OOC: Technically speaking, Pendulum cards can't really be considered "broken". Otherwise, Konami would have to revise it. They are more like unpredictable if anything.
And that's also true for all the cards ever created for Yu-Gi-Oh. If they were broken, not only they would be hard to pull off, they would be unbeatable by any means necessary.
Now, before most of you start a rebuttal, think about this from my perspective: most of the cards chain together, yes, and some of these combos almost can win any duel with anyone. But the beauty of this game is that with so many strategies and so many cards in Konami's directory that that one particular strategy can be rendered useless by another person's strategy, and usually, you would have to change your strategy depending on your opponent's.

Pendulum cards are just another twist to the game.
    Just like XYZs,
    Just like Syncros,
    Just like Rituals,
And just like Fusions, and even Effect monsters at all.

Besides cards in the Banlist, you have all of that at your disposal. The one thing that people don't understand is that the cards aren't broken, they're just put into really good strategies.

The figure laughed out loud at Jaden's win. This boy was incredible. Not only was this boy determined, but he had gone completely all out.
    Definitely good job.
But the figure wasn't looking to challenge the winner. Quite the opposite. He had a feeling that this would happen, and Silver lost, as suspected.
Ze Operator has finally found his challenge.

Ze Operator jumps down from rock to rock and finally break-rolling to the ground. He then walks right in front of the two boys, and points out a finger in front. He adjusts his arm to where it was now pointing at Silver. He flips a wrist, 3 Duel monster cards appear in his hand.
"Might want to check your pockets, brat, because that Winged Kuriboh's gotta fly back to Jaden." He said, chortling. He revealed one of the cards as Jaden's very own Winged Kuriboh. Then, Operator walked over to Jaden and handed him the card.
"I believe this is yours." He replied. He turned back to Silver.
"I challenge you to a game."

The figure tilted his head as he watched Jaden and Silver. Jaden indeed seemed to have the upper hand, but the battle was just starting, so the figure couldn't judge the victor.
He knew very well that in the game of Duel Monsters, every strategy outdoes another in some way, and with hundreds of cards and hundreds of strategies to make, there is always someone stronger.
The figure sighed, thinking throughly on the prospect.
If Silver can somehow figure a way to fool Jaden, the match would be a lot more entertaining.
But the figure had a feeling about Silver's attitude. To the figure, Silver seemed arrogant, a nuisance, probably likely to cheat.
It's a good thing that I am a witness to this, the figure thought. That way, nobody can cheat without me catching them, not from this view, at least.

A large bang was heard from a nearby cliff as a figure appeared from a cloud of dust caused by the blast. He was tall, and dressed in a black suit. His face was covered, and on his right arm, he had a black Duel Disk.
He had arrived just in time to see Jaden challenge the red-haired weasel Silver. He chuckled, but the noise came out as grating disc over metal. He kneeled on the edge of the cliff.
"How interesting." He murmured with a hint of amusement. "Two boys fighting over one mere card, even if its value is flawed? This should be entertaining. Perhaps I'll be able to get a bit of data from this, if it gets good."
He dropped his legs over the cliff, swinging them back and forth like a child, falling silent.

OOC: Ok guys, my characters here. After you guys have a duel, I'll present my challenge.

Anyone call for a villain? I can try to play the part, and let off some load off Jaden. Plus the RP thread seems to grow even more dead every day.

Both Golden Freddy and Shadow Freddy have no other abilities other than their special summon function and them draining life points. Other than that, they do no damage by battle, and they are banished the moment their effect activates.

    So.....

Unbalanced? Meh. Golden Freddy isn't really my card, as I specified above.
    Appropriate Effect? Personally, yes.
    Banned by Konami? Probably.
Banned on here? That's for @Jaden Yuki to decide.

    Ok..

    Shadow Freddy Text:
Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Cannot be Special Summoned, except by it's own effect. If you have banished 1 "Golden Freddy" by your End Phase, or your opponent has 4 or more monsters on the field, and you have no monsters: Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, you can activate on of these effects, judging by the amount of Life Points your opponent has:
*8000-6000: Your opponent loses 2000 LP.
*6000-4000: Your opponent loses 4000 LP.
*4000-1000: Your opponent cannot Set cards.
After activating an effect, banish this card. The effect of "Shadow Freddy" can only be activated once per duel, per player.

    I'm back!
and I've brought a couple of friends from a nice pizzeria that I work at......2 actually.

I was surprised when I saw this card up. Besides Foxy, Golden Freddy is my second favorite from Five Nights at Freddy's. This card was not created by me, but I do plan to utilize it in a duel, so I am specifying that.
But in response to this card, i decided to follow up.

One of the new rumored Easter Eggs of Five Nights at Freddy's 2. Thought it looked good, so decided to create a card in response to the "Golden Freddy" Card.
Yes, I know the text is small.

    Name: Lavernius 'Leviathan' Vourmos
    Gender: Male
    Age (Min of 14): 18
Description: 6'1 in height. Well-muscled. Caucasian.
Blue eyes, and black hair with one blue streak on his right side, behind his ear. Has a scorpion tattoo on the middle of his back.
Personality: Reckless on most occasions. He is considered an oddball by many. One moment he's cocky as any stereotypical jock, the next moment, he just messes with others.
All in all, Leviathan, or 'Levi' as most people call him, has yet to make himself known, if he hasn't done so already.
Good luck trying to convince him to do much though. He tends to palace his own path. Nobody knows what drives him though.
    Weapons: Scorpion Flail
    Armor: -
    AS: Thunder, Quick Blitz, Cure
Strengths: Pissing others off, quick wits, unoccasional fist fighting.
    Weaknesses/Fears: Losing, being corrupt.
History: Leviathan was an orphan, living off the streets. He used his somewhat sharp tongue, his quick wit, and his lazily stubborn attitude to make a few chunks of change to keep himself from starving. He got his alias from his biggest gig, when he entered and underground fighting arena. Somehow, no matter what the superiors threw at him, and no matter how many times he was knocked down, he always managed to get back up and finish the job. His last fight involved him to fight unarmed against a burly man using a Scorpion Flail, which was referred to as the old 'ball and chain'.
25 minutes later, with 4 cracked ribs, a broken arm and a leg, and the Scorpion Flail as his prize, Levi left the ring, with a cocky smile on his face.
Other: Doesn't know how to converse with women. He stutters.
    Character Build Chosen: Strength
    Character Build Weakness: Defense
