You can play your PSP on a Television but not on a ps3... HOWEVER with WiFi you can do Remote play meaning you can play your PS3 on your PSP... To play your PSP on your TV you MUST purchase an additional cable.. IF you have a PSP 2000 or 3000
YOU CAN Download directly from your PSP... I downloaded a demo of Dissidia Final Fantasy recently... Very simple to do... Make an account of PSN then go and try to download the game.
