"Why should I care?" Tetsuya stated coldly, his eyes narrowing. This was completely unlike Tetsuya.
Ooc: I read Forgotten Realms, too, and there's a technique called Shadowstep. I just took the word shadow and the ability and added: Lunge, jump, etc. But... That is a hilarious assumption. "We got a score to settle... Demon..." He spoke, furious and driven mad. He was impatient, angry. He seemed like a broken automaton.
Shadowlunging, he appeared right in front of Hiei "Hiei!" Tetsuya shouted, blade at the ready.
One other? I thought I was the last... Sessamaru thought. He shook his head. "You should protect the innocent and loved ones. This One doesn't need to be saved... But needs to die... Sometime..." He spoke, his immortal body growing stressed. He continued to walk away, not wanting to care. If he grew closer to Alaric, then he surely knows he would kill the boy in his own blind rage. Shadowbane would make sure of that.
"Not This One..." He spoke, trying to get up. He used a large amount of his life-force producing the huge flaming balls of darkness. Stubborn, Sessamaru took his sakabatou, and used it as a crutch, limping across the field, shrugging off Tessa's hand. "Go back to safety..." He spoke, his tears still hidden.
Sessamaru, never in his life, felt the need, the lust to kill someone. But who? The Drow? Or the Thief? He shook his head. "Damn it!" He shouted, casting a spell with a single rune. A large black and purple flame, a large ball, flew across the meadow, burning everything. He repeated the spell over and over, each one larger. He fell to his knees. How much more could he hate himself for that urge? For his past? For a new foe? Sessamaru turned to regard Tessa, his tears masked by his shadowy veil produced by his cowl.
Sessamaru glared at Alaric "What common sense do you have, Thief? Stealing?" Sessamaru spoke coldly, angered at himself for losing and almost endangering them all. His voice was harsh. "Tell me common sense, coward! Would you not use common sense to save a friend? A loved one? No. Your common sense is to hide in the shadows and watch everything terrible unfold! You're no more than a child, so stay quiet and learn some wisdom if not fight and save the innocent." With that, Sessamaru walked away. "Here's the lodge... Sleep here..." Sessamaru walked away, never answering Tessa's question, nor Snow's.
Vallyn dodged, but barely, for the arrow pierced his cloak. Thinking he had enough information, the mercenary used his innate ability to levitate "Humans... Never able to stop a drow..." He said, speaking to the Thief and the Rebel, his voice musical. He turned to the Albino who had the busted nose. "You were lucky to survive this encounter... But, I respect you, so you can live until..." He trailled off, letting the dazed albino figure out the rest for himself. Vallyn vanished from sight. Sessamaru shook his head, his bum on the ground. He was not prepared for such a parry! He wiped away the blood that fell from his nose, snapping it back into place. Sessamaru got up. "He is not your average Drow..." he said, sheathing both shamshirs.
Vallyn blocked the arrow, snapping it with his other shamshir. He turned, unable to run any further without a blade in his back. He blocked the incoming blow of a blurring black blade. Sessamaru swung Shadowbane, the blade itself being blocked by another shamshir. To and fro, they traded blows, their attacks graceful, deadly, and precise. They were excellent fighters, quick and agile. Sessamaru began to work Vallyn's blades upwards, preparing to perform a double-thrust low. Vallyn tried to avoid the double-thrust, but ended up unable to succeed against it. He allowed his blades to work up, preparing for the parry. Sessamaru thrusted both of his blades towards Vallyn. Quickly, Vallyn blocked the two blades with the hilt of his blades, crossing them. With his boot, he quickly slammed his feet against the pommel, busting Sessamaru's nose.
Vallyn was the quicker. With a single swing of his shamshir, he snapped the arrow in two, already darting towards the horse, blurring across the field. The dark globe diffused, giving way to the drow's cloaked visage. Sessamaru chased after his opponent, blurring likewise. He sheathed the sakabatou, drawing out a newer blade. A black shamshir, infused with dark magic. Now, perfectly balanced in both hands, Sessamaru ran just as fast and had better ways to deflect the two curved blades of the Drow.
Sessamaru continued to shout, trying to hold his ground, but the Drow kept pressing in, his attacks furious and unbelievably fast. Sessamaru continued to parry and counter, keeping the deadly blades at bay and holding his iron-sealed defense. "Fire!" he shouted, wanting her shoot before he lost his footing.
"This One has been sick since birth..." he whispered, regaining himself as he stood, languid.
Sessamaru smirked. "Coward..." He sprung forward, being quick enough to parry the on coming blows. Sessamaru listened to the drow as the drow listened to him. Their blades were clanging against one another, audible in the darkness. "Aim towards my voice!" Sessamaru shouted, fighting the blurring figure in the darkness. Vallyn's strikes and parries were just as precise and deadly, countering his rival. How could they fight in the darkness, no one knew. Instinct drove him and his opponent, to and fro in the darkness. They seemed evenly matched.
Sessamaru held his head down, coughing violently. Blood flooded from his lungs to his lips, huge puddles of the sanguine liquid upon the ground. "No life should die..." He spoke, reminding himself why he did not kill the demons, but badly broken them to immobility. His eyes darted left and right. "We should get going..." He said, coughing once more. He wiped the blood from his lips.
Sessamaru waved the thief away. He knew from square one. He was just trying to draw out the parasite. "If you're smart... Stay back..." He warned to Alaric, knowing that the boy might not listen. Reverse-Psychology seems to work for him very well. Sessamaru didn't dare move. Vallyn darted towards them as a blur, his blades already sprung from their scabbards. Already globes of darkness were falling, their perpectual hue neverending.
Sessamaru zig-zagged across the Demon Half, dispatching demon after demon with such ease and accuracy. Seeing a large blue skinned demon, he blurred behind it, turning around, and lunging forward, beating the demon across the way he came, flying like a large cannon ball as something kept it in perpectual motion. Sessamaru kicked it forward, knowing it to be completely broken and helpless. He stood there, blades at the ready, his stance casual and deadly.
Sessamaru snapped a cold glare Alaric's way, although hidden behind his cowl. "There are many who would wish for your bounties... If you are such a grand thief, then you should know what caution and awareness are!" Sessamaru coldly spoke, aware of the current danger more than any. Vallyn stood hidden in the field 45 feet away from the three, wanted papers in his hands. He chuckled lightly, his malicious eyes scanning them. "The Thief... The Rebel... The Rogue..." He spoke, naming the three as if they were mere coins of copper, silver, and gold. He walked their way, his steps quick and silent.
A sudden wave of alarm went off for Sessamaru. "Silence!" He snapped so coldly, that his musical voice was a Nocturn of Shadow. "If you speak anymore, then they will come after us..." He spoke, his hands already upon sakabatou and shamshir. He scanned his surroundings quickly, walking casually to the Lodge door, as his long cloak hid his arms and weapons.
[Disorder] Vallyn's eyes flared. He kept his cool, though. "Fine... You, come with me..." He ordered, pointing to Tai. Vallyn slowly stepped through the portal, his cowl still pulled low. He was like a wisp, silent and never knowing.

He trembled violently.
