Jasper hit the ground hard and felt pain burst through his head. Still, he pulled himself up, trembled as he swung the pole at a deamon only to find it snap in half at impact. "Shoot..." He muttered. He swallowed as he watched the boy fighting with rage in his eyes. He knew what it was like to lose family. He pittied the boy as he struggled to do some damage to the creatures.
Jasper wasn't one to talk much but didn't agree with the girl. If these...these deamons were destroying the town, he wasn't gonna stand back and let them. He lunged at the closest one.
RAINING COOKIES!? NO WAY!!! IT'S MY DREAM COME TRUE!...except for the fact that in my dreams everything is navy blue and giant rampaging monkeys destroy our school but hey, cookies are just as good. :rockdover:
Jasper ran up next to the girl, not looking at her, "What the heck are those?" And those were the first five words he'd said all week.
"SHOOT!" Jasper cursed as he watched the strange creatures pouring out of the hole. "That's not good." He saw a younge girl heading towards it with a bow. He grabbed a pole leaned up against a trachcan and headed in to help.
"No! I'm fine!" She snapped a bit too fast. Then her face softened and she sighed, standing upright and facing Gharanth in embarassment. "Sorry...but I know I can do this." She took the blindfold back with a weak smile. "Just one more try. Please. Ill do better."
Jasper heard a strange voice and sat up. He spent most of his time sitting alone, listening, and this was a voice he'd never heard. Whatever it belonged to, it sent chills up his spine. He stood up and grabbed his worn, brown sack of a backpack and headed towards the noise.
Twilight nodded and sheathed her blades, intent on listening. Her arms dropped to her sides and she breathed in deeply. "Hmmmmmm..."She breathed to herself. She spun around and reached forward, just missing her target and losing her balance.
Jasper was staring at the ground in front of his feet as he sat on a park bench. It was a nice day but he had no one to spend it with, no one to see, nothing to do... He sighed and leaned back, closing his eyes and feeling the sun on his face.
Twilight closed her eyes behind the blindfold, leveling her breath and keeping her feet absolutely still. The air around her shifted and she felt someones presence near her. She drew her dagger and spun fast, holding the dagger an inch away from where she knew where the person's breath was comming from. Making sure not to do any damage as she did.
HAVE NO FEAR! ME IS HERE! How is everybody today? I feel GGGGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRREAT!:glomp: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :speechless-smiley-0:woohoo:
Twilight listened behind her blindfold. She was good with her eyes, able to read body motions to decifer movements, but had never realized how vital sight had been to her. The slightest twig snapped and she jumped, spinning wildly and swinging her sword.
Good morning everyone. I must go to skool here in vermont but fear not, i shall return...mostly...unharmed...i hope...
I LUV PHOTOBUCKET! *hits pupet till it goes limp* stupid pupet... We just went to a state fair in vermont the other day.
*gasp* You have a bear smily thingy!
Twilight nodded, putting the blindfold on and holding onto her sword testedly. She breathed slowly and focused on where her feet steped, listening for him. ooc: ill be gone for like...30 minutes but ill be back right after that.
Twilight scratched her chin. "Why not? Please forgive me if I make a mistake." She kept her fear hidden. She didn't want to slip and hurt him.
"Prediction huh?" She laughed gentally and ducked, crouching low and pulling a short blade from her boot. She jumped up and slashed at him with the shorter blade, comming up with one and blocking with the other. She made shure she was far enough away as not to actually do damage if he didn't block.
he scares me too... *puppet jumps up* Boo! AHHHHHHHH! *tried to run from sock puppet*
Twilight smiled hypnotizingly as Gharanth picked up the pace. She was glad he wasn't going all soft on her just cause she was a girl. She didn't need brute strength to fight. "Think fast." She twisted around and put her palm on the outside of his sword arm, useing it to turn around him so she was in back of him. She didn't need strength. She needed speed.
