Quinn had never before seen anything quite so convenient as that. Evidently, Zephyr had rescued a celestial spirit which happened to have the ability to effortlessly dig tunnels beneath the earth, allowing them to bypass the wind wall. It seemed a bit strange, but he wasn't one to look a gift horse in the mouth. Especially not now. Not when there was so much at stake. Following through the tunnel, Quinn emerged and saw Cassandra. "Cassandra, it was a distraction. This was never their goal at all. They lured us into a trap. I managed to get some information out of someone in the broadcast room. Their real target is Clover. They're going to use Lullaby on the guild masters!" He warned.

Listening to the message from Dale, Ra looked to the others. Rising from his seat, Ra seemed willing to help hunt this dragon along with the rest of his team. "No dragon can defeat us." He said confidently. He knew this would be no easy fight, but they'd conquered seemingly impossible odds before, there was no reason they couldn't do it again. Ra gave a slight smirk beneath his mask as Charlotte began to drag Thomas to their destination. "Perhaps one day you will be able to handle Edric in a drinking competition, Thomas." With that, he followed suit as they headed toward this Inn where someone supposedly awaited them with information on a dragon.

Quinn glared at the man he'd just defeated. "They could have at least sent some decent goons...Jeez, that was insultingly easy." Evidently, the man wised up and realized if he didn't tell Quinn what he wanted to know, he wasn't getting out of that room alive. "Clover...Dammit, the guild masters! If they play lullaby there, the master of just about every official guild in Fiore is going to die, Evanora included. We gotta get going!" Before he left, he took one last look at the man that tried to stop them. He should just kill him right there...No, not this time. Although, he didn't mind slowing him down. Aiming Veritas, he fired a shot into the man's right kneecap, followed by one into his left. "Don't go running off. I'll send someone back to get you, then you can rot in prison for the rest of your life, if they decide to let someone like you live. You're lucky I'm even giving you that long." With that, he motioned for Alessia to follow.

Running out the door, he bolted back to where he'd last seen the group. He needed to warn Cassandra about this. Along the way, he ran across the young man who had just joined the guild recently. "Yo! We need to get to Cassandra, quickly!" He called out, continuing to run. "He said that they trapped us...So, does that mean there's no way to get through this wind wall?"

Quinn glared at the man in the room with them. He was just a distraction. "I'm giving you about ten seconds to tell us what you're actually up to before I...rip out your endocrine system..and beat you to...death with it...what..? " Quinn transformed into his Falcon form. The armor was sleek and smooth, covered in black and silver. "Ten." Growing a blade on the heel of his foot, Quinn swiped his heel across his jaw.

Quinn had changed back from his Highwind form. As much as he needed to catch Erigor, he couldn't very well just leave Alessia alone in this station. He had no doubt that Cassandra would be able to handle anything this guild threw at them, but she'd sent the girl with him. As to exactly why was beyond him. She was the psychic here. Maybe she saw something in the future that made it necessary for her to go with him. In any case, if he were to fly off, she wouldn't be able to keep up. He had to stick with her. He scratched the back of his head and sighed. This would be a lot easier if he were on his own. Hell, even if had just been him and Cassandra on the entire mission would have been fine.

There was no use complaining now, though. He heard a voice through a megaphone, which brought him out of his somewhat condescending thoughts. It was Cassandra, warning that they were planning to broadcast an evil spell and telling everyone to run. The evil spell was obviously lullaby. This was bad. If they managed to do that, there would be casualties, no question about it. "Alessia, come on. We gotta hurry." Quinn bolted off in the direction of the broadcast room. There was no time for stealth. If they ran into dark guild members, he'd swat them aside. "Machina Soul: Invincible!" Donning his bulky armor, he didn't slow as he approached the door. Colliding with it didn't even stagger him, and the door gave way under the force of him charging into it. Immediately torn from the hinges, the door crashed into the room.

Ra sat silent listening to the story Gaius told. "Why is it that when someone is put into my body, the first thing they do is strip? And how did you know about those tw- Never mind." He decided not to bring up the two who had visited Charlotte in the story. They'd spoken to him on Galuna, and been in a dream along with a third when he'd first joined the guild, ranting about birds. He'd briefly considered going to see a therapist about it, but he'd never actually had the time between their missions. Sitting with Veilan and Charlotte while Gaius went to intervene in the business with Dale, Ra observed the drinking contest between Thomas and Edric. The winner was clear from the beginning, but he watched in silence.

As Dale returned, he immediately approached Gexln, passing by everyone else as though they weren't there. Ra found it odd, and so listened to the conversation between the two. "A...Dragon?" Ra said to himself quietly. He'd heard of Dragons, although never actually seen one in person. During his time studying with Ezekiel, he'd seen ruins that depicted dragons, although he'd been fairly young at the time.

Aias nodded to Rho. "Indeed. Let us give them no quarter." One of the golems had been defeated, and it was time for the other. Although, when Rho attacked it, it seemed to simply deflect it. And now, it wielded the axe of the first one in desperation. Nevertheless, Aias used Barrier Surge, crashing into it and went to block for Rho.

"You're more insane than they say." The Warden said as he watched Orpheus extract the souls of every prisoner he had in his entire prison. "Ah, but can the same not be said for you?" The necromancer taunted. "We are garnering power. You would help us do that. Not to mention, you could further your own goals by joining us." The Warden stared at Orpheus for a few seconds and began walking towards him. "I've got a better idea. Why don't i refresh my stock of captives, starting with you." Orpheus gave a chuckle in response to the threat. "I was hoping you'd try something. If you simply agreed, this would have been far too easy."

The Warden was the first to strike. He ran at the necromancer, club in hand. Orpheus simply took a step backwards and summoned an undead champion in front of him. The jailor showed no signs of slowing. As the hulking monstrosity stood in his way, He crashed into the undead with full force and hefted it over his shoulder, flipping it onto its back. With a single quick swing of the club, the skull of the undead was smashed. Turning his attention back to his target, he saw that the one he'd just killed clearly wouldn't be the last of these creatures. There were many more undead beginning to spawn, of a great variety. "You sure got enough of these things on hand.""Losing your nerve already?"

The Warden didn't say anything in response. He simply grabbed the nearest one by the face, lifted it into the air, and crushed its skull in the palm of his hand, causing the body to drop back down to the ground. As they started to surround him, he swung his club, taking out multiple bodies in a single sweep. "Such anger. Initially, i had considered just killing you and taking your body for and undead. Although, seeing how much your rage and frustrations strengthens you, I think I'll keep you alive." The Warden laughed. "That's generous of you. Maybe I won't execute you right away and just leave you in a cell until you starve."

As he cleaved a bloody swathe through the undead, Orpheus weaved between them, traverse to each end of the prison. "You bring justice to those who commit crimes? Then the whole world should be condemned. You are no exception. I have seen the devils within, and there is no man free from them. If you can't take all of them, why not let me help you take as many as you can?" The undead were thinning and the warden approaching, but it didn't matter now. Things had been set in place. As The Warden approached him, he raised his hand.
"Summoning the undead is not the only power i possess." "What are you...?" Tightening his grip, Orpheus channeled magic forth from his body. While the undead had never stood a chance at actually defeating The Warden, they'd given him enough time to set up the means of his defeat. "Seeds of Destruction! Unleash all the power of Hell!" From various points in the prison, Seven black orbs rose out of the ground. Each of them whirred with dark power, before loosing a burst of black flames onto all around them. The walls cracked and gave way under the explosion. The building collapsed under the combined explosion of the seeds. Before the building collapsed entirely, Orpheus encased himself in a womb of blood to shield him.

Minutes later, when the shaking had stopped, the necromancer let down his shield and looked at the rubble around him. There was no immediate sign of The Warden. "You've lost." He said, before a stirring under the rubble sounded. The enormous shadowy figure shoved the broken concrete off and stood once again to his full height. "Do you think i mislead you when i said i would help you? We are a dark guild. We have information no one outside of one could obtain. Information on other dark guilds. We may be the same, but we offer one another no protection. Join us, and their locations are all yours." The Warden stared at the necromancer for a moment, as though he weren't sure whether to attack or not."If you truly want punishment to the filth of the world, then this is the way to achieve it. You could destroy each and every one of the dark guilds, and we could give you the means to this end." The Warden lowered his club. "Alright, I'll admit your deal isn't without appeal to it. Fine. I'll join your guild."

Beucette walked into the room with them, still thinking about what the Oracle had said. Maybe that was like an upgrade for her weapon or something. In any case, she heard cal say something about someone looking just like her. Looking up, she saw what the girl was talking about, but to her it looked nothing like Cal. Not even if you squinted. Like, really hard. Believe you me, she tried it. Still looked nothing like her. Instead, the person in the water looked extremely familiar. She recognized him. It was the only man she'd ever go straight for. Yes, that's right. It was male Beuce.

The next thing anyone knew, a crimson red bra floated down and landed on Balthazar's head, and a pair of matching panties on Cal's. The rest of Beucette's outfit was scattered about the floor or on various party members. "You know whenever someone said they were ugly i always said "I'm not! I'd do me!", and this is where i get the chance! I've always wanted to do me!" Beucette said as she ran naked into the water and flung herself at the person it contained. If it had been anyone else, that probably would have seemed strange, but they'd come to expect this kind of **** out of her by now. Probably. Maybe.

Well, given that this is the first real duo battle with these two, i think BGM is in order.

Aias took a stance, tightening his feet against the ground and readying his arms to deflect this blows that would otherwise be struck against his partner. He would not allow anything to get through him. Strengthened by the protection of light. First came the Bedrock spirit. The creature lifted the axe behind its body, preparing for a massive swing, with Rho as the target. Though, the attack would never reach him. Between the spirit and Rho stood Aias. As the blow came down, the force behind the swing was immeasurable. The green haired man lifted his palm above his head, and caught the axe. No, it was more like his palm was a wall which barred anything and everything from passing beyond it. Denying them the power to harm Rho. As the bedrock axe collided with his hand, a shockwave of force traveled down, blowing a massive gust of wind around Aias and cracking the ground beneath him. Though, he simply stared at the creature unflinching.

Next, The Clay spirit hurled its arm at the duo. Shoving the axe aside, Aias maneuvered to the other side of Rho and held up his forearm to be what the golem collided with, instead of his charge. As expected, the massive clay fist smashed against Aias' arm, but stopped there. The force of the impact once again send dust and rubble flying behind him, but Rho and Aias both remained unscratched. They could not penetrate Aias' defenses. Now, it was time for them to counterattack. "Let us show these imposters what the true combination of offense and defense is capable of. They will be proven nothing more than dirt under our feet." leaping up. Aias kicked off the Clay spirit and vaulted into the air. The chain unwrapped from his hand and flew out to its full length. Swinging it, the kunai at the end of it pierced into the bedrock spirit. Once he landed. He returned to defend Rho. Though the barrier had worn off, they would still have great difficulty even remotely harming either of them.

Aias stood back to back with Rho, each of them facing down their own spirit which had been summoned by the apparent relative of Nessa. It was clear that each of them represented a different one of the choices in the contest, and attacked the person who had chosen the respective casket. The green haired gave a slight smirk. It was rare for him to show any sort of emotion, but when Rho had offered to fight side by side with him was one such time. "It would be an honor." He wrapped the chain around his right arm and coated himself in a barrier of light. "These creatures seem nearly mirror entities of ourselves. If you are to be the blade, i will be your shield." With haste, Aias charged at the Bedrock spirit, attempting to throw himself against it, before taking up a stance in front of Rho. He was prepared for the onslaught the golems would bring, and would defend the both of them.

Aias' emotions could not be read. His expression had scarcely changed throughout the entire time they were on the contest, only giving a slight look of irritation as he had opened the box and read the message, before changing back to it's usual blank state shortly after. As the others came out one by one, it seemed none of them had been successful. He was slightly curious as to which casket had been correct, but remained silent. The question was not voiced. Most of the others didn't seem too beaten up about the fact that they hadn't won the contest, but Vance on the other hand was visibly distraught. He seemed to be having some form of inner confrontation with himself. Perhaps reflecting upon his choice and rethinking the options, to try and determine the correct one. Who could say? In any case, Nessa was clearly disappointed as well. She reminded them that they were never to marry beyond this point, though that didn't concern him. Marriage had never been a priority of his. Nor would it ever be. He was prepared to leave with the others, but something strange occurred before they were able to leave.

A chanting could be heard from somewhere. Instantly, Aias' head began throbbing as he dropped to a single knee, grasping his face with a single hand. Simultaneous to the chanting, he heard a second voice. It was speaking directly into his mind. The words were painful. Being seared violently into his mind rather than spoken softly. Sweat poured down his face. The words in his mind were being spoken in tandem with the chant.

The words were distorted. They weren't English, but another language altogether. He didn't know why he could understand it, but he could. He looked up to see that they were in total darkness. A slight light came to life as Thea and Vance both lit up flames. Zephyros and Nessa both accused the other of placing a curse on the each other. Aias rose to his feet. None of the others had heard the voice. He realized what was happening, and quickly tugged on Rho's arm. "Rho, with me! Quickly! We need to get to Nessa!" He knew Vance had declared that he would protect her, but this was no time to worry about the nobleman's injured pride by not being the one to defend the lady. This may well be an assassination attempt. No...If that were the case, why would they do it while they were there? "It isn't a curse." The man said as he ran darted through the darkened room toward the girl's throne. "It's a summoning."

So, they could ask this scepter any question they wanted? She briefly considered asking it a paradoxical question to **** with it, but quickly decided it would make the staff explode, get them all killed, and that would be a bad end for the mission. As much as she wanted to do that, it might kind of piss people off. So, that was a no go. Then, she thought about their quest reward. They would also have anything they wanted turned into gold. Hmm...That could be interesting. "As long as i don't have to make my question rhyme...So like, my sword is Ego, right? Represents my own ego. Gets bigger the more stuck up i get an' ****. Is there any way i can make it bigger, Like, turning it to gold with the hand of midas maybe, and have a stat boost on it?" Beucette said, using her question for in a very meta fashion.

"The Hand of Midas? Yeah, i've heard of that. My cousin told me about it. He said he saw it in a movie once. I didn't know it was canon here." She said, noting the existence of the Hand of Midas.Beucette gave an impressed whistle at the ship made of solid gold. "Man, even Ra's wardrobe doesn't have that much gold. Well, unless we're counting his underwear. Then maybe. Cal, You'd know. Does Ra wear golden underwear?" Beucette asked in a tone that made it difficult to tell whether or not it was a genuine question or if she was simply poking fun at the girl, given she was still under the impression they had done the deed back at the guild. In any case, she thought over what they knew. So, their mission was to collect the Hand of Midas for this guild. They were in possession of some kind of magical scepter that would lead them to this "vanishing isle" that was never in the same place twice. They had to be careful in who they hired to do this. No reward they could ever give them would be able to top the hand itself. It had to be someone they were sure wouldn't stab them in the back and try to steal it for themselves. Although, they may have prepared for that eventuality. Perhaps even set up a preemptive strike for once the hand was found, just to be safe. She couldn't very well warn the others of the possibility in front of Balthazar. Either she falsely accused him, or she was correct and they were attacked for figuring out the plan too quickly. She'd wait for an opportunity to slip the information to the others one by one, all while keeping an eye on this guild master. "So, if we're going after a legendary treasure that turns crap into gold, then I'm assuming this isn't going to be as easy as walk in and take pick it up, job done. But, if it were, where would the fun be? Let's get goin' already. You got the staff to tell us where it is."

It was a dark night in the town of Leith. The rain poured down against the dirt. The sound of hoofs stomping through the mud echoed as Orpheus rode toward his destination. There, in the distance, he saw it. A large stone building, completely unmarked. This was the Warden's prison. Dismounting Despair, the necromancer trudged up the path into the prison. Various cries for help could be heard. Begging Orpheus to help them. Some even asking him to just outright kill them, for fear that even if they escaped, The Warden would simply come for them again. There, in the back of the prison, a shadowy figure sat. Even from a seated position, one could tell that this man was absolutely massive. "Hello, Warden." Orpheus said, greeting the man.

"If you know who i am, then you know what this place is. To come here willingly, you're either brave, desperate, or stupid. So tell me, which is it?" The Warden questioned his guest as he stood to his full height, walking over to Orpheus. The necromancer had to look up to even make eye contact with him, as he was easily well over seven feet tall. "None of the above. You see, i am a liaison. I've come to offer you a position in our guild." "A guild?" The warden's eyes narrowed suspiciously. He inspected the man's face closer. "I know you. Orpheus Graveson. You were a member of Magus Ascension. Though, i heard that guild was destroyed." "Regrettably, yes. We suffered a defeat at the hands of Sapphire Eclipse, but we are forming a new dark guild." "I see, so it was stupid after all. Just to give you the benefit of the doubt, i'm going to give you about thirty seconds to give me a reason not to just take you to the rack right now. I hunt criminals." Orpheus' expression turned into a grin, and he gave a slight chuckle. "What defines a criminal? Killing? Theft? Kidnapping? Rape?" The necromancer raised his hand toward the sky. A haunting green light began to radiate from his palm as spectral chains spread from it, each one shooting in a different direction and latching onto the heart of one of the Warden's prisoners. "Wha-" "I have seen the souls of men, Warden. There are no innocents. We are all criminals. Myself, every one of these worthless wretches, even you are guilty of all the things that you charge these men with."The chains began to contract. Countless voices in unison cried out in an unimaginable pain. Their souls were being ripped from their bodies. When the ghosts emerged. They were twisted, demented looking shapes. As they were drawn into the necromancer, he pulled his shirt aside, revealing a cavity in his chest. A sickeningly dark green crystal was attached to his still beating heart, like a parasite. Ghostly wails could be heard echoing from within. It was apparent why as the souls of the prisoners were drawn into it. "You see, Warden. There is a monster in all of us."

Aias stepped forward. "Alright. I will volunteer first." The order in which they went did not appear to have an overly large meaning. Or if it did, it was an obscure one. Surely there was more to this than a simple game of chance. He would have to figure out what it was.

Alright. Well. We beat X. That is a fact. I am responding to it. She listened to Balthazar about the scepter that they found. "So, if this scepter is going to lead us to 'where we need to go', then i assume it's magic o' some kind? And you wouldn't call us to help you with it if it weren't dangerous. So, i think a better question than where are we goin' is why are we goin' there? I mean, there's gotta be somethin' there you want. Maybe someone. Who knows. In any case, i think we deserve to know why we're headin' out on a grand quest if we're gonna be the muscle."

Aias remained as stoic as he had always been when Thea and the others had run out and the girl told them to stop fighting. Given that they were only a single person away from finishing the fight, it seemed a tad late to stop. "Once this battle is over with, perhaps they will learn to be less judgmental in their opinions. There cannot be a balance in the world while there are people who are looked down upon for circumstances that is beyond their control. If they will be more open minded about their judgement of a person, then I will be a step closer to my goal." Aias said, coating himself in a barrier of light and shoulder charging the last suitor. This would be the end of the battle.

Beuce gasped in pain and gripped his chest as the attack hit. Cringing in pain, he slowly stood back up to his full height. "Ow, my pride." He'd destroyed Waifu with eyes of blue...How dare he! Man, that would be bad if he didn't have another one in his hand. "Alright, it's my turn now." Beuce placed his hand on the card, gripped it, and swiped his hand across to the other side of his body before looking at it. That was how you drew a card in Yu-Gi-Oh!, and everyone knew it. He grinned. It was, of course, what he needed to pull this combo off. "Well, this might hurt a bit, but it'll be wurf."

Placing down a card the field, he used up his normal summon for the turn. "I summon Maiden with Eyes of Blue from my hand!" In a flash of light, the ultimate waifu had returned to the field. "Next, i activate the facedown i put on the field earlier! Castle of Dragon Souls!" Extending his hand, the card raised up to reveal itself. "I banish the white stone of legend from my graveyard, and use the effect to target Maiden, increasing her attack by 700." The a ghostly version of the white stone of legend floated out of the larger version of the card on the field and passed into Maiden, causing her to glow slightly with an enhanced power. "And since she was targeted by a card effect, she can activate her own effect. Come out, Blue-Eyes White Dragon!" A deafening roar could be heard as Beuce placed another card from his deck onto the field, calling forth an enormous white dragon. Though, summoning the creatures had not come without cost. Flames poured over from Lucien's side of the field, burning him each time a card effect was activated. Though he endured and pressed onward with his turn.

"Now, I'm tuning my level one Maiden with Eyes of Blue to my level eight Blue-Eyes White Dragon!" The woman on his field hovered up into the air with a glow. Fading out, she transformed into a single green ring high in the sky. With a wave of his hand, Beuce commanded one of his Blue-Eyes' to fly towards it. Lifting up, it passed into the center of the ring and began to glow. "Sovereign ruler of the ancient cards. Legendary White Dragon, take on new form and cast out the darkness from your domain! Come forth, Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon!" Imbued with a new power, Beuce's dragon took the center of the field, standing a fair bit taller than the remaining blue-eyes on the field. Although, this monster was only the catalyst for the true threat. "Now, i activate Silver's Cry! Return to me, Blue-Eyes White Dragon!" The massive dragon now once again graced the field, on the opposite side of Azure-Eyes.

"Next, I activate Galaxy Queen's Light to raise the two Blue-Eyes to the level of Azure." He'd taken a total of two thousand damage from the card effects he'd been activating, but it would be worth it. Everything was in place. He extended his hand forward, and each of the three dragons flew up into the sky. They looked at each other, as if to say "We're gonna combine!" "Three Dragons of White, join into a new power. Almighty wrath of the stars, descend upon this battlefield to chain away their power and raze all that stands before you! XYZ summon! Number C107: NEO GALAXY-EYES TACHYON DRAGON!" The dragons joined in a blinding display of light, The stars themselves aligned to signify the descent of this beast. Dust blew in every direction as the massive three-headed dragon descended onto the field, under Beuce's command. It radiated with a brilliant golden light, and even dwarfed Bahamut. The roar it let out was deafening. It shook the very foundation the rocky ground they stood on.

"Now, I detach an XYZ material to activate the effect of Tachyon!" It reared the three heads, and curled up. Charging with a golden light, it let out a wave of energy onto Lucien's field, None of the cards he had on the field could activate their effects. His dragons may as well have been normal monsters, and their attack was substandard compared to the deadly onslaught that was about to be unleashed upon their master. "Now that i don't have to worry about any more burn damage, I activate Monster Reborn! Rise once again, Blue-Eyes White Dragon!" Though the beast may have been small in comparison to the massive creature that now dominated the field, it still stood proudly above Lucien's dragons. "In addition, your Flare Metal can now be destroyed by card effects. There's nothing protecting it anymore." Slipping a spell card from his hand into the duel disc, he cleared the way for his assault. "Go, Blue-Eyes! Burst Stream of Destruction!" The white dragon gathered an orb of energy in it's mouth, before unleashing a massive stream from it's mouth in a line along the ground across the enemy field, instantly shattering both of the monsters that stood before it.

The way was now paved for the real assault. "Now, I attack with Neo Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon directly! Galactic Particle Beam!" Each of the three heads raised upwards. Golden light began to radiate up it's body into each of the mouths. A golden orb began to form in each, growing larger with each wave of power that poured into it. Turning the gaze of each head directly toward Lucien, they loosed the attack. Three separate beams all converged into a single, massive attack. It tore the ground away to nothing as it passed over it, utterly destroying all in it's path. Once the beam finally died down, Beuce looked at Lucien with a confident expression. "I'd say that made the scores a little more even, wouldn't you?"

Well, it seemed that the fight was drawing to a close, one way or another. All that remained was to finish him off. Running up to X, Beucette used sliding dash. "gg ez" She said, hoping that they would win this turn and not give him the chance to completely shrek them. Also, it seemed that the guild master and X were having a back and forth. No one seemed to care, though. Well, it looked like there was some bad blood between them. That would probably end up being a plot device later on. Yup. Most definitely. Also X. That guy has wavy hair. He sure does. Mhm. Yup. The narration is talking about X. The post is now longer. Congratulations cal.

Beuce watched as Lucien played his cards. It was as he suspected. He was using a Red-eyes deck. Of course. It was the perfect opposite to the deck he was using. Drawing a card, then looking over his hands, he willed what he needed for his opening move into existence. "Alright Mr."I can speak with all the colors of the wind", let's do this. I start my turn by activating One for One!" Thrusting the spell card into the slot in his duel disc, a larger version of it appeared on the field in front of him. "You read the wiki, i don't need to tell you what it does." Beuce said. Plucking a second card from his hand, he placed it in the graveyard slot. "Now, since The White Stone of Legend was sent to my graveyard, i can add a Blue-Eyes White Dragon from my deck to my hand." AND SO HE DID.

"Now, for the second part of One for One. From my deck i special summon a level one monster of my choosing. And i choose Maiden with Eyes of Blue." As soon as he extracted the card from his deck and placed it onto his duel disc, a young maiden who, coincidentally enough, had blue eyes appeared on the field. Now, in most cases a young girl staring down an enormous dragon of darkness would be a little one sided, yeah? Well it still kind of was so he didn't attack. "I'll set one card face down and end my turn. Your move."

    4 cards. yup,

Monster Zone: Maiden with Eyes of Blue

Spell/Trap Zone: One card face down

    One for One
    The White Stone of Legend

Dane had evidently evaded Lexcifur's attack fairly easily, and managed to grab him. He was using his friend as a human shield. Lexcifur would be able to escape the hold, but not quick enough to avoid the fist. Quickly redirecting the fist downward, it slammed against the ground instead of it's intended target and hoisted Zavion high into the air. Dissipating the fist, he swung his foot in an upward arc, sending a crescent of solid darkness downward toward Dane's back. Lexcifur wouldn't just let Dane throw him around like a ragdoll to block all of the attacks. He'd either have to release his grip, or be hit by the attack. Perhaps both, even.

Rienzel was about to follow up with another attack on the girl, but the one fighting by her side came to intercept him. Stratos hurled a wind-empowered keyblade at him. Rienzel avoided it as best he could, but the wind properties that had been bestowed on it gave it a hero of the bow type ability, where it could change the trajectory of the throw mid-flight. The keyblade struck his left shoulder, knocking him back slightly. The attack wasn't ineffectual, but it had done less damage than one would expect from a near direct hit. Cutting through Freya's barrier had crafted a barrier of his own around his body. His sword was made to destroy magic, and re purpose it to his benefit. He looked at the second attack that was thrown toward him. A sphere of pure wind. This was a more manageable attack. While he was no better against magic enhanced projectiles than any other, Rienzel could scarcely be hurt by projectiles of raw magic, save for in great quantity where he couldn't deflect them fast enough. Passing the blade into his right hand, he slashed through the wind, disappointing it entirely. The residual magic from the orb was split into two. One half was used to help keep up his barrier, and the other sent a backlash of energy toward the original caster.

"So you refuse to see reason, broken by the despair of loss..." He said in a sorrowful tone. He readied Narukami into a proper stance. "So be it then. I have no choice but to stop you here and now. I cannot allow you to release the hero." He was a blur. He didn't need to travel through the shadows to be faster than most could handle. However, he knew Caleb well, and he was one of the few who could. His attacks were seamless. An upward slash of the downward slash of the blade to bring his opponent's guard high, followed by a lower sweep of the leg to attempt to remove balance. Finishing off by phasing into the shadows, moving behind his opponent, and attempting to sever their spine. This combination of attacks had been the death of Darius. The left hand of madness. He and his brother Dorian had kidnapped a local prostitute, when ghost arrived.

Batholomew's assault had been relatively successful. While he had taken out several of the crows with his ice bullets, the bulk of them had survived. Nearly crashing into him, Bartholomew drew out his sickle. If he'd learned anything from the last time he encountered this kid, it's that he wasn't the greatest in close quarters combat. Weird, considering he was trained by Ghost. In any case, he figured to use this to his advantage. Swinging the blade, Bartholomew aimed for the chest of his enemy.

It wasn't long before three others entered the house of the hero. One was a descendant of Ananta. A woman who had been a part of those who fought against him in the last great war. She had since turned to the ways of darkness, evidently willing to serve him without question. This was good. She attempted to absorb some of his darkness. So, why not give her what she wanted? He let a small portion of his darkness slip into her. It would be a drug unlike anything she had ever experienced. His was darkness like no other. The first which manifested in the realm of light. However, the second was one that he had not expected to see. It was an old ally. Someone from the original world, before the walls had divided. Xross. He seemed to now be a part of the group that was attempting to free him, though he hadn't know who he was previously. Also Hunter ran in and unlocked a lock. That was good. yup. Akira hadn't taken well to his mental assault. He hardly needed to convince the other two to help him, so he continued speaking to her. "Ahaa...You misunderstand. Even i do not possess the power to outright defeat her. There is no power in all creation that rivals what she holds. She cannot be defeated directly, by any means. However, that doesn't mean i cannot defeat her. I, and i alone, am capable of bringing about her defeat." Speaking mentally to the other two, he told them what needed to be done. "If i am to be released from my prison, it will take as many keyblades as sealed me. Bring them to me until the locks have all fallen loose, and i will be free."
