So apparently the inevitable Justice League movie has been confirmed now. This comment accurately sums up my feelings and expectations for this whole thing. And WHAT, why is Shazam not in this continuity? I don't get this. I want to reserve judgement on the "DCCU" until we get farther than one movie into it, but right now it's looking... terrible. imo. Although maybe Shazam not being in this muddled continuity is a good thing. Wonder Woman not even having her own movie planned yet shows you how messed up this whole thing is. As I said in my post in the Superman/Batman thread, I'm just so shocked by all of this I can't articulate my thoughts.

god i have never felt the need to rewatch a series more than this one not because it was sooo good and i just want to enjoy it again, but because 1 the conceit is so ****ing insane and there are times when i cant tell if they're just dropping the ball big time or if it makes sense but either way they don't do a great job of explaining things at times, and 2 because there's so much stuff going on that you're sure to miss things Spoiler Episode 24. Okay, someone tell me what the significance of the Original Life Fiber is? Aside from it being the origin of all things, why is it so integral to Ragyo's plan? Because when it's destroyed it affects her plans literally not at all unless im mistaken. She didn't need it to broadcast that signal because she does that on her own. Wtffff. And why is it that when it's destoryed the machine it was supposed to connect to (WHICH GOT JACK ALL EXPLANATION I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT THING IS) is protected by a field of life fibers? Why? It does nothing. It was supposed to connect to the olf but once that's destroyed i don't see what significance it has and i had a lot of little qualms like this throughout the series where something seems to break all of the rules or just plain doesn't make sense. loved the series but man i feel like some things could have been done muuuuch better. which is why i think a second watch would clear a lot of things up. and goddamn satsuki's one of my favorite anime characters ever

I love writing papers for school. I really do. It's one of the few things that I can look back at when I'm done and feel genuinely proud of my work and feel like I've accomplished something noteworthy. I'm writing a compare/contrast book critique and I have never done it to the extent that I'm doing now. Still, through all of the panic and anxiety I'm enjoying the process somewhat. should be interesting to see what turns out.
In Superman II, if Superman can magic kiss anyone's memories away, why is it that when Lois jumps into the rapids that Clark refuses to turn into Superman and save her and then just make her forget after? I'm pretty sure if you're Superman and you can make people forget whatever you want that keeping your identity a secret wouldn't be that big of a concern.

im addicted to these two things this is one of the best musical experiences i've ever had. its 10 minutes of absolute perfection in every conceivable way and this. oh my god. where has this been my whole life seriously. you're doing yourself a disservice by not experiencing this album. listened to it basically nonstop all weekend
