Its hard to explain... You know how history shouldn't be changed, When Ansems/Xenhorts studies created the heartless, history did change, when heartless are born nobodies are spawned, so when heartless are created after Ansems studies "the Timeless" are created in the times of the keyblade war.They then become denizens of light again when the first batch of the heartless are born.

Never Ven is Sora's ("timeless"( or a name along the lines of that)) Heartless are the darkness, hearts light, nobodies inbetween, then the "Timeless" are beings of the realm of present.
NO Her Nobody is(drum roll XD )Naminé and her other is kairi. Aqua is a "Timeless"(or a name along the lines of that), a being cast out of the "realm of present"(ansem reports vol.12)and forced into the events leading up to the creation of the first heartless.
I think that these new beings may be cast out of the present.And sent into the past,There are 4 realms; Light, Dark,Present,and the inbetween.So there is my theory, what about yours?
If heartess are beings of darkness, human light, nobodies the inbetween, then the realm of the present(moment in time) are the domain of yet another breed wich have now, somehow, perished.
If people read through ansems(Xenohrts)reports, they can find all sorts of secrets, and I found this mention of the " realm of present" in the official report.This is probably the closest anyone's gonna get to facts at the minute...
