What? I can tell you're not a fan of the earlier games, because that's what IX was. It was a 'retro' kind of game. It went back to the style and fantasy from the earlier games in the series. Anyway, I've played most of them. -I ('Origins' PSX remake') -II ('Origins PSX remake') -IV ('Chronicles PSX remake') -V ('Anthology' PSX remake') -VI ('Anthology' PSX remake') -VII -VIII -IX -X -X-2 -XII -Tactics -Crystal Chronicles So, as you can see, just about all of the main series I've played, and a few others. I can't wait to get a DS so I can play III and some of the new ones coming out. I've yet to play XI either, but I hope I get to, I'd like to see what it's like playing an online Final Fantasy.
Those are smaller instances. I'm sure what that person meant by "Blood? In MY Final Fantasy?" was that he/she is surprised that there seems to be so much blood. Like, gory killing, is new to the series. But hell, I think the blood and everything adds to this games...how would you put it....'mysterious style'.
Dude, that'd own on so many levels. Recreating the Roxas/Sora battle. Ha, we'd pwn that place so much.
Basically sums it up.
How did they fail simply because they didn't do what you thought might happen when you knew NOTHING about him? Anyway, I'm going to go with: -Sora -Roxas -Cloud
Whoa, ease up on jumping the gun and picking automatically. Give Squall some credit. He's a great fighter too. Now, don't get me wrong, I'd pick Cloud, but Squall can handle himself pretty well too.
For one, what do you mean, "How do you play this?" We saw like ONE battle. And not to mention, I thought that battle looked sweet. Seriously, from what we've seen, it looks great, imo. Also, I know there wasn't much said in the trailer, but who else thought that was superb voice acting by everyone involved? As for the 'cliche' storyline, I don't see it. What's cliche about it? Journey to find your sister and save her seems to be the main storyline here, which sounds good to me. Really, all Final Fantasy games and other RPG's of this kind are about journey's, obviously, and I don't consider any of them cliche, even though they have a similar premise.
Wow. The whole gory killing-blood thing along with the interaction of two new characters, what their past history is, and another new character, added to the fact that I already loved this game's dark feel to it, and man, I can't wait for more info, and hopefully, trailers!
Whoa, how much of it did you see/play? The story in X is flat-out amazing. No lie. Not to mention great character development throughout. Anyway, the first FF game I played was VII. I'll never forget that day I bought it, oh so many years ago. I was buying another game at the time, and for the life of me can't think of what it was, but I still had money for another game. I didn't know what to get, and when the guy at the counter heard me talking about this to my brother and mom a few feet away he started saying, "Well, if you like (insert first game I bought here), then you'll love Final Fantasy VII." I asked him what it was about, and he told me that it was kind of like (insert mentioned game here), and handed me the game to look at. I thought it looked sweet on the back, so I bought it. Man, I can never thank that guy enough. Brought on an obsession of gaming for me.
I say we all go dressed up as Organization XIII members. Have all our black hoods up and reek havoc. Or just go and creep people out. Randomly quote things from the games outta nowhere...."KINGDOM HEARTS...where...is my heart.", or "GOT IT MEMORIZED!?!"
Hey, don't mean to burst anyone's bubble, but the only confirmed playable characters are Roxas, Axel, Saix, and Xigbar. Let us hope there are more.
Oh don't mention it. Glad to help. Final Fantasy X is one of my favorite games of all-time, so it was quite fun being able to pass on some info to someone in need. Keep the questions coming if you have any more.
Actually, it's been confirmed that his name is Master Xehanort. Edit: Oops, I had this reply open for awhile by accident, and finished it not knowing the guy above me had already said the same thing.
That's my thoughts, really. I think Aqua is about the same age as Ven, but my guess would be 15-16. Terra's probably around 20. And Master Xehanort, eh, I'd take a stab at 60-70.
Am I the ONLY one who caught that it says "368/2 Days" (6 instead of 5). And no, I'm not trying to be rude either, just pointing that out. But speaking of being rude, dang Ultima-Sora, lighten up. The person said they knew it wasn't the greatest, not every cover has to win a prize, at least he/she gave it a shot. Anyway, in all honesty though, it's not that bad. The people who you have on there make sense for the most part. If you're going to have three people though, I think you should switch Riku with Xemnas. That way, it shows Roxas (protagonist), Axel (best friend), and Xemnas (leader of Org. XIII). I think that would be good, and maybe moving the 'Kingdom Hearts' words up so they aren't covering Roxas' face. Just giving helpful criticism, don't take it the wrong way.
-Ray Charles -Aretha Franklin -Sammy Davis Junior -Billie Holiday
Rikku, Tifa, Ashe, Yuna, and Aerith are all great in their own ways.
No, I haven't played it, but I'd like to. I'm actually wanting to play Crisis Core way more though.
Okay. This is real simple. Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix+ is two games. It's Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix, which is a updated 'directors cut' game basically, and the '+' sign is there because it comes with another game, which is a complete 3-D remake of Chain of Memories (called Re: Chain of Memories). This game is also updated too. Here are details of what is different and added. Kingdom Hearts 2: Final Mix - 7+ New Boss Battles ("Organization XIII" Members & "Enigmatic Soldier") - 10+ New Cutscenes - 2 Additional Sidequests ("Organization XIII Mushrooms" & "Piece Collection" Mode) - Theatre Mode (Rewatch Cutscenes in Japanese/English) - Additional Difficulty Level ("Critical") - Redesigned navigation maps - New Explorable Areas ("Cave of Remembrance" & "Garden of Assemblage") - New & Reworked Enemies (Statistic & Colour Changes) - New Drive Form ("Limit Form") - New Drive Gauge Limit (Increased to 9) - New Abilities - New Synthesis Items - New Accessories - New Weapons (e.g. "Acrossing Two" & "Proof of Victory" Keyblades) - New Character Costumes Kingdom Hearts: RE:Chain of Memories - Complete Remake with 3D Graphics - Many New Cutscenes (Inc. Japanese Voice Acting) - Additional Dialogue (Differences from Original Storyline) - Theatre Mode (Rewatch Cutscenes in Japanese) - New Boss Battle (Zexion) - New Abilities - Reaction Commands Included - Includes "Reverse/Rebirth"
Guys, if this were to ever happen, the movie would not be a movie for one specific game. They wouldn't just remake it into a movie, not to mention it'd be impossible with length. If they made one, it'd most likely be like Advent Children in the sense that it would take place a certain amount of time after the games.
