Shira suddenly put a hand to her eyes noticing she was crying, she wiped her tears, and listened to Drake, "I guess it would be best to relax." she said quietly trying to dry her tears of the memory. Keith nodded, "Who knows the fate of the three, none.. we'll just have to wait to find out." he said as he turned his attention towards Crystal, "Ansem, i do wonder why is this girl sleeping, she hasn't woken since i found her, is this the work of the X-blade somehow?"
Shira shook her head, "They died at their own choice to save one of their squad members, i even fought to save you, we couldn't leave you, we weren't going to walk out on one of our own." Keith nodded, "i already know who weilds the X-blade inside of them, and it seems everyone is after her, Crystal's sister, Phisoxa Mindell." he said, "The X-Blade is unlocked when the two people closest to the the barer are joined together, Dante is the second half of the key, this is the reason i never told Phisoxa about her sister, it was safer."
Keith nodded and followed Ansem back to the castle, once inside Keith shut the door, and set Crystal down in one of his chairs, she was still sleeping. Keith looked over at Ansem, "Ansem, the mafia, they're after this girl for one reason, she is half of the key to unlocking the X-blade." he said as he dropped the journal Ace had onto his desk, "If you have no idea what this X-blade is i suggest you take a look at this journal." Shira turned to Drake, "I'm just worried that you still think that whole thing was your fault still Drake, you always take the whole blame for yourself." she said looking over at him.
"Yeah," she listened and looked over at Seth and crossed her arms, "You weren't tired... you were thinking about that day again, i heard you when i was piloting the ship, you were yelling and saying how it was your fault they died, then you passed out." she said as she looked over outside. Keith looked over at Ansem the wise,then over at Dante and SteelRose, "Why don't we talk somewhere else about this "situation, " we seem to have," he said staring at them.
Shira smiled and looked up from the pilot's seat, stood up and stretched her arms, she nodded, "Yeah its kinda stressful when your husband collaspes on the floor, and you don't even get to know if hes alright or not, " she said as she looked over at Seth, "He seems excited." Keith sighed as he walked over close to where Ansem the wise was, Crystal was still on his back and he looked back grinning, seeing the group of Mafia he tied up as they tried to walked all together and fell over, Ace stood up dazed and noticed his gun had been broken, "What happened,"
"Yes Boss!" he said sighing as they started running ,Keith smiled as the mafia came running towards him. "So they found out about you huh Crystal," he smiled and within a few seconds was surrounded by the Mafia. Ace spoke, "I'll say this nicely, can i have the girl please?" he said jokingly. Keith sighed, "I won't give her too you, i know why you want her, to unlock the X-Blade, that thing should never of exsisted." he said sighing, Ace sighed and took out a gun pointing it towards Keith, "Just give her up."
Ace smiled and nodded, "Is that all nessacary Steel, i mean look," he said pointing off into the distance as Keith walked into view, with Crystal on his back, he looked up and stopped walking.
Ace smiled and sighed, "And did I forget to mention this child is part of the knights , the young squire that was rescued by the knight council member known as Keith," he said grinning as he looked over the feilds. Meanwhile.. Keith walked through the gardens as he suddenly out of the corner of his eye, saw a small figure under a tree, he approached the figure realizing it was Crystal, he smiled and walked over to her, seeing she was sleeping he hoisted the small girl onto his back, and walked out back to where Ansem the wise was.
Ace walked out from the library and headed back to where SteelRose was, he stood next to him and smiled, i followed orders sir, and i gathered the information, seems that Phisoxa had 2 sibling and the youngest of the three is the one that holds the key to the x-blade, and i'm guessing that this child will be a girl at best at the age of 10." he said sighing.
Ace took at least 10 of the old books and scanned through them, "So Phisoxa had two siblings, he said sighing as he shut the book and looked at the documents, "this child was born at least 6 years after Phisoxa, so they are at least ten." he thought as he read, he growled, "heh of course they scribbled out the name." he said sighing as he continued reading.
Ace was soon in the Royal library searching for the Mindell family,Soon enough he had searched the whole library, "Theres not one here," He said as he leaned against a wall, it disappeared and Ace fell back into a secret room, he stood up and realized it was full of old dusty books, and as Ace looked through the books he came across the Mindell family papers stuffed away in a journal hidden in the back of a shelf.
Ace walked out of the gummi ship, and headed quietly towards the Royal library. a few minutes later Shira had landed the gummi ship in Radiant Gardens. "We're finally here guys, she said as she opened the door, Crystal woke up and walked outside still in Shira's cloak, into somewhere out in the gardens, and collasped, falling asleep under a tree.
Ace looked over at the pilots, "Everyones here and accounted for, you may proceed," he said as he took out a book and started reading.
"This will be interesting," Ace said smiling as he walked into the Gummi Ship and taking a seat.
Hidden Ace sighed and followed Steel Rose and Dante, "I think i'll do some research of this, could help." he said as he walked beside the two.
Shira didn't turn but just listened, she started thinking about what had happened that day, Crystal opened her eyes and quietly closed them again falling back asleep. The boy smiled, "Doesn't Phisoxa have any siblings?" he asked while he looked out at the dark sky.
Shira nearly passed out, "oh good.. hes fine." she said as she kept piloting the gummy ship. "You had us all worried Drake."
"He'll be fine Seth," she said smiling as she guestured him to come over to where she was, "Will you watch daddy while i drive the ship, it can't be on auto pilot forever." she said as she stood up and hoisted Drake onto one of the chairs, and walked back to the pilot seat.
Shira gently rubbed Drake's head , and let out a sigh of relief. She looked over at Seth, "he was just remembering one of his horrible memories, a lot of people in his squad died, and he thought it was his fault." she said still rubbing his head gently.
Shira gently put a hand behind his head , "Drake" she said as she closed her eyes, and placed her other hand on his forehead. "That wasn't your fault, " she said helplessly as she looked over at her son.
