This is kind of off-topic, but I have a real problem with atheists. They seem to believe it is their duty to prove the religions of others wrong. I don't understand the satisfaction of tearing a person's perfectly reasonable beliefs to pieces. I suppose religious people have a tendency to do this, as well, but I've especially noticed it in atheists. Bunterx, if someone told you of your beliefs, you would then reject them and treat them with utter disrespect? That's ridiculous. There's a little thing called "free speech". If you don't feel the same way they do, that's your problem. Not theirs. Why go to an effing computer when there's 2 billion people around you to explain it? Sure, a computer would be more neutral, but you'd get the same eventual result, if with a different impression.
What I'm speaking right now.
He's a poser. Bruce Lee's corpse would kick his Delta Force ass.
Rock: Hardcore emotion and skill. Country: Greeting-card lyrics pasted on to a watered-down pop background. What really disgusts me is that country tries to make itself seem traditional. Bluegrass is traditional. Jazz is traditional. Country? Not so much. "Nuff said.
The unknown. I can't fight what I don't fully understand.
It's not how they think-it's what that generation did. Pollution, Vietnam, stuff like that.
If you really like this guy, then I say go for it. In my opinion, if you're this close to the end anyway, you really have nothing to lose. PS. Shouldn't this be in the "Help With Life" section?
We're inheriting this world from our effed-up parents. We sure as hell should be discussing things like politics, religion, war, etc.
Whoa. My mind is officialy blown, dude. Very comprehensive. Wait, did you copy this from somewhere?
I don't listen to A7X that often, but they are pretty hardcore. I enjoy Beast & the Harlot, Critical Acclaim, & Almost Easy.
I respect that. It's true that some people don't need to make their own explanations, but my religion makes sense to me, so I stick with it. As for the Bible, it was written by man, true, but I believe the ideas came from God. Humans, being flawed in their perception (as we all know), misconstrued the words, which explains the human error. I think God didn't fix this because he wanted to see if we would still believe even with the blatant error and hypocrisy. I don't think he ever meant for it to be believed and followed word-for-word.
I saw this about a month ago. It's hard to treat Islam with much respect with crap like this floating around(Not to say Islam is bad).
You don't know. You just believe. I'm sorry if the concept of baseless faith seems alien to you, but there are many people who will believe something with no proof. Why? Because you just don't know.
Loss of freedoms. Very soon it will not be a federation; it will be an empire, and that's something that we just can't let happen.
And FFVII wins, by a unanimous vote...
It's an interesting concept, but it sounds more like a socialist anarchy to me. Just my opinion.
1. Nine Inch Nails 2. The Mars Volta 3. System of a Down 4. Blind Guardian 5. Rage Against the Machine
Fascists. Mother-screwing blasphemous fascists. God, it's people like this that gives secular Christians who don't let faith blind them to reality a bad name.
God. That really put things in perspective. The amount of people with **** in their lives...that's really frightening. And so sad.
Wow. That's certainly fake. Some of the scenes look like they're from Hot Fuzz, but I'm probably wrong. Can't tell you what made this, though. This might be in the wrong forum, by the way.
