Well those lines are pretty wrong, as disproved by the subject matter. Sora (complete) - hearts = Shadow Heartless & Roxas (only body & soul) Shadow Heartless + Light of Kairi's heart = Sora (restored body & restored heart)
Uhm, if ya think about it, dur, the XIII's weapons are certainly not far from the same.... Well anyway, I personally like the Keyblade just cuz it's magical... I like magical things... talismans basically... swords with extraordinary power in battle, jewels that do magic stuff as determined by your thoughts/emotions, masks that stick to your face and transform you into something different and give you cool powers... For me, the Keyblade just falls into that category..
Question: What are YOU suggesting it is?
Well let's see, proof we have of sort of how the process CAN work. When Destiny Islands began to be fade into the darkness, after Riku had intentionally taken the dark path out of there, as Kairi's heart is one of the purest, and allegedly immune to the attack of dark forces, it took refuge in Sora's heart, and Sora & Kairi's bodies were merely drafted away from the island by the dark portals, Sora & Kairi's heart ended up in Traverse Town, while Kairi's body ended up elsewhere... presumably Neverland. Kairi's heart exited her body, but from a reliable source, (Ansem's reports) we know that didn't create Namine'. When Sora unlocked and opened his heart with the special Keyblade, for reasons unknown (as it effected Maleficent differently) it released Kairi's heart as expected, AND turned Sora into a Heartless at the same time... and THIS event is what brought about Roxas and Namine'. But there is one thing to note; Sora still ended up with his body, soul, AND heart, while Roxas remained alive.. For Riku, he began using the powers of darkness, he obtained the Dark Riku form, used it once for additional dark power, opened himself up to the darkness and let Xehanort's Heartless into his heart, went into Dark Mode for the time that Xehanort's Heartless was in control, his heart struggled and fought His Heartless, only to be pushed back and eliminated from the body, which Xehanort's Heartless made his own... Riku's heart likely sent back to the dark side of Kingdom Hearts, up until Xehanort's Heartless was eliminated, then Riku presumably regained his body and soul and thus his form, but remained behind Kingdom Hearts because of how he got there (in other words he belonged, since he went there as just a heart) And Xehanort's Heartless still left a seed of sorts in Riku's heart, which was the basis for Riku's story in Reverse/Rebirth, and technically, Riku did somewhat become a Heartless when he took on the so-called "Ansem"'s form... So, who knows?
Actually, to be more precise, Sora's name means "sky", but the theme still fits. Also, you may notice that Terra did some strange thing during the endings where he went from blue-ish eyes, to yellow during the "giant-heart-in-the-sky" scene, and those two things point in the direction of Kingdom Hearts (the hearty moon) and Heartless and/or Darkness itself.. (yellow eyes) And, the whole Heartless/Darkness things also rings a bell MOST for Riku. (yes, Sora became a Heartless once, but came back, and has Anti-Form, but Riku connects with the darkness more, and willingly cooperates with it, at this point having mastered it, only to lose its power) Also, the only connection we have for Aqua and Kairi is the simplest. They're both females able to wield the Keyblade. Not to mention the name game. As for Sora and Ven, their names AND Ven's physical similarities to Roxas, who himself has a strong connection to Sora.
lol I may not be the one who said it, but I do. I notice things like that (such as the similarity between Black Suit-Spidey & Anti-Form...) But as for the point of this thread, I'm pretty sure he meant that Sora did not need Riku's full assistance at the time...
Yeah... he doesn't count so much.. If ya wanna go along with it, do so, if not, choose another.
Right... That's how I saw it, that (especially) when Riku took on Xehanort's Heartless form, he became some sort of "half-Heartless", being able to keep his heart, but also act as if he was a Heartless... Being able to do all the things that would normally corrode one's heart with darkness, with no further consequences... I think through and through though that Riku has a Nobody... but we haven't yet run into it, and it is NOT Axel. (gah, don't ya hate how everyone loves to jump to that conclusion?) He technically DID lose his heart though guys... Once Xehanort's Heartless took full control of Riku's body and made it his own... Riku's heart was "kicked out".
Yep, that would be AntiForm... so, sometimes I wonder if Sora CAN turn into a Heartless anymore.. (Like, in my mind, now that darkness takes over Sora that way, that makes me believe that the darkness in his heart is kept in check...also, that maybe his forms also channel Roxas in small ways..)
Wow! Where'd ya get those?! Hm, now all we need is a script thingy for the mirror that describes Limit Form.
Then again, I'm stupid, and don't even know how the other forms look like in Christmas Town...
You CAN use normal Heartless or Nobodies, in fact, it is encouraged. (I like the choices for Jafar, he DOES look like he'd become a Sorcerer, good job, the right ones tend to be keeping their forms as Nobodies, I like that) Yes, as Kingdom-fan98 said, next up is Tron. (use your imagination, data-based character or not, he must have a heart by the rules of the series)
Thanks a bunch you guys. (Oh, and yeah, can you show Limit Form after being in the Black-Santa Suit? Or is it still just the mask that changes?) Also, the translation for that mirror would be nice, and has anyone confirmed Genie's part in all this?
Who's Lucifer?
I meant that he's already IN his KH clothes when he enters Timeless River... Timeless River essentially being a door to the past...
Wait, so, in Timeless River, his face has a purple-ish sheen? And, btw, his clothes already look like that, since he's stepping into the past, he steps into his KH clothes. Oh, ok, a picture would be good for HT... Edit: THANKS!! :D Yeah, for Valor, circuits glow red, Wisdom a darker blue, Master, Yellow, and FInal, basically his whole body turns shiny-white-ish... but what about Limit? And you're right, it would make sense for Genie to have Limit...
Uhm... Can anyone tell me the following? Is there an object in Yen Sid's tower (with the fairies) that describes Limit Form? If so, what does it say? When in Halloween Town, and in Limit Form, what does Sora's mask change to? When in Timeless River, in Limit, what changes about Sora or his HP/MP/Drive bar? When in Space Paranoids, in Limit, what color do Sora's circuits glow? Does Genie have a Limit Form?
I think she'd have a style her own... sorta based on Sora's and sorta based on Riku's, but noticeably different. Also, if ya think about it, she can probably wield a Keyblade because of her bondage to Sora's heart for so long... Paopu Fruit = intertwined destinies, so if Sora & Roxas can wield Keyblades, shouldn't Kairi have something along those lines? Nah, I don't think she'd be a Donald/White-Mage type, all the main Keybladers tend to balance strength, skill, and magic. And DUH! Would you guys stop moping? She's a character, aaand, did you just complain that she has no human flaws?? Then how are the rest of you complaining about her?? She's a character, this is a story, ever heard of a concept called "characterization"? Well, it's a steady process, so, if you haven't seen enough of her personal qualities to keep yourself in check, then you WILL. It took a while to notice a lot of the other characters' traits TOO, until they ran into particular situations. PLUS, the majority of the first game, she was hidden behind Sora's point of view...
(Hm, lol Nice, though how could you put him in the lamp? lol) Yeah, ya just forgot to name another character for the next person to do. Next is Iago.
(I also thought it'd be good to stick him in a situation where he's forced to resort to the Corridors of Darkness, which corrode the heart with darkness with each opening. As that really was the only time he manipulated darkness.) Hm, not sure, Hades seems to be a character like Maleficent, he's already as probably evil as it gets, you'd probably have to open his heart like Xehanort's Heartless did to Maleficent... But otherwise, it'd probably have something to do with Hercules, Hercules, Hercules. He seems to be the best at aggravating him... And Hades doesn't look like a guy who gets sad.. So you'd probably have to overwhelm him with anger or rage... His Heartless would probably be... a Volcanic Lord.. He MIGHT just make the cut for retaining his image as a Nobody. (If his heart was opened, and it did attract darkness like Maleficent, he'd probably end up as a fiery demon of some sorts, along the line of Chernabog.) Next is Genie. (if you can do it)
