"Right," Xane nodded after a minute. "Just go take a rest Vecked. The last thing we need is a Phoenix addicted to drugs. You, Xardius, and Wing are crazy enough, already."
"Head to Kanata, I guess," Xane shrugged. "To regroup at least." OOC: Also, is the battle with Mordeth going to be THE battle with Mordeth, or what?
OOC: Stop it, then. I'm back.
"Uh, what the hell are you doing?" Xane asked, noticing Vecked's twitchiness. "You won't be of any use to anyone if you're all OD'd on those pills."
"No," the Pilot answered. "We've got AirTanks giving all of our cruiser ships heavy aerial support. "We'll suffer no problems getting out of here." "I'm just sayin'," Xane continued. "If we can't beat an army, how can we beat the Brotherhood?" "You don't think we'll win?" Mellodia asked. "What? No, I'm not sayin' that," Xane said. "I mean, we gotta shape up if we wanna win this thing."
"If you say so," Xane shrugged, sitting down next to Melloda. "I just thought you'd have enough power to take them out."
"Aren't you a phoenix?" Xane yawned, nodding towards the pilot to take off. "Can't you just roast 'em or something?" the pilot made sure Xardius and some of the Knights were on board. Others made their way towards other ships. The ship then took off towards Kanata. "Pilot," Mellodia ordered," Check to see if any enemy ship are in orbit around here." "And make it quick," Xane added.
"If you say so, man, "Xane shrugged. "Before, heading towards an Enigmatic Knight ship nearby. He was surprised to find Mellodia in a seat, sittin comfortably. "Mellodia? What are you doing here?" Xane asked. "The pilot was a first timer and this ship doesn't have autopilot. I had to coach him through the whole thing," Mellodia answered. "Do you need to go somewhere?" "Kanata," Xane replied. "Kanata?" Mellodia asked. "why?" "I dunno," Xane shrugged. "But Vecked said we should head there and we need a new place to regroup anyway. Especially if the U.P.A really do have the Virus."
Xane pulled his arms apart, ripping the handcuffs in two. "We're going to Kanata, now?" Xane asked. "What do we look for there?"
"Of course thir not a threat," Xane said. "That position was also taken up by you. The Brotherhood too." OOC: Gotta go. See ya later.
"Us? We're siding with the real peace keepers here," Xane frowned. "The Knights. A little insane, but they're still heroes and not greedy, power hungry dumbasses like y'all are."
"I just didn't want to embaress your army, Cotaxus," Xane said. "Giving up now would give the rest of your troops the hope that they'd actually win this war."
Xane sighed and shook his head, looking off into the distance again. "So, where are Commander Crap and Cotaxus, anyway?"
"Yeah, I don't buy it," Xane shrugged. "Even if you did get a hold of the Virus, I have a feeling that it won't be there for long. And why are you guys usin' our title, the U.O?"
Xane eyed something in the distance, before yawning and asking. "How did you manage to catch the Virus, anyway?"
Xane frowned for a bit, before lowering his arms. The soldier's threats might as well have been empty for him, but he needed to see if they were telling the truth about their capture of the Virus, first.
"You wouldn't," Xane frowned and looked towards the soldier who spoke. "And how do we know you're tellin' the truth?"
Xane cracked his knuckles. "Hope Bella and Mellodia are okay," Xane said. "I called them in hours ago. But, I guess they can handle themselves. Right now, we need to take care of these Brotherhood soldiers."
"Well, I don't think there's really that much of a chance that the U.P.A will betray anybody. They know what's at stake," Xane said. "But, the Brotherhood...I don't even know what they're plans are in the first place. That and Scourge seems to hate the U.P.A, anyway. I wouldn't be surprised if he threw off the alliance, sent all of the Brotherhood's main members here right now, and start to try an and wipe out everyone. Friend and foe."
"That may be true, but there is no way that this little team up of theirs will go over well for either of our enemies," Xane said, before deciding that he wasn't clear enough. "I mean their gonna screw each other over before this is done. Doesn't matter for now anyway, let's just stick to our assignments."
