I am pretty sure it does. When I posted in the suggestion forms to bring the arcade back (shortly aftert the hacking.... Rather ironic...) the argument was made that alot of people do use the arcade. But I guess for safty reasons, take it down till it is safe :/

Yup. Actually Free Mc Boot. But yes. Its a home brew program you put on your ps2 memery card to load stuff liek ISO files, music, apps, what ever....
