i believe that is called exposure therapy, which is used for most typical anxiety disorders resulting from fear, as a branch of the cognitive behavioral therapy threatment for the afflicted individual. <3
my friend has the same fear but his is a bit more deep rooted than the original poster's.
that said, i bid you good luck in overcoming. =^)

the moderation thing is confusing as it has let some of my posts through but not others. i read that it eats posts that have links or images in them. </3 so i could not show my art. about how long does it take to where posts moderation will be permanently avoided?
would my submission post be sought for and approved before the content closes, surely, if the moderation mechanism catches it?
