When it's in the charger my internet connection is fantastic and I can browse faster then lightning. When it's out of the charger I can't even load Google. What's up with that

Played it, about ten minutes in I stopped because it was boring. I'm not a fan of the series. I own AC 2 but I've played it like three times. My dad loves it though.
