I doubt that very much. Exodia's effect is not really an effect, but rather a condition. Meaning even if the effect is negated, the condition still exists.

.... Really? Who uses tokens? Most synchro decks have a dandylion in them, and most decks have a Gorz at least in their side deck. There are also plenty of cards people use to get tokens out...
