So... I'D call that one the "Destined Pair" or something... lol "Destiny Duo" (I get what you mean and all, but I notice when the same thing pops up, they like to dub it the same, example: in Digimon, season 2, the Digimon Kaiser, was renamed the "Digimon Emperor", in season 4, "Kaisergreymon" became "Emperorgreymon"...) So, if Roxas is the "Key of Destiny" in English, I wouldn't doubt the Keyblade being called that... (If they make a GBA / DS sequel, I can assume these two keyblades will return just like Diamond Dust and One-Winged Angel did in CoM)
Hm... Either Axel, Vexen, or Zexion... Axel was sad, but not cruel..Sad because of the sentiment backing it up.. Vexen because of the manner of his death (he'd lost, and after the fight, he wasn't trying anything dirty, in fact, he may have helped Sora & co. further... BUT Axel had to take care of him, harshly I might add) and Zexion... well, I don't know.. it was kind of twisted. That's all I can say about it. Oh, wait, LOL two of the harsher deaths were thanks to Axel, who died a more peaceful, (albeit suicidal) death.. LOL
Why does no one include Genie? :( Proof: Sora: Was "chosen" by the Keyblade during his mini-adventure in Dive to the Heart... thus able to wield one.. but has yet to acquire one.. Then when Riku revealed the keyhole to the Heartless, and gave into darkness in his endeavor to depart from his world, the keyblade that would have been his went to Sora. Later, Riku came back and held onto Sora's Keyblade for a spell, without it going back to Sora, since it was originally his (he just went through the portal of darkness before he was granted it) then gives it back to Sora.. Then in Hollow Bastion, Riku takes it back... Even in Dark Mode Riku continues to hold it, until Sora's heart became stronger with the strength his friends have given him and the Keyblade permanently becomes Sora's. Sora later momentarily wields the Dark Keyblade forged from the hearts of the 6/7 Princesses of Heart, to release the 7th princess' heart from his own... He wields his own Keyblade he got from Riku from his salvation by Kairi, all the way up to KH2. Then, he acquires the power to "Drive", giving him access to up to 2 Keyblades (the origin of the second Keyblade is unknown) Sora also dual-wields his own Keyblade alongside Riku's Way to the Dawn in the last assault on Xemnas. Riku: Somehow was chosen by the Keyblade to be its wielder (although this is never shown) but his departure into the darkness leaves it with Sora. He comes back and holds it in his hand, examining it, before giving it back to Sora. In Hollow Bastion he takes it back as his own... Still wielding it while in Dark Mode, but Sora's heart realizes power Riku's was neglecting (the power of friendship) and the Keyblade returns to Sora, as its rightful bearer. Riku, whose heart is being controlled by Xehanort's Heartless, forms the Dark Keyblade out of the captive hearts of 6 of the 7 Princesses of Heart, and wields it against Sora in battle.. Riku wields his Soul Eater sword for the duration of CoM and much of KH2, but near the end, it becomes (or goes into the creation of) the Way to the Dawn Keyblade, and he wields it in his Xehanort-Heartless form, and even has a Keyblade prepared for Kairi's use. He hands over his Way to the Dawn to Sora so he can dual-wield and take out Xemnas. Kairi: Uhm, according to one of Xehanort's Reports, the Princesses of Heart, and the Keyblade have some sort of magnetic relationship... AND the Sora/Kairi/Roxas/Namine' process may have relayed Sora's power to wield the Keyblade back to Roxas, Kairi, and Namine'... We cannot be sure. BUT she does wield a Keyblade prepared for her by Riku... (where he got the Keyblade, no one knows) King Mickey: If or how he was chosen, we cannot be sure, but where he GOT his Keyblade, he acquired it in the dark realm, landing him on the dark side of Kingdom Hearts... He wielded it from CoM and on... Roxas: Afterall, he WAS Sora's Nobody... But, we don't know the length of time between his retrieval of the Keyblades and his creation... BUT, we know he left the Organization after wondering why he can wield them... Also, during a Heartless fight in TWTNW, he lent his Oblivion to Riku and kept on fighting with the Oathkeeper, only to re-acquire his Oblivion once he and Riku went head-to-head... Both Keyblades remained in his possession (albeit dormant) but he was uploaded to DiZ's virtual Twilight Town... and from whatever source, recieved a virtualized Keyblade (maybe DiZ, maybe some mysterious force) and later, while still inside, he went to a version of Dive to the Heart on his own, recieving that Keyblade immediately... And again, in the fight with Axel, (no longer digitized I believe) he immediately wields Oathkeeper & Oblivion against him... And half-joins with Sora for the rest of the game.. Until he fought Sora on a platform of his version of Way to the Dawn, with his Oathkeeper & Oblivion... (and according to KH2FM+, from time to time, Sora commandeers Roxas' Keyblades and wields them Final Form style..) Genie: Don't ask me why, but Genie really could wield a Keyblade in KH2... that steamed from his genie-tail.. His methods are unknown.. it may be that since his summoning is stemmed from Sora's power (or story-wise, I believe he has the empty lamp, which lets Genie know he is needed) afterall, he does fight using Sora's Drive Forms... Or maybe just because he's a near-omnipotent genie he can do what he wants...?? Old Man, Dark Riku-esque warrior, Knights: NO idea... NO clues... Only time will tell.
I personally LOVE the idea... That would be very cool... (I don't know though, with all the real-world stuff... like sountracks and stuff... like, if it's cosplay, then it would make more sense to include only things that would apply to the story of Kingdom Hearts (things like weapons would be ok, but things like voice actors, or release dates, etc. I don't know.) but it's your thing, so do with it how you will, I'll enjoy to see pics. lol LOL I just got a funny idea... Be funny for a manga blooper thing, if somebody swapped Zexion's book with the Hundred Acre Wood.. LOL
I know... but it's fun to ME... Of COURSE it's fiction... I found that a bit rude... Why do you play Final Fantasy games in general? It's fictional ya know. ;)
Hm... I have a good few... "Got it memorized?" "Dance water, dance!" Cloud & Leon's back-to-back conversation during the Heartless Invasion Just about when any Organization member manifests his/her weapons... O_O When Riku transformed into Xehanort's Heartless form complete w/ guardian.
Hm, I don't think Namine' actually got INTO the Organization, if that's who you're referring to, she more became adopted (or rather like commandeered) by the Organization for its own personal use. If she were IN the Organization she would have a name Kairi + X anagram... and a coat. And it would be Organization XIV ... Come to think of it, with 5 members gone.. How come they kept calling themselves Organization XIII, and not Organization VIII? But yeah, atleast SOMEBODY chose Princess of Heart.. I mean, they don't express their power that much, but they did hold back the immense darkness flowing through Hollow Bastion's keyhole...AND forge the Dark Keyblade with their hearts...
Actually, this is rather cool... Cloud says "Oh, you're fighting too?" or something else to that effect, meaning, I could take them ALL as they are... It's just a well written way of saying Cloud thinks he's tough, tougher than Squall even..
Uhm... noticing the new Organization member battles in KH2FM+, well first, I have a complaint about the boss battle videos, not just from here... Ok, for a battle video... We look for one thing, the battle, the details, etc... We can easily deduce WHO's fighting, but not the details... Plus, guess what? We can play as Sora OURSELVES to learn of Sora's techs... so that only leaves the opponents... and if they get the guillotine too quick, we don't really get the details of the enemy... Way too many people who record their boss battles, finish too quickly or die too soon.. But ok, rant over. I just wanna kinda analyze what's going on with the sort of "new" moves of some of the members from CoM that you can fight in KH2FM+... For instance, I never really exactly caught what Zexion was doing... Something about the book eating you...and that's all I get. Larxene... I have to ask, did she go all ninja-jutsu on us and make copies of herself... OR is she just SO d*mn fast that she made after-images? But with the swinging one Larxene into the other, I'm confused.. Also, the video I watched of Vexen.. I did not have room or time to notice what the DATA thing was for, the weird rings overlapping Sora, and BARELY what Vexen was actually doing to hurt you (I noticed the giant ice spikes, the mini-blizzard/hailstorm, and the freezing of Sora, I didn't really see any shield strikes or anything)
Well then why post? You had nothing to reply with, and the other stuff doesn't matter to you..
I personally think that since this whole thing revolves around a KEYBLADE war... That "birth by sleep" refers to Dive to the Heart, the dream world where Sora was introduced to Heartless, and was given some advice by an unknown voice about the nature of the heart and of darkness, AND I believe he was chosen to wield the Keyblade... Also, Roxas had a similar experience, his Dive to the Heart though revolved around Nobodies, and Sora... where he immediately recieved a Keyblade (although, with Roxas, Keyblades confuse me... he already had 2, they went away when Riku beat him, then they put him in Virtual Twilight Town, and at some points, someone or something gave him a digitalized Kingdom Key to use..) but nonetheless, he recieved a Keyblade from the Dive to the Heart world, that only apparently appears as a DREAM, to dream is to sleep... ALSO, Sora & Roxas fought on one of the platforms of Roxas' Dive to the Heart, (strangely enough, during the boss fight, I notice the surroundings sometimes turn into the same as when Sora opens a pathwa) and since Roxas was a part of Sora at the time, they had to go here to the dream world, and that's why Donald & Goofy didn't notice anything..
He is MOST likely wielding the Dark Realm Keyblade, but with the STAR SEEKER keychain.
Ok, if Sora's not a JERK, he's a blockhead main character (there is a whole bunch of these) I find it mostly in the killing off of the Organization... I mean, yeah, the lesser Nobodies RIGHT up in your face trying to kill you, stop them. But all the Organization members give Sora AMPLE time to talk to them and come to an agreeable, LOGICAL solution (as that's really all the Nobodies have, logic, and their pretend-emotions) Sora must not have been smart enough (nor Mickey, nor Riku) to come up with... "OH, THAT'S all you wanted? Come on Saix, summon all the mother******* Heartless you can, Riku, your majesty, let's do this" *Roxas manifests himself and joins in the Heartless slaying...* But really... That's just Sora's mindset that messed it up for us... If you don't recall, TWTNW's version of Kingdom Hearts WAS complete, but DiZ/Ansem had his own stupid agenda... and messed it up. (I still think the Keybladers could just go back down there and re-kill the Heartless that came out)
Actually, I would love it if Port Royal and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest returned, and it worked as I envisioned it... (Davy Jones, the Heartless, Nobodies, Davy Jones' heart, the DM-Chest, the one-of-a-kind key to the chest, and the Keyblade all having purpose together. lol)
The game mechanics have made it a point that Keyblades (atleast those like the Kingdom Key) can change form, theme, and power depending on the keychain attached... A lot of people in the fandom believed that they were RECIEVING actual Keyblades... Rather than keychains to alter the Keyblade... So, it can ALSO be the Kingdom Key of the world of darkness, just with the Star Seeker keychain...
and you HAVE to ask yourself.... what DIFFICULTY was this on?!!
Thanks for the support of my contribution... Though, hah, amnesia is the easiest thing to get done... lol ANYTHING that happened during that battle could have caused Xehanort's amnesia, IF this battle is INDEED taking place in the past.
Actually I believe Darkside was COOLER, but Twilight Thorn was much more of a difficult fight...
HEARTLESS duh!!! They come first, they're darkness-incarnate, they wield neat dark powers, they're cute and monstrous at the same time, they advanced the plot more than most things, AND, besides certain exceptions, their creation gives possibility to the creation of a Nobody. Beat that.
Ok... GEEZ... Yes, I like what this person did.. Makes a lot of sense...BUT, the end-fates of many a character reveal the almost impossibility... Xehanort: Picks up where Ansem left off, he and Ansem's other apprentices experimented on his heart, and Xehanort ended up casting away his body, (with body goes soul, leaving heart) causing the darkness in his heart to take the form of a Heartless... although his report noted that he did not feel like that of a Heartless, but according to Ansem's later report, Xehanort HAD become a Heartless, but by doing what he did voluntarily, he retained most of his form, memories, and personality not governed by the heart. His Heartless (the one in the same clothes as the old man) with yellow eyes and darker skin... Was unstable as Heartless are (not as stable as regular "complete" beings) and the observation of Kairi's heart's refuge into Sora's... he may or may not have had knowledge about the ability to forge the Dark Keyblade capable of unlocking people's hearts, and would need to wield this Keyblade to retrieve Kairi's heart from Sora's. He, as we know entered the Keyhole to the Darkness in Hollow Bastion and appeared at End of the World... to later combat Sora & co, and be vanguished by the purified Light of Kingdom Hearts, only to live on in part inside of Riku's heart. Xemnas, also as we know, was eliminated by the efforts of Sora & Riku. Riku: After he overcame the presence of Xehanort's Heartless, and Ansem's machine's explosion took care of the last of it, after Xemnas' demise and his talk with Riku on... "the beach that never was" or whatever, he went through the Door to Light w/ Sora, and returned to his homeworld of Destiny Islands... But now... It IS true there were hidden truths about Xehanort from before Ansem took him in, such as his amnesia starting from the beginnning.. and the fact that his name - the x, is "another", we can't be sure that the Xehanort, his heartless, Riku's remnant darkness, and Xemnas are the ONLY things left (well, NOT left) of Xehanort... We can't be sure there is "another" Xehanort..
