It doesn't matter where you found it. That image isn't even supposed to be distributed.

I swear, the lack of respect artists get sometimes REALLY gets under my skin now and then. If the artist specifically says "Yo, don't use my work. I worked really hard on this" why use it? Bottom line being this is NOT a stock photo, and it's within all rights of the original photographer to sue you for money, in which case he or she would win it.

In fact this person has ALREADY taken legal action against those who have used or distributed the image.

"The following parties have infringed my copyright and other legal rights through their unlawful use of my images downloaded from this site. The following named parties are thus on my 'black-list' and put on notice that legal action is currently being sought against them: Wacken Records, Forever Slave, Harrison Hernandez."

Also for mods- Misty already knows this and can vouch for me but all non-member submissions were personally permission granted (e.g cloaks, mjranum) :)

I really like the colouring in places, but not so much in others. It looks a little washed out on parts of the focal (like his hand for example).

The grain is really nice looking here, but we all know I'm a sharpen whore. Overall I'd say it's not your best, but it's not your worst either. :)

Uhm also with my experience in teamviewer you can only transmit audio to one person at a time, and IMs become a hassle to go through when so many people are teamviewing. May I suggest tinychat session on the side?
