Sora gasped at the screen, the Large body being slayed. "Valerie!"he grew concerned for the girl.
OOC:You just fueled my nightmares for the next week, girl.
Suddenly as a response to the cat heartless more heartless appeared, Red Nocturnes, Blue Rhapsodies, and Yellow Operas. "Uh-oh."Valerie tried to see if she could magically summon her daggers, concentrating hard. "Oh boy..."Sora huffed, noticing the heartless cat. I wonder if thats....maybe.
OOC:OH MY GAWD, WHY?!?!?!D8 *shudders*
Sora heard rustling in the trees. "Oh no, not more heartless..."he groaned. Valerie seemed to hug the cat heartless tighter. Neoshadows and a Large Body appeared, Neoshadows growling. "Oh great..."Sora summoned Oblivion. Valerie was about to take out her dagges when she realized...they were missing. "Where did they go?!"she was a bit suprised that her dagges had vanished...until she remembered that she had been a heartless, and she couldn't magically make her daggers appear...yet.
