Raiu stopped in front of him and glared at Saix. "If you want to kill someone... then kill me instead. I don't care how hopeless or stupid it may sound to you. But if there's one ting I've learned the entire time I've been with this Nobody... I will gladly give my life for his. Go ahead and kill both of us if you like! I don't care!"
Raiu wasn't going to beg, she really was going to stop him this time... by giving her life to save his. She ran, hoping that when Xemnas would fire another laser it would hit her or at least get him to strike her with his aerial blades.
Raiu couldn't face it any longer. This was the first time she cried in 2 years. Her heart longed for Saix that much. With the power of her heart, she created a portal that would lead to where he was. She ran through, ready for a fight. When she came through on the other side, she saw Saix and Xemnas fighting. "STOP IT!" Raiu yelled.
Maybe Raiu was a little too tough on him. But she was speaking the truth from her heart and yet Saix still didn't listen to her or understand. She didn't have to say she wouldn't trust him. Maybe she acted a little too different in front of him, but she was more grown up now.
Raiu was speaking the truth about what she came to realize and yet he still didn't listen to her. Things were no longer the same between the two of them. She turned away from him and shook her fists in anger. "If you go and break whatever pride you have in yourself, then I promise you this... I probably won't be able to trust you anymore." Raiu walked away to join her friend, irritated with the way things were.
Raiu just shook her head and grabbed him before he went in. "You have to listen!" She pulled him back with a somewhat angry expression on her face. "If you just go on a killing rampage now, it wouldn't make things any different. It's not the Organization's fault, not yours or even mine... we're just two completely different beings who care about each other."
Raiu knew this couldn't be possible. Even though she did love him, this couldn't work out. "Saix, I've come to realize something these past two years. You and I are different, too different. And while we may love each other, we cannot stay together here in my world. You have to keep working for the Organization and I'll continue to live my life here. I used to think on the first day that I was apart from you, that I had no life here that was meaningful. But that's not true... where one person lives is where their pride is." Raiu turned to him finally, with a content and serious look on her face and she was a completely different person. She was more grown up and more sensible about things now. "Look at me Saix. I'm not the little girl you used to know. You have to go back. If you stay here, then everything will just fall apart again and be the way it was before. Your place and my place... their worth our pride. But no matter what, I will not stop loving you... I always will love you." She knew she was making sense and he had to know that she was not the young girl anymore. There were no tears in her eyes but she didn't deny her feelings either.
Raiu was shocked at his words. "So you're just here on a mission? And you're telling me that data replica was what caused the separation of me and you?" She thought this over, wondering if she could actually believe him. Even if it was the truth, it still hurt her inside. "You know Saix, even if it is the truth, I'm not even sure what to say to you at this point. But that doesn't mean I haven't stopped loving you... because I always have."
Raiu lead him to the corner of the beach where they first met 2 years before. She didn't know what to say to him after all this time... but she had to let him know how she felt. "For 2 years you didn't come back... 2 years I was alone and waiting, and didn't suffer. Why did you come back after all this time? I'm sorry if I sound angry with you."
Raiu put her dagger, learning that the figure wasn't harmless. But when the hood was put down, her face went shocked. She was even more shocked when he embraced her deeply. She broke free of him and turned away. "Can you come me to the beach?"
Raiu and her friend saw the figure, but Raiu quickly stood her ground. She took out her daggers, which looked newer and she seemed more experienced in battle, but completely unaware that it was the one she loved before. "You..." "Raiu, who is that?" "Get in the house Sonata. I'll take care of him." She obeyed her friend and got in to safety. Raiu, still looking as determined as ever to kill the figure in front of her. "Leave here. I warn you my strength is far greater than when we met."
Raiu turned around to see one of her friends, Sonata. They met a year after that day and have been friends since. She had black hair and blue eyes and she was so kind to Raiu as well. "Hey Sonata." "Hey Raiu. What are you doing here?" "Oh... nothing." "Please tell me what you're doing here." "Thinking about... him." "Oh, Raiu... it's been two years. You think you would be over him?" "I can't Sonata. He showed me how to live." "Come on, we should go hang out at my house." "Right, let's go." Raiu and Sonata walk together towards her friend's house to talk about different stuff. She hoped that wherever he was, he would be proud of her right now.
Raiu stood on the farthest end of the beach, the opposite end where Saix had usually come before, hoping for the one day when he might show up again. But he never did come during these last two years. But there was no point in being sad about. But she did hope that once he saw her from a distance really quick, he would at least see how grown up she had become.
sorry if my post is long, but explains how she's doing, what she looks like, everything.
~TIME SKIP~ 2 years later after that fateful day, someone walks on to the beach with long flowing brown hair and deep purple eyes. A girl wears a small but soft cotton black dress with brown boots. It was Raiu... now at 5'7'', taller than she was, which was 5'3''. But something wasn't right with her. Even though she tried to get Saix out of her mind many times, she could never forget him. She told herself that if she ever felt him, she would be lucky to catch another glimpse of him. But she hasn't felt his presence since that day. She had more of a saddening look, but the look of an adult this time, not the look of a child. Raiu is now 17 and has been living alone, getting along fine. She seemed to make more friends as well. But she seemed healthy as well. Her heart was the only thing left that was hurting her... "Saix..."
sweet! we're going another 2 years!
that was pretty cool plot twist though... shall i do the pleasures of the time skip?
we should show them like 2 years later... huge timeskip!
Raiu went back to her home and sat on her bed. She sat there expressionless, wondering what to do since no one was around her anymore. That meant her nightmares would come again, the only good news was her illness wouldn't come again for a while. But she believed that she didn't need anyone to take care of her anymore. Raiu would be just fine by herself...
Raiu just stood there is the portal closed, tears running down her face. He broke his promise and he probably wasn't coming back to her world. "I was such an idiot to believe I could love someone like him. He's a Nobody... he can't feel at all." Raiu started off back towards her house, ready to move on with her life.
