YAY MIXT!! This was actually fun despite me being a bit busy during these past couple of weeks!! Congrats to Mixt!! You deserve it buddy!!
Illiana smiled a bit as she got her chocolate chip pancakes. She had then turned to Torrin as he spoke. "Wait you mean you can make pancakes out of chocolate too? Sign me up for three." She giggled a little bit before taking a bite of the pancakes. Her eyes widen for a moment before speaking. "Wow. This is actually pretty good. You're not too bad of a cook Take. I'm actually a little impressed." She took another bite of another of her pancakes and then took a small sip of wine. She then heard another voice walk into the kitchen. She sighed as the girl spoke. "Oh, wine? Didn't take you for the kind who drank. How's your side doing? Did the bandages hold up well?" Illiana immediately stood up from her chair as a small scowl appeared on her face. She placed both hands on the table as she stood. "I just remembered I left something in my room. I'm going to finish breakfast in my room." She picked up her plate and glass and started to make her way out of the room. She stopped in the door way and spoke to Take. "Thanks for the pancakes. I'll wash my dishes later." With that, Illiana left the kitchen and made her way to her room. As she walked, she took another tiny sip of wine. "Not dealing with this. Not this early in the morning." She whispered to herself as she walked. She opened the door to her room and walked into the room, closing the door behind her.
Illiana took another sip of wine as Torrin chimed in on the conversation. "Even if it doesn't get you drunk, I don't recommend taking anything that could affect your mind during a war." She sighed a little bit before putting her glass down on the counter. She turned to Torrin before speaking. "Is that concern I hear? Aww you guys do care. I feel so blessed." A joking tone came out of her voice as she smiled. She paused before continuing. "As nice as your concern is, don't worry. You just do whatever Torris do and don't worry your little head. I'm not that stupid. I'll be heading to the rooftop for a bit after breakfast so it should be fine. It's not like I'm taking shots as we're going into battle." She turned herself back to the table to take another sip of wine. Besides....as long as it makes me forget earlier events, I'll drink the wine. Illiana took another sip of wine before placing back on the table.
Illiana took another sip as Boreas talked about his run. She smelled a peculiar smell that was drifting nearby. She looked over and saw chocolate burning. She then turned to Take as he put his hands on the counter. She laughed a little bit before taking another sip of wine. "Well I learned something new today....Chocolate can apparently burn. Very insightful." Illiana clapped her hands together before turning back to her wine. Take had then asked if anyone wanted pancakes. A small smirk appeared on her lips as idea popped into her head. "Alright. How about a Take 2 on the chocolate? Mind making some chocolate chip pancakes little Take?" She took another sip of wine. She then heard Boreas' voice speak to her. "Are you sure you should be drinking at this hour?" She poured herself a little more wine before turning to Boreas. "There's a small saying we had back in my home's army....If you have time to cry........you have time to get over it and move on. Why should I dwell so much on what happened 'then' and not focus on what 'will' be? Sometimes you need to have something to unwind and let yourself forget a bit. My version of that is wine or whatever other alcohol I have in possession in a situation. Besides, I'm not gonna let this wine go to waste and not to mention, it wakes me up a bit. It takes a lot to get me drunk so I'll be fine." She took another sip from her glass before swirling the wine in her glass.
Illiana tried to sleep through the night but had found trouble trying to fall asleep. She slowly got up and walked to the window holding her side. She opened the window and a slight breeze flew into the room. Illiana closed her eyes and took a deep breath before reopening her eyes. She walked over to the bathroom and over to the the sink. She turned the faucet and splashed water in her face. She placed both hands on each side of the sink. She grabbed the hand towel that was beside the sink and begun drying her face. The girl walked back to her bed and laid back onto it. She closed her eyes and found herself succumbing to the sleep that was awaiting her. Light had entered her room the next morning. Illiana opened her eyes and slowly rose. As she looked at herself in the mirror, the wounds she had obtained from her dear brother were still there. A brief reminder that yesterday was no mere nightmare, it was a reality. She sighed before walking to the ice wall she had made. She immediately melted the snow and walked back to the dresser and mirror. She looked at the small charm on the top of the dresser. She sighed in annoyance before speaking to it. "Get up Seirei." The charm woke up startled before looking up at its owner. "L-l-lady Illiana?!?! You're awake!!" The little creature walked up to her before reaching the edge of the dresser. "Thank goodness you're okay!! H-How do you feel??" The girl sighed again before frowning, brows furrowing slightly. "Like a puppet that was violently thrown about." Illiana tied her hair up into a ponytail with her bangs framing the left side of her face. She walked to the door before turning her head slightly toward to the little creature. "Make sure you don't leave this room, got it?" The little creature saluted before waving to her. She unlocked the door and opened it. She held her side as she walked to the kitchen, with a small bag in her hand. A slight dark expression was on her face as she walked past Take and into the kitchen. She walked past Boreas and grabbed a wine glass. She opened the bag she had and poured herself a little bit of wine. Illiana took a small sip before putting her glass down. She then spoke to Boreas. "I see you were out this morning. Eventful run?" She picked up her glass and took another sip.
Illiana listened as Boreas explained the chain of events that had occurred while she was out cold. "We're still on the Plaza where we fought the chasers, the reason I am carrying you is that you were out cold and we're making ready to go to the Mode mansion, we couldn't leave you behind so I am carrying you. They tried to use magic to help you and Qamar patched you up but you remained out cold. If you want to try and walk lean on me if you need to say so I'll put you on your feet, if not just lay back." Illiana placed a hand on her side and shoulder as she felt the bandage around her. She sighed for a moment before looking back at him. "And Koa? What happened to him?" Boreas answered her question once more, recounting the details of earlier events. "He is not here anymore, he disappeared in a flash of light, both him and the other vanished when I had her on the ground." Her eyes widen for a second before looking away. "I see." Dammit....Disappeared again... She took a deep breath before asking one more question. "What's our plan now?" He then answered her. "We've all taken a beating today we're going to head back and rest up." She nodded her head. After a few moments, Illiana looked up at Boreas and saw how tired he was getting. She tapped his shoulder and asked him to put her down. Once she was back on the ground, she then asked him to help her walk over to Edna's mansion. Once they arrived, Illiana thanked him before walking to her room. She immediately took off the bandages to inspect the damage done, courtesy of her little brother. The wounds looked as if it would leave a scar. She was almost impressed. "Just how much power has that madman given you?" Illiana sighed before turning away from the mirror. She walked over to the door and locked it from the inside. She needed some time to herself, even more than what she normally did. She reached into her umbrella and grabbed a small drawstring velvet bag. From the bag, she grabbed a bracelet from it. As the bracelet hit the light, a small memory came back to Illiana. Spoiler: Episode Illiana-Fragment 2: Until They Meet Again It was the middle of the night and Ryden and Naomi were still awake. Naomi’s eyes had been slightly puffy. Ryden had been rubbing her back consolingly. Ryden looked at the clock and his expression remained the same, sad and worried. Both of their minds were preoccupied with what had happened that afternoon. “Ryden….What are we gonna do? We’ll lose Illiana if we don’t do something.” Ryden held Naomi to his chest as she spoke. He had no answer. What could he even say at a time like this? Nothing was said for a few minutes. Nothing but silence had passed between the two. After some time had passed, Naomi spoke up again. “What if we take the kids and run away? They won’t be able to take her or Koa if we run!” Ryden looked at her and shook his head. “We can’t do that Naomi. You know as well as I do that running away won’t solve anything.” As her parents were talking, Illiana has finished packing up her things. She wiped away the sweat that was on her forehead with her arm. She walked out of the room and made her way down the stairs. She looked into the room ahead of her and saw her parents clearly upset about the current situation. “What do we do then?! I don’t want to lose my daughter…” Said Naomi as tears began to fill her eyes once again. Ryden had then held his wife’s cheek as he spoke. “I don’t want to lose her either. I’m absolutely terrified. But what I do know is that running away won’t help.” He hugged Naomi once more. “You won’t lose me.” The two turned their heads immediately toward Illiana. The young girl walked toward her parents and continued. “I’m gonna come back home. I promise. I pinky promise.” She held out her pinky as a sad smile appeared on her face. Silence passed through the room for what it felt like a year. Both parents looked at one another before looking back at their daughter. They had hesitated for a few minutes before holding out their pinkies. Each parent linked pinkies with their daughter, tears filling their eyes. Even though it would be difficult, they trusted their daughter to come back home. The next day rolled around, Illiana had her bags packed up. A wagon had arrived at the house waiting for Illiana. She looked back at her parents and her little brother who was still unaware of the situation. She hugged her parents before going over to hug her brother. “You be good for mom and dad while I’m gone okay?” Koa had a worried expression on his face. “No! Why can’t we both stay here? Where are you going??” Illiana kept a smile on her face, even though it was hard saying goodbye to her family. “I’m leaving to make sure our family is safe. Your big sister has to show these bad guys that you don’t mess with our home, especially our family. So I need you to promise me you’ll be good to mom and dad and make sure to do what they say. Even if it’s not fun, be good to them. Promise that okay?” Illiana held out her pinky finger. Koa nodded his head as he linked his pinky with her’s. Illiana pulled something out of her pocket, it was two bracelets that were a matching set. It was a yin and yang symbol but inside each was a dragon. One half was green and the other half was blue. She placed the blue one around Koa’s wrist and placed the green one around hers. “We gotta stay strong just like these dragons alright? We can do that can’t we?” Koa smiled as he nodded his head enthusiastically. She ruffled his hair before stepping into the wagon. As the wagon started moving, she looked back as she waved goodbye to her family. The wagon had now been making its way to the castle. ~3 months have passed~ Illiana looked at the little charm that was dangling from the bracelet. "Stay strong as this dragon.......What happened to our promise? Tell me little brother....Will things get worse from here?" Illiana looked at the open locket that was on the dresser. After several moments, she looked away and at the door. She grabbed her blade and immediately create a wall of ice against the door. "Not gonna have anyone try to give me a therapy session. Not in the mood for it." She lied down on her bed as she rested her left hand on her wound. "Koa.....I just want to talk to you again."
Luna smiled as tears had started streaming down Karina's face. It had felt like in that very moment, no grudges were held, no desire to fight one another was there. Just a feeling of peace and they each saw each other in a new light. A light of understanding and trust. She looked over to Koa as his arm was still around her. They smiled at one another before looking back at the scene that was unfolding in front of them. Luna watched on as Karina had unfolded a new side of her which she had never seen. However, the moment wouldn't last forever. The look on Karina's face had melted away as her next couple sentences left her lips. "I can't come home yet, there is still a lot of loose ends to tie up. Lea is gone... or dead, his keyblade shattered. Yue is gone. Nequa escaped from us again, and two of our own are missing. Lea left me in charge of the groups that he wasn't with, so I suppose this is my mess to clean up. I can't just leave everyone, as capable as they are, to deal with all this on their own. I will come home as soon as I can, I promise. But I made a promise to myself and Lea and I think there is still more growing that needs to be done. Besides, you are keyblade masters, I can't possibly hope to keep up with you all yet. Don't think I have gone soft though, when I see you all again, I promise there will be no more tears and if anyone brings it up their teeth will be shattered." Luna awkwardly giggled a little bit. Well so much for that nice moment. She scratched her cheek for a moment before Karina turned to her and Koa. Her eyes widen for a moment as Karina's next sentence was spoken. "I will need all the help I can get. I am sorry Luna but I will keep him safe." She clenched her fist for a moment before relaxing it. After a few moments, she took a deep breath and looked at Koa before looking at Karina. She nodded her head and then spoke. "I understand. You have my complete trust. Both of you. I know he can handle himself in a fight but I just can't help but worry....." She paused then continued. "Please. Make sure he stays out of trouble. That goes for you too. Keep him and your group safe. Please...Promise you will, Karina." The princess walked over to her and hugged her as she spoke. After a few moments, she let go of Karina, not wanting to anger her. Koa smiled sadly a bit as he watched as Luna talk to Karina. She had definitely grown during the time he was away. As Luna stepped away from Karina, Koa took a step toward her. Karina had then spoken up once more. "Thanks for following me into war but it is time we protect our own." He nodded his head. He looked over to Luna as she looked like she was putting on a brave face. After a few moments, Koa spoke up. "Wait! Before we leave, do you mind if I have a few more moments?” Koa took Luna’s hand and walked off away from the group. After walking a few ways from the group, Koa stopped and faced his fiance. He pulled her into an embrace, squeezing her tightly to her chest. "K-Koa?!-" "Just let me say something, okay?" Luna went silent as to let Koa continue. Koa took a deep breath before continuing. "I swear to you.....My life is yours. That includes my heart, mind, body, and soul. I won't leave you. I could never do that." He pulled away a bit. He then reached into his pocket to grab one of his metal boxes. In his other pocket, he had taken out a small pearl-like object. He formed the metal in his hand into a small ring and placed the pearl into the small holder. "When we get back home, let's start planning the wedding okay? For now, until we get the wedding rings, this little one will be a place holder. I don't know if this is against the rules but it's okay." Tears started filling his princess' eyes. She nodded her head as she wrapped her arms around Koa. "I promise you right here and now. I will come back home in one piece. I won't keep you waiting too long. Just promise me you'll come back to me in one piece as well..." The princess nodded her head as tears ran down her cheeks. He petted her head as she cried into his chest. After a little bit, Luna pulled away and dried her tears. "Let's both do our very best." Koa nodded his head before leaning in and kissing her forehead. "Let's head back." Luna nodded her head with a faint blush dusting her cheeks. The two walked back, resolve swimming in both of their eyes.
Illiana saw her brother in front of her. 'Koa! Where you going?!' Koa had started to walk away. Getting further and further away from his sister's reach. She reached out to him but it felt like her hand was nowhere near him. 'Koa!! Come back!!' With each passing second, he was fading away into the darkness around her. 'Come back!! Don't leave!! Come back!!!' Illiana's eyes shot wide open as her arm reached out. "Koa!!" In the next instant, the pain in her wounds shot through her body. "Aggh!!" Illiana grabbed her right side and squeezed her eyes shut. She opened her eyes again and saw Boreas. She looked around and felt as if she was floating. She looked once more and realized he was carrying her. "Where are we? And why are you carrying me?" Pain had shot through her wounds again. "Though if I'm going to be honest. I don't know if I'll be good to walk." After a few more moments, another realization had hit her. "Wait! Where's Koa?!?! Where is he????? Koa!!" Illiana squirmed a little bit trying to look for her brother. The pain got worse the more she squirmed. She looked and looked but didn't see him anywhere. "No......Not again...." She squeezed her side a bit before looking at Boreas. "What's going on?" She wanted to remain as calm as she could without showing any weakness.
Luna let out a sigh of relief as she had saw that the fight was finally over. "Finally....It's over. Thank goodness." She put a hand onto her chest as all the tension in her body left all at once. She looked around for any sign of Koa. He ran over to her placing a hand on her back. "Are you alright? Nothing broken? No pain?" She giggled a little bit before nodding her head. Koa let out a sigh of relief before patting her head. "Good job. Your family would be so proud if they could see you now." A kind smile crept onto his face as he continued patting her head. Luna and Koa looked over and saw a commotion stir up between Aux and Karina. She walked over and a worried expression painted over her face. Koa placed a hand on her shoulder as if to say 'We shouldn't interfere'. Luna nodded her head before turning back. After awhile Beuce, Kaida, Kel, and Stratos go up to Karina. It looked as if they were doing a keyblade inheritance ceremony. After everything Luna had known, to an extent, Karina had gone through, she felt as if Karina was most definitely worthy of holding the keyblade. With Crescent Crown in hand, Luna walked over and smiled. Koa had followed along, wrapping an arm around Luna's shoulders. She closed her eyes before reopening them. Nothing but kindness had filled her eyes and expression. "No ocean will contain you then..." She turned her blade around, handle facing Karina.
Illiana continued floating in her void. As much as she wanted to open her eyes, she wanted to continue floating in her void. She felt somewhat safe and comfortable in her own void. No pain, no suffering, no problems to worry about. Illiana had barely heard anyone speak while she was unconscious. All she had heard was mutter after mutter. She could barely even distinct who's voices belong to who. She moved her fingers slightly before her fingers laid back on the ground again. Her body had grew slightly colder than it usually was. She was unaware of the events that were transpiring outside and continued to hide away in her void. She didn't want to think about anything else or anyone else for that matter. She just wanted to float about, nothing would hurt her or bother her.
Illiana will take 2 HP Boosts and 3 AP Boosts Illiana will also upgrade Thunder and will learn Ruin as well as Black Wizard Stats Now: HP: 60 AP: 56
Illiana continued to float in the void that was her sub-conscious. She opened her eyes and saw a green light shine slightly. Before she knew it, she had slowly opened her eyes and saw Chrono in front of her as well as Dentro fall into the chasm. She lifted her head to see Koa start to fall back. She reached out her hand toward Koa while she tried to call out to him. "K-koa.....D-don't go..." She tried to reach out for her brother as far as her strength could take her. However, the deep wounds in her shoulder and side continued to diminish her strength. Koa.. Don't go.... Please wait.....Illiana slowly stood up, holding her locket in one hand and reaching out to her brother with the other hand. The pain was becoming too much for her to bare. She tried to call out to him again. "Koa!....Please!! Don't go!!" Tears started to spring forth from her eyes again. She collapsed again as the pain grew more and more intense. Her blood continued to slowly spill forth from her wounds. She tried to lift her head and reach for Koa once more before dropping her back to the ground. "Don't......go......Don't....leave me....again....." With her eyes closed, she spoke out with what little strength she had left. The locket fell out of her hands and skidded just a few inches away from her. The emptiness she felt around her before had surrounded her once more. The void she was floating had reappeared. Illiana once again floated through the void. Alone again.....Why......Why Koa? Why do you have to go again?...... Several tears escaped her eyes as she laid there on the ground once again.
Illiana sighed for a moment as she reached into her pocket for her necklace before hearing Koa shout again. "That's it! I'm done reasoning with you! Our home is doomed if we do nothing and I'm not going to let you die here! You're coming with me!" Illiana sighed again and spoke. "Koa. We can talk about this like the adults we-" As Illiana turned around, all she saw was a flash of bright light. It was as if the noise around her had suddenly died out. In the next moment, she felt an intense pain shoot through her right side and her left shoulder. "H-huh??" In the very next moment, Koa's last bolt of thunder had ran through her entire body. Her pupils dilated inward and an even more intense pain ran through. "AAAARGH!!!" As the light of the bolts died down, Illiana's wounds had seeped through her shirt. She collapsed onto her knees and had then collapsed fully onto the ground. In her field of view she had seen her comrades fall and get back up to fight and others immediately disappear. With the last bit of her strength, she clenched her fist around the locket before relaxing her hand. "K-koa...W-Why...." As she pushed out that last breath, her eyes slowly shut themselves. All she saw around her was black, she had felt nothing, heard nothing and saw nothing. In that emptiness, she curled up into a ball and just floated amidst it. Why....why does feel so familiar?......This emptiness.....Why...Why do I feel at peace but I feel so devastated at the same time? What is this??...... Illiana let herself float in the void of her sub-conscious, unaware of what is happening outside. Her fist had opened, releasing the locket but her hand had still covered it as if shielding it.
Luna clapped a little bit cause it’s over •—•
Yukyo took the reins and tried to calm the horses down and continue to move the carriage on its way. He nodded toward Lakoda. As she went back, Yukyo kept his eyes on the road ahead. "If there is something in here, maybe she didn't want to tell us so we wouldn't give it away by accident." Yukyo pondered about it then. He was rather curious about the whole situation. Just what exactly was going on? He had then heard Shawn spoke up. "Do think it is possible she didn't even know whatever these people want is in there? wait didn't she say look for the power within? As for putting up walls I don't want to slow down this wagon more then we need to." Yukyo shrugged his shoulders as Shawn continued. "Maybe she did, she didn't want the cakes ruined and then there's 'the look for the power within' she had told us." Yukyo continued to ponder more and more. As the carriage continued to move, silence filled the carriage. After a few moments, Yukyo broke the silence. "It is possible. This 'power within' is probably some old wives' tale from her younger days. For now, let's get these pastries delivered and get this job done. Does anyone have the map? We need to plan out our route from here." Yukyo kept his eyes on the road as he asked for a map. He made sure the horses where calm as they continued pulling the cart.
Illiana moved a little bit just in time to avoid an incoming heartless. She turned her head and immediately shook her head before turning back. She then turned her head immediately as Dentro ran past her and toward Adalric. Before she could move, Koa had appeared in front of her. "I'm glad you're safe!" Illiana looked relieved and before she could move Koa immediately spoke up. "Come with me!" Illiana was a little confused at what he said. "What?" Koa continued. "There's nothing we can do here! If you just let my master explain it will all make sense!" She couldn't understand what he was saying. Leave and go to the Light Chaser? The person who wanted to tip the balance entirely? She started to shake her head no as she backed away a bit. "I-I-I can't.....The only place we need to go... is home!" She was in disbelief. She could barely process what was happening. "Something terrible is here! Now you can either come with me or get carried by me! Which is it!?" She continued to shake her head before speaking. "Or we can go home! I'm not going to your 'master'! We're going to go home! Do you understand me?!" Illiana tried to stay as calm as she could. That last thing she wanted was to lash out on her brother. She turned around and paced a little as she spoke. "There's still time to head home! We can get ourselves out of this situation if we act now. We're going home and that's final!!" Illiana yelled out and placed her hands back at her side as she let out a sighed. "I mean...do you even hear yourself?! It's...I....I don't even know what to think. But we're going home alright?" She crossed her arms and lowered her head as she let out another sigh.
Luna used Barrier Surge
Illiana continued her search for her brother. "I can barely see through this. Dammit." Before Illiana could yell out Koa's name again, she heard the same voice yell at her. "He's not gonna hear you!" Illiana rolled her eyes as she sighed in annoyance. She turned around with her hands on her hips. "I thought I said you were suppose to stay and fight the heartless. Not follow someone and completely not follow directions." She was starting to get annoyed with the girl but with her next words, her annoyance would skyrocket. "Besides, you should follow your own damn advice, crazy lady. What's the point going after somebody who clearly doesn't want a damn thing to do with you? Obviously they chose the person they chose, give up on them and move on. You'll feel better, believe me. I've cut ties before and I'm glad they're gone." Illiana was speechless. Did that girl really just say what she think she said? The girl continued to speak out. "Also, no need to be such a jerk to people when you're supposed to be friends. Be nicer to people, princess, you'll be happier for it." That's it. She was done. She didn't want to hear a single word come out of her mouth again. She cracked her knuckles again before making her next move. Illiana immediately lifted up her leg and kicked the girl in the jaw, causing the girl to hit the ground. "Let me make this as clear as I can for you." Placing her foot back onto the ground, she continued. "Stay. Out. Of. My. Business. I don't know what kind of game you think this is or who the hell you think you are but let me put you back into reality. This is a battlefield not some rinky dink field of friendship. It's not lollipops and rainbows that's for damn sure. I'm not here to make friends or be friends with anyone. I'm here for one thing and one thing only. And that's for you to mind your own damn business." Illiana crouched down to eye level as a cold expression painted her entire face. Eyes as cold as steel. She immediately stood up and walked away. Illiana stopped in her tracks before putting a hand on her hip and turning back to the girl. "Do I make myself clear...." She paused then continued. "Cupcake?" She rolled her eyes and walked away. Illiana continued to look for her brother. She looked around once more before finally finding him. "Koa!!" She yelled out to him waving her arms. She looked at him before letting out a sigh of relief. "Thank goodness. He's alright."
Illiana felt her body move in an instant. Before she process what had happened, the glass shattered against the spot on the ground that Illiana was on. "A...Are you alright?" She looked up and saw the girl she had saw the night before. She saw tears fill the girl's eyes. Illiana pushed her away and stood up. "I thought you were suppose to be getting rid of the heartless." Illiana brushed the dirt off her outfit. She then looked over at the girl before continuing. "Why in the world are you crying? I'm not gonna deal with crying people. Too much of a hassle and it's too much of a pain." She then started looking around for Koa. She tried to scan the area as the debris and dark energy were filling the air. "If you're expecting a 'Thanks' from me, you can forget it. You're suppose to be eliminating heartless, not rushing into battle against someone who you're no match against." She looked over to the girl as she saw the wounds she received from Dentro. She shook her head before feeling a healing light flow through her. "You two okay?" Illiana placed a hand on her hip before nodding. "I am. Not to sure about Weepers over there." She directed to the girl using her thumb. Tinarah had then continued. "There you go. Take all the time you need to recover, I will be making sure they stay off, but best watch out for the falling buildings." Illiana cracked her knuckles before looking over to Tinarah. "Good. Leave the chasers to me, Boreas, and Adalric. Just make sure Weepers over there doesn't start getting ideas about fighting even one of them." With that, Illiana patted Tinarah's shoulder before running off toward the rupture. Making sure to avoid any debris or glass, Illiana ran over to the rupture and tried to find her brother once more. She put her hands together and called out to him. "Koa!! Koa!! Where are you?!" With each passing moment, she started to worry more and more. "Where are you Koa? I hope you're alright....."
Illiana dodged out of the way of Koa's attacks. She got back up onto her feet. Before she could make her next move, she felt the earth beneath rumble intensely. An explosion of dark energy ruptured and sent her flying across the ground. She tried to get her footing back but the explosion kept her close to the ground, barely able to move. "What's happening?!" Illiana looked up at the sky and saw two moons appear before her. "Why are there two?!" She couldn't believe what she was seeing. Dark energy flying about everywhere, chaos and panic spreading through the city. Thunder had started raining down and begun ripping apart the city. Countless buildings were falling due to all the chaos. She immediately looked around for any sign of her brother. "Koa!! Where are you?!" She tried to get back up onto her feet and as she did debris had knocked her back down. It had fallen onto her right leg. She tried to pull her leg out but it wouldn't budge at all. She tried to look for her brother again but couldn't find him. Illiana tried to pull her leg out aas hard as she could until an idea struck. She grabbed her keyblade and pointed it at the debris. Fire had started to charge up on the tip of her blade. She immediately shot her fire spell sending her and debris flying away from each other. She skidded across the ground. Illiana got up onto her elbows and started to get back up until the sound of glass shattering boomed above her. She looked up and her eyes shot wide open. She was frozen with shock. Her mind told her to move out of the way but her body didn't want to listen. And for a moment....it was as if her life was flashing in front of her. Am I about to die? Here?.......Mom....Dad...Koa.....I....I failed all of you....I don't think I'll return home to you guys with Koa....A whisper fell from her lips. "I'm sorry...." Illiana closed her eyes as she accepted her fate.
