I still don't get it. He saved the kid's life and stayed with him until he was better. He was a Good Samaritan. I still don't understand why that justifies sticking him with the bill.
I think he means flashbacks when something about the past must be revealed in order to understand the present/future. I can totally see it happening.
Wait, why did Clack get the bill? He saved the kid's life. You'd think they'd bill the kid's parents. It doesn't even make sense to me why they would bill the lifeguard. It makes about as much sense as sending a firefighter a bill because he pulled someone out of a burning building. Who comes up with this logic?
I can't really picture anything past the Xehanort saga utilizing the SRK trio. But at the same time, I don't really want SE to just ditch them for some new characters. It wouldn't really feel like Kingdom Hearts anymore. Although, now I'm picturing a huge time jump where Kairi is a grandmother telling her granddaughter the legend of the keyblade masters, mirroring the story told by Kairi's grandmother when she was a little girl. And then that young girl grows up and becomes AWESOME.
What's the last book you read that wasn't assigned for school? Bonus question: What's the last book you read that was assigned for school? For me, I believe it was one of my dad's Star Trek books about four or five years ago and Jane Eyre back in May. Upon realizing this, I've now decided to stop spending my insomia-filled nights playing Plants vs. Zombies and instead start spending them reading Douglas Adams' The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
Found another article with more details: http://www.kait8.com/story/19149968/jpd-suspect-shot-himself-in-patrol-car-while-handcuffed At least now we know there's a gun. Still seems fishy to me, though.
How was he able to not only pull a hidden gun but also shoot himself in the right temple if he was still handcuffed? Also, there shouldn't be a question of whether he shot himself or someone else shot him. If they found a gun, run it for prints, see who shot it. If no gun found, it couldn't possibly be suicide. Smells like a dirty cop to me.
I kinda see what you're saying. I actually don't mind most of it, and think it gives it some character. I just think the MW is a bit distracting. That's just my opinion, though.
I like it, but I'm a little confused by a few elements, such as the MW on the right and the notebook paper on the left.
This thread started out happy and then made me sad.
I believe Lea was meant to take Terra's place, since Terra was taken by Xehanort.
Has this been officially confirmed anywhere? Do you have proof? I thought it was just speculation, but you speak of this as fact. EDIT: I'd like to add that there have been rumors since forever ago that they were planning to remake FF7, but those plans never game to fruition.
Next-gen console could mean Wii U for all we know. That console is supposed to have HD graphics, right? EDIT: Sorry, I realized I didn't specify. By next-gen console, I meant anything in either 7th (PS3, 360, wii) or 8th generation (Wii U, ?, ?). I was actually kind of wondering about the "past" part myself. As cool as an HD remake would be, I would much prefer the second option.
I'm thinking that that battle will be in KH3. Other thing I noticed: In the same video, at the end of the credits, at 4:10, it looks like a III. That might be a little far-fetched, but I wouldn't put it past SE to stick that in there as an easter egg.
I agree with this. If you add a new usergroup, it's 100% optional for existing prems. They can either choose to stay prem or strive for the higher rank. But if the requirements for prem are changed, existing prems don't get a choice; they either manage to make it in anyway because they happen to have enough, or they get booted out.
"The past will be reawakened as a new number in never-before-seen detail. Prepare yourself for the awakening of the next number." Seen here at 3:48: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9qvrmNsxfXU&feature=context-shows&list=SL Sounds like KH3 on a next gen console, to me. Thoughts?
Okay, after watching the secret ending again, I'm confused. Yen Sid said that the x-blade divided into 7 lights and 13 darknesses, and that the 7 lights were supposed to protect the 7 princesses of heart. Okay. That makes sense. But then how is Kairi in both groups?
I watched all the DDD cutscenes on Youtube, but I'm still finding the whole concept difficult to grasp. So let me try to sort this out. - Xehanort needs bodies to take over in order to time travel to get more bodies - He needs 13 bodies of pure darkness aka 13 Xehanorts - When 13 bodies of darkness and 7 bodies of light collide, it'll recreate the keyblade wars... or something like that... - Organization 13 was supposed to be possessed by Xehanort, but he only succeeded with a couple. Xehanort's New 13 - BBS Xehanort - Ansem SoD - Ansem SoD Heartless - Xemnas - Xigbar - Saix - Terra - The Ansem at Destiny Island in KH1 - Young Xehanort - Ven - Sora - 2 others? Somebody help me here. - I'm confused as to whether the 7 hearts of light is a reference to the princesses of heart or the 7 keyblade weilders they're assembling. 7 Keyblade Heroes - Sora - Riku - Mickey - Axel - Kairi - Aqua - Ven I probably have a lot wrong here. Like I said, I only watched the Japanese cutscenes with subs a few months ago, so my memory's fuzzy. I'm watching an English walkthrough now, and will edit this post if I get better info.
Well, my friend Debra got KH1 and she said she was really into it. She would go on and on about some kid who runs around with Disney characters and hits stuff with a giant key. At first, I was like, "Haha, no." Keep in mind this was around the time that Disney Channel started sucking (think Jonas Brothers, Hanah Montana, etc.) and I wasn't rather fond of Disney at the moment. Also, the concept just sounded plain ridiculous. I wanted nothing to do with this, but I listened to my friend because that's what friends do. A few weeks later, I slept over at her house. It was a fine and normal sleepover, until she was like "OMG AMBER LET'S PLAY KINGDOM HEARTS!!!" and I was like "I don't want to play Kingdom of Hearts." and then she got mad because there's no "of", but whatever. She literally dragged me into her bedroom so I could watch her play. I tried to run away, but she dragged me back and then sat on me so I couldn't get away. She started it up from the beggining. "Who's that guy?" "That's Sora." "Why is he falling?" "He's like, asleep or something." "Who's that? She's pretty." "That's Kairi. She's Sora's kind-of-but-not-really girlfriend." "What you mean they don't kiss or anything?" "Nope." "Well that sucks." "Do I still need to sit on you?" "... No..." And then I started watching the cutscenes on Youtube for KH, then CoM, then KH2. Shortly after finishing KH2, I joined this forum in 2007. That Christmas, I finally got a PS2 and all three KH PS2 titles. And so it began.
Believe me, being straight is kinda boring. Sometimes I wish I was bi so I would have more options available to me. But it would seem that ladies just don't interest me in the same way...
