Twilight blushed. "You are too kind."
Bella frowned at his expression, pulling back and turning her eyes down, thinking he was embarassed at her. "Sorry..." She mumbled, standing. "I could leave if you like."
Twilight looked up at him, eyes gleaming thankfully. "I must be the luckiest girl in the world to be with such a man." She said, slipping the pouches into her small, brown sack.
Twilight nodded. "I trust you with my life and soul, Gharanth. But please, if that man had been stronger...what if he'd lashed back at you?"
Bella frowned but it was in concern for him. She lay her head against his shoulder, hugging him tightly. "It's alright, Matt. You did what any little boy would do and your past is behind you now."
Twilight nodded, trembling a little as she took Gharanth's hand and squeezed it tightly. She was used to people not noticing her. She'd grown up a slave for so many years. It wasn't unusual for people to ignore her precence. Still she followed Gharanth away from the area.
Bella kept his hand held tight as he spoke.
Twilight jumped a little, Gharanth had surprised her. She touched Gharanth lightly on the shoulder. "It's alright, Gharanth. Right now, he isn't the enemy. We can deal with him another day."
Bella gasped. "I'm so sorry." She gave his hand a quick squeeze, showing that she cared.
Jake made a puppy dog pout at her, sticking out his bottum lip. "Aw...it's alright my little beatiful robot. You shouldn't feel bad about being clumsy." He smirked at her.
Twilight swallowed, watching the two of them.
Hi everybody! ...sigh...curse my bad luck...no one is around... *plays chess against myself* ...this blows...I don't even know how to play.
Jake saw her watching her feet and smirked. "Two left feet?" He asked, raising an eyebrow.
Bella nodded, scooting closer to him. "Then what?" She whispered.
Jake headed for the stairs, walking up the narrow steps with his eyes locked on every passing shadow warily.
Bella sat down next to him, nodding encouragingly. ooc: I can't stay long but i WILL be on a little latr.
ooc: I can't stay too long. Maybe a few minutes but ill b back latr. Jake turned to Alyce, "Are you comming too?" He motioned his head towards the door.
Bella smiled and nodded. "I told you, there is absolutly nothing on the planet that could make me hate you."
Bella put a hand on Matt's shoulder, smileing comfortingly. "You don't have to do anything if you don't want to. You can tell us when you're ready."
Well it's like they always say. You can lock a mexican vampire in a bar but you can't keep em from drenching your hair with dr.pepper. ...er...at least i think they say that...somewhere... sigh...i have to go write an essay. I might be back later.
