Jake watched it all. " Well, I've got serious matters to attend to so I'll just finish you off and leave." He started transforming into something. " Geryl, I believe you have seen a transformation before."

"Well, Chase, you're not dead." Jake turned to him. Chase struggled to get up. " I'm better than I've been in worse times." He looked at Raven. " Why the heck didn't you listen to me?"
