For sheer functionality, I prefer laptops.

BUUUUUUUUUUT. If you're asking about what I prefer reading on, you can't beat a book. They smell all booky and nice =3 And they're just... a lot better to me, for reading things.

    Persona

I haven't finished Persona 4; I'm at the end of Persona 3. I'd suggest playing Persona 3 first, because the improvements made in P4 make the majority of P3 not quiiite as fun. (Though I like the analyzing better in 3.) I'm in the middle of P2:Innocent Sin, and I'm not liking the gameplay as much as 3 or 4. I'd reccomend the games, though.

I saw the first one when I went to Hot Topic, but it was seriously like $25. That's slightly insane to charge for a regular ol' t-shirt... they're getting so expensive over at Hot Topic. I do want one, though XD

I personally can't stand rap. I dislike the sounds of the voices (they don't sound musical to me, though there IS music in the background), I dislike the subject matter of what sort of rap I've heard, and, well, I just dislike it. That being said, it is still music.

I love it when people don't read the page. (referring to those who posted after it was confirmed false.)

People really need to relax, definitely. Not so relaxed that they don't care at all, but taking a middle ground between preparing and being like "OMG TEST OMGGGGG". That being said, from personal experience not everyone can really help it; it depends on their home situation and how much importance is put on grades.

I am fine with C's. I prefer not to have them at all, though I do definitely think we think of them as "Bad" when in reality a C means simply "Average".

That being said... I've had classes where I've honestly tried, I've done homework and projects and such and I just can't understand the subject matter (PHYSICS, I'M LOOKING AT YOU.). I was completely content with a C in that class because despite how much I really did try to understand the subject, I plain ol' couldn't.

I completely disagree; it's possible it's the bus driver's fault if the bus is late.

That being said, it's insane that she got beat up for agreeing! People really need to learn how to be more civil...

I'm honestly going to have to agree with a lot of people here and say, it's simply fiction. If you don't like it, don't read it, but it's not intended to be offensive or to "prove" anything (both the Da Vinci Code and Angels & Demons). It's simply supposed to be a form of entertainment, maybe even a "what-if" scenario. I had a friend on the school bus look down and happen to see I was reading The DaVinci Code and practically shout "THAT BOOK IS EVIL!!" and I fail to understand the big hubbub. Yeah, you can disagree with it, but... well, if you disagree with it and can't stand it whatsoever, why bother paying the money for the movie and stuff?

Also, a bit of advice... don't shout out "BULL****" in the middle of the theater and leave. It's meant to be an entertaining experience; shouting out like that is, quite honestly, just plain rude.

You might want to change your thread title; the final boss is kind of a big spoiler =P

Make sure you have plenty of curing pins, and just dodge as much as possible.

I never said they hadn't existed. Yes, radical gay people are more dominant than they used to be, but just plain ol' gay people are more prominent as well; in previous times (at least, in the United States and most likely other countries), homosexuality was kept secret because it was seen as very wrong and disgusting.

I'm... going to agree. Fangirls. XD

No, in all honesty, yes, they CAN seem really close, but with gay couples being more prominent than they used to be, it can look a lot like a gay relationship. Sure, it may not be, but it can still appear that way.

    I couldn't agree more.

I've heard a lot of people say that gay people are evil and things like that, and I honestly have no idea why they say that. I mean, sure, there are the people who might go around murdering people or raping people and just happen to be gay, but nearly everyone that's gay that I've met is perfectly nice and ready to help if you need it, just like most of the straight people I've met. It confuses me.

I'm obviously going to be biased on this; I'm gay myself.

    that being said...

I definitely think it should be legal! There's no proof that I've seen that same-sex couples can't raise children just as well as heterosexual couples. And, religions will not be forced to marry same sex couples; if they don't want to, they don't have to. Marriage isn't solely religious; it's also legal, and I don't think that people necessarily seem to get that.

As for sex being used to procreate... well, yes, that's it's purpose. But it's purpose is also for pleasure, because frankly, sex feels good and why the hell would it feel good if it was only meant to make babies? Besides, infertile couples still have marriages, yet you don't see people screaming "CAN'T MAKE BABIES!!!" at their weddings.

I just honestly don't understand why it would affect others, gay marriage. It's two people in love trying to have a legal contract letting them see each other if something happens to each other, pretty much, and some other legal benefits; it really wouldn't affect anyone else, as far as I can tell. (plus, if anyone's seen Prop 8: The Musical... it'd help the economy! LOL)

EDIT: as for separation of church and state... well, there's honestly no way we'll ever have complete separation unless nobody in the United States is religious, and even then that would affect peoples' beliefs.

I think this phrase is utter bull. Hell, I myself even tell people to ignore it when things happen, but... the fact is, it's not always that easy. Even if you try your absolute hardest to ignore hurtful things, that may not always happen.

I'm gonna be honest: accept it if he does ask you out, regardless of your friends.

True friends will be there for you in the end, even if it hurts them for a while. If they get pissed and stop being your friend completely and don't ever re-think it, there's no point in it. If you have a shot at something good like that, take it; your friends will understand even if it hurts at first.
