Its not suppose to be one code. A custom form is a way of making a form which just consists of a whole bunch of already hacked codes compiled into one. Now that is not always the case for instance the custom form I made [but not released yet] is hacked and not compiled of already hacked codes.
Try downloading emuhaste, start pcsx2, read ram whenever, copy code in codebreaker section [make sure 8bit/32bit swap is unchecked] then press patch ram. if it doesnt go to the emuhaste folder mod one of the pcsx2 0.9.6 and put in the application ie: before Spoiler ;Config by carey [EMUHASTE] PROCESS_NAME=pcsx2 0.9.6.exe BASEADDR_KEY=7C003933 BASEADDR_FIX=-10 BASEADDR_TRY=1 VIRTUAL_ADDR=0 MEMORY_SIZE=2000000 COMMENT=carey 3/20/09 AFTER Spoiler ;Config by carey [EMUHASTE] PROCESS_NAME=pcsx2 0.9.7.exe BASEADDR_KEY=7C003933 BASEADDR_FIX=-10 BASEADDR_TRY=1 VIRTUAL_ADDR=0 MEMORY_SIZE=2000000 COMMENT=carey 3/20/09 Now the exe might be right or not I dunno I still has 0.9.6.
There is no need for a code like that cause when you pause there is a skip cutscene option.

First of all when you get emuhaste you have to run pcsx2 (then game) press read ram then put the RAW code in it and press patch ram RAW codes consists of 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0,a,b,c,d,e,f. Joker codes suchs R2 don't work on emuhaste. Make sure you check off 8bit/32bit swap.
