Jake nodded, swallowing again. He really had no clue what was wrong. But his stomache was twistiing like he was worried about something.
Jake swallowed hard. "No...just feeling a little sick is all. Maybe something I ate?" He pulled the pack of stale crackers from his pocket. Maybe they were staler than he'd expected. He didn't think that was the problem though. He practically lived on stale crackers.
Jake shook his head, looking at Alyce as if zapped up from a dream. "Hm?" He noticed Jasmine glancing at him but didn't want her to feel uncomfortable. He politely pretended not to have seen.
Jake swallowed his sick feeling and listened for a moment. "I dunno. Why? What do you think is wrong?"
Jake heard him taking but couldn't think straight as he watched Alyce's face. Why did he care how she acted in front of guys? He felt strange to his stomache and his face whitened a shade. "Hm." Was all he got out.
"Hey." Jake smiled at her, realizing she was shy. "I'm Jacob. You just get here today?"
"We were just talking about why we came to this school and classes and stuff." Jacob shrugged, taking a step closer to Alyce without really realizing it.
I was possesed by a hampster person! I couldn't help it!
Jake nodded. "Yeah." Was all Jake said, still feeling a little strange for some reason.
"Hey. I'm Jacob." Jake offered his hand to Geryl, eyes narrowed a bit as he studied Alyce's face. Unsure what he was looking for.
"Siblings?" He asked, he smiled gently, seeing the slight darkening her smile had taken. He didn't like it when she wasn't happy. "You're lucky..."
"UGh...Jake frowned. "I hate school." He sighed, sitting against the fountain. "Why are you at this school?" He couldn't pull his eyes away from her smile for some reason.
Jake smirked, trying to think of something else besides Alyce. "Classes start today right? Or do they start tomorrow?"
ooc: Im back. He wrapped the last few crackers up in the plastic, he'd eat them for lunch later, then turned to throw a stone in the fountain. "Why are you at this school?" He asked absentmindedly, trying to fill the silence.
Jake grinned, touching the side of her face with the tips of his fingers. "Im positive you aren't a robot. "He whispered. Then he pulled back, blushing, clearing his throat. ooc: I have to go. Ill be back in an hour and a half.
"It's Jake." He smiled, rubbing his head. "Not bike boy. And I know you aren't a robot."
Jake shrugged, tossing the half of his stale cracker to the birds watching them. "But hey." He shrugged, smileing now. "You could be an amazingly Beautiful robot."
Jacob chuckled, shaking his head. "Sorry about that. I mean, how many pretty girls go around staring at bikes?" He nudged her playfully. "I thought i'd died and gone to heaven when even one amazingly beautiful girl commented it."
Jake's face went red and he pulled another cracker from the package, nibbling at it. "I've had a few offers but...no one that was...the right girl...maybe things will be different in this school though." He winked. "Who knows?" He smiled at her, offering her a cracker.
"My...girlfriend?" Jake raised an eyebrow at her. "Who's that and why don't I know I have a girlfriend?"
