I've always seen it spelled eensy weensy, not incy wincy. That's weird.

Though I have heard it both ways many times throughout my childhood, I heard itsy bitsy slightly more often.

Guys, play nice. It's just a game. It doesn't help if you start yelling at each other.

The other reason I'm looking for jobs in SF is because I'm starting college there in the fall and living in the dorms, which is covered by financial aid. I mostly want to get a job to pay for food and save for anime conventions.

That is higher than minimum wage in every place in America except San Francisco.

(Which, incidentally, is one of the reasons I'm looking for jobs in SF. The minimum wage is $10.24!)

It was a dinner for young women going into computing and technology. It really inspired me, and I can totally picture myself interning there some day.

Some companies will pay for the course for you. I just thought I would do it before even applying for jobs to make me that much more hireable.

It's not that horrible. It's just a $15 online course that only takes an hour and a half. And it makes me feel better because even though this stuff should be common sense, most people wouldn't think to make sure food is safe to eat.

Unfortunately, it wouldn't let me take the test until I sat through the 1.5 hour training. >_>

Yes it is. In my state, you're required to get it before working in any food-related job, even stuff like Jamba Juice.
