Pretty much in general. It's just the way they build their laptops. (speaking from experience).
If I ever want to watch older stuff, I can just go back and do it. new stuff is good too. we live in an era where both are readily and easily accessible. if was a kid in the 60's and i missed a movie playing in theaters, who knows how long until my next chance at watching it? either way, i don't really find myself longing for rugrats or anything like that. i wish i could enjoy old shows like i could as a kid rather than have the ability to watch it.
i guess that makes me the very fabric of space and time.
