Well there was getting through the place when you only had a wooden sword, to get to different place I had to go one place,pull a switch then backtrack to another switch. Not to mention collecting things in order to proceed forward like all the library books or the pieces of the heartless emblem.

Crux went back to the medical room and grabbed his sword and walked down to the training room "There you guys are" he said seeing them
"Sure" Crux said throwing away his apple "Just let me get my sword, I'll meet up with you guys"

Well at the beginning when Sora woke up Roxas had already left the virtual Twilight Town and rejoined him. Meaning that he didn't have to get a power boost, He just had to get used to fighting nobodies because they're different than heartless. And what's more is that technically he went through all of CoM with half a heart while roxas was in the Org. And he even managed to kill off a few members by himself. So Sora is even stronger than than Terra by now, despite his keyblade's weird abilities
"Wow," Crux said pretty impressed. "I'm 2nd Class"
Well Snake in my opinion. Samus has a lot of strong attacks in her power suit, but without it she makes it up by being very agile. But In the end snake has just as much variety in weapons as she does and is a pretty maneuverable character. Not to mention how much of an effect his attacks has on most enemies if you are good with him. I take Snake in this one
