"Yeah...just great..." Jake stared at the remains of his bike, picking a screw up from the ground and clenching it in his fist.
Jake winced. His bike had been the olny real posesion he owned. He frowned as he came up. "The shadow happend." He mumbled.
Jake saw Alyce watching them and pulled away a little. "Yeah im..." he was still staring at the remains of his bike. "I'm alright...I think." He started to get up, raising a hand at Alyce to tell her he wasn't hurt. "Well, escaping won't work." He said to Jasmine as he limped his way back towards the garage of the school where Alyce waited.
ooc: Holy cow you can run fast. Jake yanked the handle bars, seeing the wall grow in front of him. He jumped off his bike, skidding on the cement a few times before comming to a stop next to the WALL. His eyes widend as his bike crashed into a building, exploding in red flames. He trmbled hard as the flames danced before his eyes. He would've been in that explosion a second ago.
Jake turned the handle bars of his bike, having overshot where jasmine had stopped. His handle bars were stuck though. They wouldn't move. He stepped on the bar under his heal in an attempt to brake but nothing seemed to be working. "Jasmine!" He called, tugging on his handlebars as he neared the end of the road.
ooc: How about you see Jake and Jasmine vear off? Just a thought. do what you want. Jake glanced at the wall, looking at Jasmine as if to see if she was wondering the same thing. She was.
Ooc: Hey. Jake is on his motor cycle right now about to try to see if it's possible to make a run for it. Jasmine is in her car doing the same.
ooc:Uh...on the road between the school and a bunch of buildings across the street. The buildings form somewhat of a wall. Jake scowled, jumping on his bike as he watched her head out onto the road. He didn't trust her driving skills one bit. He reved the engine to his bike and followed on her right. Putting himself between the school wall and her car.
Jake sighed and shook his head. "It might be dangerous. You might get hurt."
Jake smirked at the keys in her hands. "A car huh?" He thought for a moment. It would be safer if it didn't work, even if he was more comfortable on his motorcycle. "Why not?" Jake took the keys from her. "Lead the way."
"The shadow is close. Do you think there's a way to just leave the school? Maybe if we left it wouldn't follow. I could try my bike."
Jake shook his head, closing his eyes. "We have to get out of here. Cant we just leave or something?" He looked over at Alyce, wondering if anyone had even tried yet.
Jake looked up at him, there wasn't much that could spoil his mood at that moment. He was perfectly happy. Even with a phyco after them. ooc: I have to go. Ill be on tomorrow though.
Jake didn't know what to say. So he just looked her in the eyes and managed a goofy smile. He wanted to kiss her again but didn't know how she'd react. Girls were a hard subject.
Jake rubbed the back of his neck, wondering if she was just pulling his leg to make him feel good. "Yeah?"
Jake's heart jumped into his chest. He smiled at her, face going red as he looked up to meet her eyes. He couldn't manage any real words. His tounge was tied up in a knot.
Jake saw the look of shock on her face and frowned in disappointment, letting her hands go and looking down uncomfortably. "Sorry..."
Jake licked his lips again, mind buzzing around crazily. He took her hands gentally, making up his mind, and kissed her lightly on the lips.
"Uh..." 'Damn it!' He thought to himself, eyes glued to her face. 'Why the heck does she have to be so perfect? So intoxicating. So...' He blinked at her, taking a small step closer without realizing it.
Jake swallowed. "Yeah...freaked out." He looked at her carefully feeling confused as his heart sped up till it was painful in his chest. It was like nothing he'd ever felt before.
