I'm taking a class this semester called The Vietnam Wars, emphasis on the s, which is essentially Vietnamese history summarized from the late 19th century to the mid 20th century, where it turns into a class more on the domestic politics of the U.S. war with Vietnam than the war itself. The class has been brutal being such a reading/writing intensive class, so needless to way when I had the midterm for the class the week before spring break I was anxious to see how I did because 1, it's one of the only grades we get in the class so I needed to do well, and 2, because according to another professor most of the students who take this professors classes fail the first test/exam because they're killer (so it's somewhat confusing why he's regarded as the best history professor at the school but w/e). I had the class today and at the end of the class he handed back our exams and asked me and two other guys to stay after class so he could talk to us. After everyone left he waited a minute and told the three of us, "YOU GUYS CRUSHED THE EXAM! WHAT HAPPENED I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE HARDER BUT YOU GUYS GOT MASSIVE A's!" He talked with us for a few minutes and told us how he was grateful that we were doing so well because he likes teaching the class but since it's such a small class he's never sure if it will be taught next semester, and that because of this he will probably keep with it if people hear about the class. He also told us that he looks forward to reading our papers next time because it's nice to know that we are genuinely understanding the material and not simply regurgitating what we heard in class for a grade. This was all very flattering and I was so relieved that I did will on the exam, but what really made my day was that after telling us how he was grateful for us doing well he turned to me and said "ESPECIALLY YOU, YOU'RE ALWAYS SO DAMN QUIET I CAN NEVER TELL IF YOU GET THE MATERIAL OR NOT BUT APPARENTLY YOU DO BECAUSE YOU DID AMAZING." This made me smile/laugh (which I was already doing) because, well, it's nice to be appreciated/recognized, but also because whenever someone tells me I'm quiet it's usually done through a borderline offensive snide remark. And this couldn't have come at a better time because this morning was one of those "fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck school I just want to wrap myself in a blanket and wake up in nine hours" mornings, but this gave me a much-needed motivation boost. coming back from spring break it's hard to care about anything school-related. and the caps are not for emphasis he was literally shouting down-side is that now I need to maintain this quality of work or else disappoint him and look bad

guess why because cn moved it to a ridiculous time slot, put it on hiatus for months, and then wouldn't put it back on the air because it wasn't selling toys. cn strikes again basically the same thing that happeNED TO THUNDERCATS (2011) THAT IM STILL FURIOUS ABOUT. THEY HAD THIS AMAZING SHOW AT THE PERFECT TIME SLOT AND MOVED IT TO LIKE 7 AM ON SUNDAY AND THEN CANCELLED IT AFTER ONE SEASON. IT HAD SO MUCH POTENTIAL AND WAS CLEARLY CUT OFF BEFORE ITS TIME. THE FINALE WASNT EVEN ANYTHING IT WAS SO LAME IT NEEDED ANOTHER SEASON.
is that right in the middle of all the craze and silly there will be this random little nugget of profundity that rocks your world Ok so like in the episode The Creeps where it's supposed to be Clue or whatever there's all this funny going on (duchess gummybuns made me spit out what I was drinking because lsp is absolutely hysterical) and at one point Bmo says (I love Bmo btw), "when bad things happen I know you want to believe they are a joke, but sometimes life is scary and dark, that is why we must find the light." And I was just like whaaat, 3 seconds ago I was choking from laughing and now you're throwing this at me what the hell. And yeah it's a fairly simple concept but when Bmo proceeds to actually pull out a light after a slight pause kinda making a joke of the whole thing it's just like... yeah... life can be that simple, just look around and you'll easily find a reason to be happy. WHAT IS THIS SHOW I DONT UNDERSTAND
how many of you watch Arrow i'm going to assume none in which case you are not living your life to the fullest seriously. season 2. oh my god. season 2. season 1 was almost just as thrilling for me but man, season 2. it's just over halfway done and it's already made so much progress. seriously it's one of the best things on right now. watching episode 15 and... its just too awesome. seriously if youre not watching it shame on you

I CANT STOP. IM SUPPOSED TO BE READING/WATCHING OTHER STUFF I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS i only have two episodes left in season 2 and i started last weekend. thats fast. for me. the humors kinda hit and miss for my tastes. some jokes fall flat and then others are hilarious i think my favorite thing about the show (aside from PB) is the setting. it's very intriguing and kinda mysterious. i feel like its a lot darker than it initially seems and im curious where that goes. my favorite characters are PB because Hynden Walch, Beemo, and Finn. the voice acting in this show is phenomenal. Finn's screeches crack me up cant decide who i ship more, PB and Finn or Marceline and Finn. and at first i didnt think i would ever ship Finn and Marceline, but after the vampire power episode im all for it.

seriously what the heck everyone i know is down on this movie even older people who like kids movies are like no way to this i dont get it -- from the first trailer i was like that looks amazing would think the novelty of a lego stop motion feature film would be enough to intrigue people and im not entirely sure if it is stop motion, but its made in a way to at least look stop motion which is close enough come on people get with it
