Yeah, i really wanted to make a sig with that stock but the background was the most boring thing ever. So I opted with the stock I used in my sig. Yeah, effects are very bleh. 5/10

Lolz, it's a filter. It's just that that circular effect on the right of the sig looked sorta like a radial blur. I dunno how you did it though =D

Effects looks cool. Negspace is a bit too big though. Text looks cool but I'm not liking it in white sticking out so much. 9/10
