Ozpin listened as everyone described their familiarity with the story of the Guardians of Elements. He nodded his head as he listened before raising his hand to stop the students. Ozpin grabbed his coffee mug before taking a sip. He took a sip of his beverage and held it in his hands. "I can see that some of you have heard the stories and some who haven't. For those who haven't, that is quite alright. We have an expert in the lore behind the stories as well as other certain research regarding it." Ozpin placed down his mug before walking over to Brisa. He extended out his hand to her. Brisa grabbed his hand and stood up from her chair. Ozpin led her to the center of the room just a little ways away from the students. "May I introduce to you an old friend of mine, Miss Brisa Viento." Ozpin motioned his hands to introduce Brisa before walking over to Qrow. Brisa curtsied toward the students before opening her mouth to speak. "It's a pleasure to meet you all. My name is Brisa Viento. I understand that there are some of you that do not know the lore of the Guardians of the Four Elements. Please allow me to recount the tale of how they came to be." Brisa cleared her throat before speaking once more. "Long ago when Remnant first came to be, there were four elements that helped keep our world in balance. The elements consisted of Water, Fire, Earth, and Air. These four elements had kept the harmony of Remnant intact. However, the elements had begun to destablize and gather chaos and discord within them. Natural disaster had begun laying waste to Remnant. Fear and panic spread across the regions until four brave individuals stepped up to the elements, saying that they will become vessels for them to keep away the chaos that was surrounding each element. It was a close call but the elements gained control of themselves and agreed with the individuals' words. Each element paired up with each individual, forming pacts with them." Brisa stopped for a moment to catch her breath. Qrow walked up to Brisa and offered her a cup of water. Brisa thanked Qrow before taking a sip. She looked at the students once more to continue the tale. "Ever since then the individuals became the Guardians of the Four Elements. For thousands of years, they had kept the balance of Remnant and to this very day they continue to keep peace and harmony. They are anywhere and everywhere. They could be outside or in the academy. Even in the very room we are standing in. They could probably be standing right in front of you." Brisa closed her eyes and took a deep breath before opening her eyes. "I would like to reintroduce myself. My name is Brisa Viento. One of the Guardians of the Four Elements, the Guardian of Air." A small smile danced across her lips as she revealed herself.
Holding a heart shaped key and heart lock charm necklace, the young man looked behind him in the distance. "We'll have to wait just a bit longer.....my dearly beloved." He closed his eyes as he gripped the necklace close to his heart. He turned his head forward as he began walking. After sometime he came across a small group of people gathered together. He took a deep breath before walking up to the group. "Forgive my tardiness, I had some small matter to tend to." The young man listened as Lea began to explain the reason why they were all gathered together. Their purpose was to help anyone who had been trapped in the realm of darkness. He listened as everyone began to introduce themselves. When his turn arrived, the young man cleared his throat before opening his mouth. "It's a pleasure to meet you all. I'm Koa. Koa Salavic. Pleased to make your acquaintance." Koa bowed toward the others before rising once more. "If there's something I can do to help bring people peace and safety, I'll gladly do it." Koa pushed up his glasses with two fingers before going silent to allow others to speak.
Yukyo shrugged his shoulders as Aeradel told the group to keep quiet as she spoke to Reva. "As if you can keep this kitty cat's mouth shut, Missy miss but I guess if I have to then I will." Yukyo placed his hands behind his head before Reva brings up a deal. A dragon's horn as a bargaining chip? Yukyo's ears twitched for a moment before speaking. "A horn? From a dragon? Pretty high standards you have don't you?" Before Yukyo could continue to speak, Rayen spoke up. He turned his attention toward her. "Do you think anyone will actually help us? Or is this really a fools task? Will I have to watch someone else die?" Yukyo went silent as Rayen finished speaking, pondering for a moment before Veilen spoke up. "Hard to say, not everyone is ready to 'leap to arms' at the notion of getting magic back. But there's probably some other people who might help, somewhere." Yukyo nodded his head before pacing around, his tail swishing back and forth. "Let's put it this way. The entirety of Eden has been magicless for quite sometime. Our new leader is a demon tyrant and fear has set in throughout the lands. The people aren't going to immediately gather courage and join our little rebel group." Yukyo continued to pace before stopping and turning his head to the others. "In times of desperation and fear, we eat up anything anyone says it it means we stay alive. For we eat up lies and deceptions when our lives are placed on a scale with life is on side and death is on the other. However, I could be wrong. Never know what people could do." Yukyo shrugged his shoulders once before continuing to pace around.
Luna watched as this mysterious took control of the group's Mark of Mastery exam. She looked over at the numbers that were now displayed. She pondered over the numbers before AJ explained its significance. The numbers had corresponded to the letters in alphabet. Each line of numbers had spelled out a name of someone within the group. As she read to the last line, she came across her name but the name of her next partner, Kaida. As she read the lines, she felt a hand on her shoulder. Luna turned her head to find that the hand had belonged to Kaida. "You're stuck with me, my friend" Luna let out a small laugh before smiling at her partner. "I look forward to working with you, my friend." Before Luna could continue her conversation, two others had mentioned that Base had returned. "What?!?! When????" Kaida had responded by saying that they ran across him in the world they had journeyed in. Luna smiled widen as she began to look for Base. As she scanned the room, she found Base and Ananta talking. Luna ran up to Base and spoke up. "Base, my friend, it's been too long!! Forgive me for interrupting but once I heard the news of your return, I absolutely had to come and speak to you! How have you been my friend?" Luna smiled and waited for his answers.
Blake continued to canvass the city in hopes of finding Malik. As she was about to turn around the corner, Kuro had called out to her to alert her. "Hold on Blake!" Blake stopped in tracks and turned to Kuro. "What's wrong Kuro?" Blake questioned her partner at their sudden stop. Before she could further question him, Kuro spoke. "I saw someone heading down into that alley." Blake looked in the direction Kuro had started running towards before joining him. "Could you tell who it was? Man? Woman? Child?" Blake asked her partner as she slowly catching up to him.
Illiana watched as Master Choma walked away to complete his task at hand while Torrin attended to Master Atmos. She looked to her keyblade before tossing it into the air, lifting her hand into the air toward it. "Prope.." The keyblade dimly shined as it reverted back to its umbrella-like state. She grabbed it before it touched the ground. As Illiana started to open her umbrella, the girl who had pulled her through the portal called out to her. "So...My question..." Illiana turned to the girl as she waited for her question. The girl placed down her kitten before meeting her eyes with Illiana's. "Where's Aria?" Illiana's eyes widen for a mere moment before opening her umbrella. One second, one minute, moments flew by as nothing but silence filled the air. She turned away from the girl as she laid her umbrella on her shoulder. "Take that silence as an answer. Perceive it as you will, a lie or the truth. For in the end, when despair hangs over us like a cloud, we all eat lies when our hearts can't accept anything, even the truth." Illiana turned her head as she spoke before facing forward. She begun to walk away before stopping. Guilt had clouded her mind before Illiana shook her head as if to erase those thoughts away. She continued to walk forward, not looking back at the girl.

Luna lowered her keyblade as she saw the heartless disappear. She saw as the rest of the group look around for Quasimodo and Frollo. She watched as Frollo raise his sword before Quasimodo. Before Frollo could strike, the gargoyle that was underneath him began to crumble. He slipped and held onto to the gargoyle before it completely snapped off the building and take Frollo along with it. Sending them both into the firey pit below. A sigh of relief escaped Luna as Phoebus, Esmeralda, and Quasimodo were safe. The party quickly caught up to the three as Quasimodo stepped forward toward them. "All my life, Frollo told me the world is a dark, cruel place... But now, I see that the only thing dark and cruel about it was people like him... Thank you." Luna stepped toward Quasimodo as she sat on her knees before him. She smiled before speakig to him. "No Quasi. If anybody should be sayjng 'Thank You', it should be me." Luna casted her eyes down to her knees before raising them once more to Quasimodo's. "You reminded me to really open my eyes and see people for who they are on the inside and not for how they appear on the outside. Long ago, I had met a person that others had told me that they were vicious, vile, a liar, a deciever, and just an all around terrible person. For the longest time, I believed every word they said." Luna closed her eyes as her thoughts went back to that person. She opened them once more and spoke. "As I continued speaking with that person, all the words others had told me about them begun to dissapate and no longer ring true. They weren't anything like the others had mentioned. They are the complete opposite. I'm glad to call her my friend now. And I feel terrible for ever harboring such thoughts and pass quick judgment on her in the past. I want to thank you for reminding me to keep an open mind. Thank You Quasimodo." Luna smiled as she extended out her hand toward him. Mira.....I hope our paths cross in the future once more... So I can apologize to you for my behavior toward you in the past.....When we return home, I'll prove history wrong about your actions in the past....We will all be able to walk the same road, my friend... A tear had left Luna's eyes as she thought about her old friend.
Nope! It's not too late!! ^•^
Walking over to the elevators, Qrow had heard Arian make a rather interesting comment about Qrow. "How much do you want to bet on how much he drank before coming here. I put 200 Lien on he had at least three of his choice drinks before coming here to get us." Qrow stopped in his tracks as he heard Arian. Taking a hold of his sword, Qrow turned around, lifted up his sword and turned to Arian, pointing his sword at him. "Keep making comments like that and I'll make sure you won't have Lien to begin with. Am I clear?" Qrow put away his sword and continued to make his way into the elevator. "Ozpin, I hope you have a plan already." Making sure the students were all in the elevator, Qrow stepped in as well. He turned his head toward the students before speaking. "Alright rookies, here's what's gonna happen: You're going to be meeting with Professor Ozpin, make sure you keep your mouth shut until he's done speaking. Any funny business and you'll have to answer to me, are we clear?" He turned his head back toward the door. A few moments of brief silence had passed until a conversation had sprung up and yet another comment from the same voice sprouted up. "I wouldn't be surprised of that either. Sounds about right. He doesn't look all that pleased, all it would take is one bad drink to make a happy drunk into a grumpy drunk." Qrow's face twitched slightly as he heard Arian's comment. Qrow immediately turned around before grabbing his sword once more. "Alright wolf boy, this can go two ways. One, you can keep your mouth shut. Or two, I can take this sword and make sure you will never be able to speak for the rest of your life. Take your pick." Qrow lowered his sword before looking toward the rest of the students. "Same thing goes for the rest of you rookies. You got that?!" A ding had went off in the elevator as Qrow turned around once more. The doors opened to reveal Professor Ozpin and Brisa. Qrow walked over to the two with the students following behind him. "Here they are Ozpin." Professor Ozpin cleared his throat before speaking. "Let me start off by saying, Welcome to Beacon Academy! I am looking forward to this upcoming school year with you. Let me introduce to you your guide that had led you here, Qrow Branwen. Thank you Qrow for bringing them here." Ozpin turned his head to Qrow as Qrow nodded his head. Ozpin started to walk over to his desk before leaning on it. He placed both hands on the edge of his desk before looking toward the students. "Have you heard the stories of the Guardians of the Four Elements? The Guardian of Air? The Guardian of Water? The Guardian of Earth? Or perhaps the Guardian of Fire?" He looked toward Brisa as she lowered her head before looking back at the students.
Illiana looked around the sea of chaos and destruction that the heartless had flowed into the town. There were so many heartless and only one of her. There was no way she was going to emerge from this battle victorious. Pulling her away from her thoughts, she felt a hand grab her's. Illiana turned around and saw a girl take a hold of it. "I've seen you before but what-"...."We can't stay here. C'mon, I have a question for you anyway." The girl started to pull on her hand and drag her into the portal. A look of shock had painted her face but what Illiana was shocked over wasn't over the girl pulling her hand, but that she wasn't struggling against the girl. Deep down, Illiana knew the town was doomed but she still wanted to help. Her body couldn't respond to Illiana as it continued to be dragged along. Walking through the portal, she took in the sights that were around her. "What is this place?" Illiana continued to look around this new area, wondering where she was and why she here.
A!
Blake listened as Kuro gave her his response. She nodded before speaking . "You're right. Let's keep looking!" Blake started running once more on her search for Malik. She couldn't help but continue to ponder just how on earth did this all happen? She knew Malik was proficient in most, if not, all weapons. It just did not make any sense to Blake. There were so many questions but how would they get answered? She shook her head as if she was shaking away her thoughts. Blake stopped in her tracks. Doubt had begun to fill her mind but she wouldn't allow it to be seen on her face. What if we can't find him? What if we're too late and something happened? Her thoughts had whirled around her head as if a hurricane had entered her very own thoughts. "We have no clue where he could be. It's as if we're chasing for a needle in a haystack." Blake lowered her head as she spoke, wondering just how were they going to find Malik.
Listening to Veilen's response, Yukyo shrugged his shoulder as Veilen asked who it was that Aeradel was looking for. Yukyo turned his attention to the elderly woman that was a little ways away from them. Watching and listening to the conversation between Aeradel and the elderly woman, Yukyo couldn't help but ponder over the woman's words. It wasn't long before Yukyo was pulled away from his thoughts as the woman called out to a girl that was just a short walk away from her. Yukyo looked over and saw as the girl walked over. As she spoke, the girl named Reva had denied Aeradel's offer to join her and the others to fight against Tharados. Reva had offered Aeradel any weapons or other supplies that might help them. "This plan of yours is a fool's quest, and I'd rather keep my head and help my village" Hearing those words, Yukyo's cat ears twitched slightly. "A fool's quest you say? Hmmmmm...interesting. I respect that. However, life is all about taking risks and living in the moment. Would you not agree? It keeps you on your toes, keeps you intrigued and interested. At least, that's how I view this milady." As Yukyo bowed, his tail lightly swished back and forth.
Illiana stopped in her tracks as she saw the vortex open within the sky. Her eyes widened as she saw the countless heartless pour out of the vortex. Fear and panic, chaos and mayhem, destruction and obliteration being left in the heartless' wake causing the residents of Eventide running in fear. "Artemis, Apollo, adiuva nos in periculis..." Illiana slowly stepped back before hearing Choma and the stranger named Torrin call for retreat. Looking back at the vortex, Illiana had begun to feel conflicted. Would she continue to fight the heartless and try her best to protect the people? Or would she follow orders and retreat to fight another day? Questions and doubts grew and grew with every passing second she contemplated. She looked to her blade for a mere moment. Her lips pressed into a fine line. What would her brother do in this situation? He would've stayed and done his best to protect the people over his own well-being. She looked up and begun to strike once more. She ran toward four shadows and begun to attack them, striking through the center of their being. Watching them disappear like ashes, Illiana continued to look at the vortex. HP: 15/20 AP: 0/8 Enemies defeated: 4 (4 shadows) Enemies remaining: 522 (419 shadows, 83 soldiers)
