I'm having trouble with the server here on kh-vids, I'll keep trying to send it though EDIT: I sent my entry through Skype, did you get it Amethyst?
SWEET! Expect my entry within the next 4 hours! EDIT: OK, maybe not... I'll need to send it another day, since a fire took out the wi-fi of the building that has my recording equipment...
Does this include songs like 'When Can I See You Again?', which were used in Disney movies?
Hey, are there any other fans of Amanda Lee, commonly known as LeeandLie on YouTube, and AmaAmaLeeLee on SoundCloud? For those of you who aren't in the know, Amanda Lee is a musician who usually covers anime and video game music, doing an exceptionally good job in my opinion. A few of my favorites from her are below:
My darkest entry yet has now been sent! I am a little disapointed that I wasn't able to find a better instrumental... My entry would have sounded SSOO much better if all the electric guitars and the bass from the original were in the instrumental...
I can't believe that Monty has passed on... I did a cover of the first opening for RWBY in his memory, I just wanted to share it here...
Awesome project! I just got the album last night, and I can say its easily the best album of orchestrated music I have ever listened to! My favorite tracks are easily Rage Awakened and Waltz of the Damned! All in all, this is an amazing piece of work that I would love to hear in Kingdom Hearts 3!
Hmm, I got a lot of ideas for this round... This should be fun!
HOLY FRICKIN COW!!!! I had no idea you were so good at making amusing voices Sebax! It makes my little memorial to Monty Oum (may he rest in peace) look pathetic in comparison! Well done, well done indeed!
Entry sent! Hopefully you all will enjoy what I picked out! :D
I just finished my first ever playthrough of X version, and I have to ask. How many here who have finished the main story got hit by the feels at the end?
All right, I vote for Sebax again, due to three reasons: 1) Its one of my favorite songs from Les Miserables 2) The vocals were spot on for that particular version And 3) The editing for it was very well balanced; none of the music was louder than the vocals. Now, while I preferred Sebax's version of Stars, that doesn't mean I didn't like Tale Wind's rendition. Honestly, the version of the song you did, specifically the 2012 version, is slightly more difficult to work with, (trust me, I know what I'm talking about from experience), so you have my respect for going for that version. Unfortunately, it was rather pitchy in some areas, and the audio wasn't balanced that well. I found myself turning the volume up in certain portions because I couldn't hear your vocals. All in all, the Broadway entries were all good, even if there was two of the same song. I wish both of my competitors the best of luck! May the odds be ever in your favor! :)
Amethyst, I sent you the Broadway entry last night, where is the voting thread? (Thats right, I was the late entry, mostly due to the internet being down, stupid Cambodian internet providers...)
Welcome, welcome to our humble abode. I hope you enjoy your stay here! If you're looking for any new game series, I highly recommend the Persona series, particularly Persona 3, Persona 4 and Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth. As for the battle with Braig using Terra, I recommend getting Renewal Block for your deck, and reflecting most of his shots back at him, thats how I beat him.
Thank you, my friend! My vote for your entry was also deserved, it was SO much better than last week's entry (no offense intended)
Broadway? BROADWAY?!?!? YYYYYEEEESSSSS!!!!! Two questions: 1) Can we do songs from film adaptations of Broadway musicals? 2) Do songs from the Muppets count?
Be careful with this movie, its one of the most bizarre time travel movies I have ever seen. It also has one of the most insane villains ever (insane meaning mentally unstable)
Ok, the original goes like this: A man named James Cole (Bruce Willis) is a prison inmate from somewhere around the year 2030, after the human race has been driven underground by a deadly virus. He is recruited by a group of scientists to go back in time to find the virus before it mutated, so they can find a cure. In the process he inadvertently creates the circumstances that causes the virus to be released. But, he can't change history, only interact with it to get information. As far as I can tell, yes it is. Beyond the fact that the trailer said it was based off of the movie, I can't tell how much is the same, and how much they changed. I do know, however, that it will only have six episodes.
Anybody know about the new Sy Fy original series 12 Monkeys?
Entry sent!
