OOC:1-Shadows are much weaker than Neoshadows and even a young one would realize it would just be a hindrance to the mission. 2-A shadow would be more of a pawn, nothing but the first one to run into danger and possibly the first to be slayed. 3-Why would a heartless go back on earning a keybearers trust? if the heartless ever did decide to attack it could use the trust it had between keyblade masters to its advantage.

Chester listened to the Neoshadow. These people we nice to it, actually gave the heartless food and care. It was a newly created Heartless, it had never really taken a heart yet. It couldn't tell if the humans were predator or prey, so it decided to stay with the humans to decide what to do with them in the future. Of course, a young heartless did not have the thinking process of such difficult things, let alone a young Shadow...
Chester scooched closer to the Neoshadow, alittle wary. "Chester, stop wandering off. You don't want to eat anything that isn't safe, do you?"Valerie picked up the Shadow again, giggling. "A heartless for a pet... I've heard of stranger..."Riku chuckled.
"I like your hair long, Kairi."Riku admitted. "Riku! Do you think Jeffrey would look good as an actual blonde?"Valerie asked. Riku looke dover to Jeffrey. "I dunno. I think he looks fine the way he is."he shrugged. "thats because it looks like he has brown hair like Sora!"Valerie huffed. "Huh, what about me?"Sora peekd his head out the resting area, done unspiking his hair. Sora had already trimmed the tame spikes, his hair now alittle shorter than Valeries. "How do I look?"he asked, giving a small smile. "Great."Riku smiled. "Adorable!"Valerie smiled.
"You need to be bloooondeeeerrrr~"Valerie joked, looking at Jeffreys hair. She didn't mind that Jeffreys hair looked more brownish than blonde, but with her and Sora there was enough brunettes in the group. "Is there a spell that changes hair color? there should tottaly be one..."Valerie said. "I highly doubt there is one..."Riku said, coming out of the rest area. His once long silver hair now barely reached his chin, bangs cut to reveal more of his face. "What happened to your hair?!"Valerie was suprised. "I cut it... Thought I could do something different..."Riku said. "Sora's gonna be in there a bit longer though. Trying to sort out the porcupine he calls hair."he teased. "I heard that!"Sora snapped.
Valerie was too lazy to get a mirror, feeling the back of her head. Her new haircut now went to the middle of her neck. "Huh. I think I'll learn to like this."she smiled. She took the scissors to trim her bangs, the year making them grow to cover her face. "There. much better."she grinned. Chester jumped from Valerie's lap, taking some of the hair in its mouth. Upon swallowing it started to choke, coughing up the strands of chopped up hair.
"Definately. To feel a nice warm breeze and get to play in the ocean.."Valerie giggled at the thought. "Well you certainly can't see the others with your hair like that!"Sora chuckled. "Oh, and your porcupine hair is acceptable?"Valerie smirked. Riku held in a chuckle at the comic. "She has a point Sora. Maybe its time to try something-"he paused, thinking. "Try something what?"Sora asked. "Nothing, nothing... I'll be right back."Riku went into the rest area. "I'd fix it myself but I can't really see how bad it is from back there."Valerie said. Sora tugged at his spiky hair, getting an idea. "Hey, Kai- Think you can fix Val's hair up? I wanna do something really quick."He headed to the rest area as well.
Chester noticed the Neoshadow, trudging to it. "Chester, where are you going? You're not going to steal any food, are you?"Valerie picked up the Shadow, chuckling. Chester looked in the direction it heard the Neoshadow. Sora's pain soon went away, the brunette giving a small shiver. "Well, that was unpleasant..."he said.
"Fine..."Valerie said. Riku said nothing, just got back in the captains chair. Sora was stiff, his body going through false contractions. "Sora, you okay?"Valerie realized Sora staying still. Sora nodded, biting his lip to hide any expression of pain. Riku saw through Sora's act though, frowning in concern.
"Riku, you are such a liar."Valerie was still death glaring at Riku. "Well they still betrayed us so tecnically it wasn't lying, miss looks like a cat attacked her with claws."Riku huffed. "Oh, please don't start fighting..."Sora could feel the baby give a rough kick at the drama going on.
Valerie giggled, her face a light red. "Sora, whats wrong again?"Riku didn't quite understand. Sora whispered it into Rikus ear, not wanting Kairi to know. "ah... well I think thats the work of the pregnancy hormones..."Riku coughed, acting like it wasn't a big deal. "But Riku, this is serious! A guy shouldn't be missing something like that and having something girls should have!"Sora whined. "Whoa wait, what?"Valerie gave a devilish smirk. Sora was about to just leave it there when he realized... someone was missing. "Where's Eden?"Sora asked. "Eden became a heartless... again. Instead of Riku letting us try and get her heart back the heartless Eden made an alliance with Gexln and they both tried to kill us!"Valerie summarized, glaring at Riku. "It was best to just leave them there. We sealed the keyholes, we had no further business on Eath."Riku said.
Sora rushed out, his body pale and his eyes wide in shock and fear. "Riku, Riku, Riku, Riku, Riiikuuuu!"He clamped onto Riku whimpering. "Sora, what the hell? You scared the crap out of us!"Valerie said. "What happened?"Riku asked. "Well I was checking my body out since it felt weird and I thought everything was normal until I got to my chest and I realized that I had..."Sora trailed off, blushing. "But thats not the worst part! I had to use the bathroom because the baby was pressing on my bladder but... but..."Sora was trying to think of a girl friendly way to put it. Riku looked at Sora like the brunette was crazy. Valerie tolted her head, confused. "Well out with it then! Whats wrong with you?"she asked. Sora felt his face turn a tomato red.
"Don't forget Lu and Irvine. Neither of them would forgive us."Riku chuckled. He wasn't looking foward to seeing his father, but his mother.... Suddenly a loud scream caught everyone on the gummi off gaurd, Valerie falling out of her chair. Riku covered his ears, groaning at the scream. "Holy Luna, what was that?!"Valerie was wide awake at the scream. Chester was tugging at its antannae at the scream.
Valerie decided to nap in her chair, resting with Chester in her lap. Riku had his share of sleep being in edens body, deciding to talk with Kairi. "So...We're going back home..."his voice was a mix of happiness and sadness.
"Definately. Um, Kairi. baby, bladder, hug, bad mix."Sora managed to squirm out of Kairis grip, going to the bathroom. "So its like a living garbage disposal. Convenient."Riku chuckled. "and if he hasn't shown violence then I guess it wouldn't bring harm to us..."he finished putting in the coordinates, the gummi lifting off. "So he can stay, sweet!"Valerie seemed to have cheered up for now.
"No clue..."Valerie shrugged. "Riku, we don't have to report to Mickey right away, do we...?"Sora asked. "I suppose not... why are you asking?"Riku asked. "Well... uh.... I..."Sora turned a light red, taking a deep breath. "I wanted the baby to be born on Destiny Islands.... and since I won't be having the baby for another month I thought it'd be nice to show the guys from earth what its like..."Sora gave a hopeful smile. Valerie's eyes shimmered at the thought of Destiny Islands "That's... actually a good idea. There's no way you'd be doing any fighting when you're this far along, and the heartless population pretty much dissapeared on the Islands...."Riku nodded at the idea. "Yes! yesyesyesyesyesyesyesyes YEEEESSS~"Valerie cheered. "Great! Can you set the coordinates though? I've been feeling really weird since I woke up from my nap..."Sora said. "Alright...."Riku went to the gummi ships computer, Sora immediately rushing to the bathroom. "Wow, I didn't realize we were gone for so long. Time must go by slower in the world of darkness."Valerie said. "wait...what is that?!"Riku finnaly noticed Chester on Valerie's lap. "Hey, you said I could keep him!"Valerie snapped. Chester looked over to Riku, tilting it's head. Riku opened his mouth to protest-but closed it since Valerie was right...
"Sora, come on out of there..."Riku said gently. Sora realized that Riku was back in his body. "Riku!"He rushed out of the resting area, eyes lit up. Valerie couldn't help but stare at how round Sora's middle was, covering her mouth to prevent a squeal. "S-Sora..."Riku was suprised, looking at Sora's stomach. Sora turned a bright red, arms going over his chest. "I-I know, I've gotten pretty big..."he said, simply embarassed. "Kyaaaaah! Sora, you look adorable!"Valerie couldn't hold it in anymore. "R-Really?"Sora looked suprised. "Sora, all this extra weight just means that the baby's healthy, that's all..."Riku smiled, patting Sora gently on the stomach. The baby kicked when it felt Rikus hand, Sora giving a small chuckle. "S-Sorry. Active little one..."he was still a bright red. "I missed you, Sora...."Riku said. Sora looked up at Riku, fighting off tears. "I-I missed you too..." Valerie couldn't help but smile as the two embraced, Riku minding the large belly between them. Why can't that be me....
