Yuki woke up later and stretched.
Yuki went back to bed.
Yuki carried Zain downstairs and fed him the milk. "Now I know how much trouble I caused my parents when I was a baby." She told herself as she fed him.
Yuki took Zain with her to her room and went to sleep.
"He won't be little for long, but yes."
Yuki smiled at Zain and sat on the couch with him, ignoring Ari.
"Yep, this is Zain. He has to grow up again."
Yuki rocked Zain back and forth and sang to him.
"Almost looks like my hair." Yuki said to herself.
Yuki gently held his tiny hand and smiled.
"You remember me, don't you little brother?"
Yuki smiled as she watched him.
"No, I think I'll be fine, just as long as Zain doesn't mistake me for his mother."
Yuki looked at Zain and smiled.
"So he's my little brother now, I guess."
"So it worked, then?"
Yuki sighed and laid back on the couch.
"If you're so sure it can be done, I suppose I'll take my chances."
"Of course not." Yuki said.
"As okay as someone who found out that their brother was destined to die, I guess."
