There's this british guy who is a complete ******. he does stuff to piss people off. but he's known all over the world from tv, youtube and anywhere you can find his vids. his names neg (Not Neg, Ne-Dg) of all the things he does i have now clue how he isnt in jail some of his good vids are: "Speed smoking", "Urban Skittls", "Neg's burger bowl off", "make them move", "keep 'em out", "urban sprinting", and "big stanger rodeo, Leg it!"
