i think someone should invent the internet license. put an age limit on this thing. every few years you have to get it renewed to make sure you can still use this monster properly because by all accounts mine should have been revoked a long time ago or i should have never been given one i say this because i go to youtube and search right on time thinking the rhcp song is gonna be the first thing to come up but instead i get a white kid in a snapback rapping or whatever and i cant help but think the world benefits not at all from this and it would be better if this type of thing wasn't allowed to exist
thats his version of snarky
its like they want me to think z exists
my sister told me completely seriously she has to write a paper but i wouldnt understand because im a college student._.
that stupid this project feels misguided to make power rangers super hyper cool awesome modern serious dark stuff defeats the point of power rangers. power rangers was always really stupid. now i have very minimal knowledge of power rangers but of what i have seen, the good seasons were self aware in their lack of quality. it was just dumb fun and thats why people liked it and thats okay.
dated isnt a problem for me and coming from a person who's maybe read more "dated" stuff than most, jojo didnt strike me as super dated. not like its tezuka stuff
started the jojo manga a while back but fell off. it was okay but i had other stuff going on. maybe one of these days
by only way to play online i guess what i mean is the same thing i was talking about with ygo. everyone is so good and competitive play exists everywhere even in places when the game isnt something thats social or open world and since i dont have friends to play with that requires my playing to be competitive. to use a specific example, i literally cannot play ygo or storm 4 online and have fun unless i commit to being serious about it so i can play on the same level as other people. and while thats a good thing for people whose main hobby is video games and they enjoy challenging themselves and getting better at games, for a person like me who wants to just hop on and play a little bit and then go do something else because i dont really care about video games its a little aggravating that i cant do that unless im super serious about the game.
i think theres a difference. im generalizing slightly but screwing around with friends isnt the same thing as trying to play the game seriously. and youre already good at the game enough to be able to screw around like you say.
playing video games online makes me want to not play video games online because the only way you can actually play anything is if you play competitively and that equals zero fun for me
mangareader.net
i shot something once and then it killed me. i think it was a gi joe character?
i heard war pigs and that was it to be honest i had not listened to them before the other day
"nope not for me"
yeah pluto's the title in my opinion soul eater didnt get really fantastic until right after the anime goes a different direction. so yeah read it. i didnt like akira until i read it. i acknowledge why the movie is the way it is and its significance, but the way the manga handled the story was better i thought.
intj though sometimes i think im infj. my friend says i should test again but i really dont care enough to bother o boy obligatory recs well one piece of course but i realize that's a major commitment. but still. i recommend the hell out of that. and this may sound redundant but i do actually recommend naruto. i think its way better than its often given credit for being. d. gray man's pretty sweet. so is soul eater. aside from that akira - **** the movie. the manga is a masterpiece. pluto, 20th century boys, billy bat (literally anything by naoki urasawa) - of those 3 the only one ive finished is pluto and thats because its only like 50 chapters i think and is a quick read. urasawa is easily the best storyteller in manga that ive read. although dont read pluto without reading part of one of the astro boy books. i mean you totally can, but pluto is a reimagining of one story from that series. pluto is fantastic. it made atom (astro boy, but specifically atom from this series bc theyre different characters.) one of my favorite characters in anything ever. believers. pretty explicit stuff here but a short, good read regardless.
more naruto talk because i know everyone's really interested in what i have to say even though im reading and watching like seventeen thousand things right now and not making real progress in any because i keep switching, i really want to go back and read naruto. partially because ive not read it straight through since it ended, but mainly because i think things about characters that are based on vague memories and childhood emotions. i want to experience it from beginning to end to see what i think about characters before i start saying things like "sakura is one of my favorite characters" and "sasuke is a really interesting character." ill almost certainly like sakura by the end bc thats a character ive always really liked, but sasuke was alllll over the place in the last couple hundred chapters and i loved where he ended up but i dont remember enough to say if it was done well.
yeah
i figured out why i dont like narutos design in part 2. its the headband i dont like that its black given how much of a symbol that blue headband was throughout all of part 1, and given how important of a symbol it was for naruto himself, it feels out of character for him to have a new one that is a different color and a different style. and i never liked the front of his black and orange jacket.. actually thinking about it im not sure i like any designs from part 2. part 1 had better designs and the last, even though i hate that movie, it has the sweetest designs in the whole series. everyone looks like a total badass.
so much presumption i love it
