Onyx thought for awhile as for what to do about Auburn. He remember what Auburn had told him earlier. She didn't want to end up in an orphanage all by herself. After pacing for a little bit, an idea had struck him. He immediately talked to the doctor and had left the hospital immediately. After several hours, Onyx returned and walked over to Auburn's room. "Hey there kiddo. How are we feeling today? Feeling better I hope?" He sat down and looked over with a smile on his face. "Doctor say you should be able to leave the hospital soon. Says your wounds should be okay." He patted her head as he told her what the doctor said.
Koa nodded as Karina and Shiro had walked off. He looked back at Charlie as he spoke up. He jumped a little bit as Finlay's voice boomed. Once he had finished introducing himself, Koa had then spoke up. "I would appreciate it if you could use your inside voice when speaking. I'm clearly sure they can hear you without you yelling. Just a small suggestion." Koa looked over at Finlay as he was checking to see if his hearing was okay. Charlie had then put up the leaderboard of all the participants in the Reaper's Game. He had then told the group he would go and grab their Player's Pin for the game and walked off. Koa looked back and read all the names that would be participating in the game. He wasn't sure what to expect during this game but he was going to try his best.
Luna felt her feet freeze. She looked down and saw ice covering her legs. She tried to pull them out but it was no use. She looked over at Kel as he broke through the ice that had entrapped him as well. Luna summoned her blade and immediately casted a fire spell. Before she could do anything else, her feet stopped in her tracks once more. Not because of any ice but out of shock. What her eyes saw had shocked her. Hikaru had ran his blade straight through his chest. Specks of light had emerged from his body, causing him to fade away with each second. It wasn't before long when the last of the speck had enveloped Aux. "No....." She covered her mouth with her hand in shock. A small tear had left both of her eyes. Memories from their first meeting until now had ran through her mind. "How could this happen? How?" Luna clenched her fists and looked over as Aux had let out a cry of sheer anger. Kaida had also shouted at No Heart. She looked down and clasped her hands together. "Please gods, if you can hear me....please guide his heart and soul and let him be in peace..." Ananta had also expressed her anger toward No Heart. Beuce had ran over to the ships while AJ and Ignis had told her and Kaida to get out of there. Ignis had then asked for assistance with carrying Aux. Luna ran over and went to Aux's left side. She picked up his arm and wrapped it around her shoulder as she stood up. "Let's go!" With the two girls now carrying Aux to the boats, she looked over at Aux. All the light that he had on his face had instantly faded away. What do you even say in a situation like this? Luna wanted to help as much as she could. She didn't want to shed anymore tears. She knew Hikaru wouldn't have wanted that for her or anyone else in the group. Luna looked forward as she, Ignis, and Aux made their way to the boat.
Yukyo continued to hold onto the reins as Lakoda checked on the pastries. Once she had confirmed they were okay, Yukyo let out a small sigh. "Good. I don't think a destroyed or dust-topped cake would sound delicious or look delicious or even taste delicious for that matter." Lakoda had then mentioned what was left to go through. Something about Merry Glen? Yukyo shrugged his shoulder before speaking up. "We should probably check the map just in case so we're absolutely sure." After a few minutes, Shawn had spoke up. "That's right, some place called merry glen. Do you know what exactly we will be doing once we get there? Besides asking them some questions." Yukyo had then responded to Shawn. "I imagine we would unload the cakes and put them on display for the event. The only questions I could see us asking would be: 'Where you like these cakes?' I can't imagine us doing anything else." Yukyo grabbed a bottles of water and took a small sip of it before turning his eyes back on the road.
Illiana continued to follow behind the group, listening to Thallasa. She then looked around her and really took in the scenery. "Normally, I'd be against interfering with the natural order of a world but during times like these it's hard to tell what is and isn't natural anymore." Illiana kept looking around her as she spoke. "If this forest isn't natural then it's a darn shame. Looks pretty natural to me but that's my own opinion on it." Illiana immediately looked over as she heard a voice. Aria and Qamar immediately went over to the boy and strange creature who had apparently stolen an apple from that boy. She walked over and watched as the creature hid behind Aria. "This however is not natural. Then again, that's just the speculation talking." She put her hand on her hip as she watched the scene in front of her unfold. Qamar had then asked the boy if he was Taran. Judging by his appearance, it could be but she was having her doubts.
Credit to Cstar for helping me out with the colors!! Velvet had been swimming through the night and into the morning to Kintargo. She had heard a commotion from above the water. She swam up to the surface and poked her head out of the water. It had looked like a protest was occurring at the moment. A very heated protest that looked like a fight would break out at any moment. "Oh dear." Velvet had decided to emerge from the water and walk a little bit toward the crowd while still keeping a distance. She looked around the crowd and was a little scared of how conversations within the crown were getting louder and more heated with each passing minute. She didn't know what to make of it or what even caused this many disagreements. Velvet brought her hands together and spoke to herself. "Kintargo.......Will you have the knowledge I'm looking for?" Velvet looked over at the crowd once more before looking at a woman who stood in the doorway at the opera house and she did not look happy. "What has happened that has caused this much of a disagreement?" She was quite curious but she knew better than to go into the crowd and get caught up in their troubles. She took a step back to make sure the distance between her and the crowd would stay that way.
For me I can basically go back to my wii (if I can find a specific cable for it to start up again) and still have fun. I would also say Gamecube but some of my discs just won't run on it and I think I'm also missing a cable for it too. As for portable, I would go back to the original Nintendo DS and play some old gameboy advance games on it. The game I had the most fun with the wii would have to be Sonic Riders Zero Gravity or Super Smash. Nowadays I just mainly play on my 3DS or my PS3.
Illiana felt a slight pinch at her ear. "Owowowow" She looked and saw the hand belong to Thallasa. As she pulled her and Qamar aside, she then spoke up. "Get it together you two. I don't care what kind of personality clashes you two may have but we're on the same time and this petty bickering is unbefitting of keyblade wielders. Squabbling when there are life and death decisions around every corner is childish. I do not want to have to do this but if you prove incapable of controlling your emotions I will open a portal and shove you two back to the Council so your masters can babysit you." Thallasa had then released their ears. Illiana rubbed her ear before whispering to herself. "Haven't had anyone aside from my parents do that since I was 10. Interesting." She looked back at Thallasa as she asked the two if they had understood. Qamar had then opened up her mouth. "Honestly, Master Thallasa, I did say we should leave her brother behind...and that he was a lost cause..." She paused as Illiana put a hand on her hip and rolled her eyes. Here we go.... Qamar had then resumed her words. "But...maybe I shouldn't...I mean...maybe his mind can be changed...even if he did beat the crap out of Illiana..." Illiana started shaking her head as she spoke to herself. "As if he had a say in that." Qamar had continued. "Your brother will probably keep fighting us, sure, but that doesn't mean he can't be changed. Thinking back, I saw he almost wanted to join you once more. But he still hurt you, Illiana." She was starting to get irritated but calmly spoke. "What do you know? Don't act as if you understand me. It still doesn't change the fact that you threatened my brother. I could barely make out who was where but I could definitely make out the voices at the time. That crossed too many lines." Her eyes had carried nothing but anger in her brown pools. She turned her head away. Qamar had continued once again. "I know you don't want to talk about it. He's your brother and he's betrayed you. I won't push you to talk about it. Just please be a little nicer to us. We're on a team after all." Qamar had then walked off after saying her piece. "Again...what do you know? Disrespectful little girl. Who in the world walks off in the middle of a conversation?" She crossed her arms again before turning to Thallasa. "I'll do what I can to keep peace but if she thinks she can go around me and say she knows me, I'll send myself back to Atmos. I'm not dealing with some nosy, disrespectful little girl. I can promise you that Thallasa." With that, Illiana walked back to Dallben and told him that there was more tea in the kettle if he wanted more. She walked a little bit behind the rest of the group. Aria had then looked back at her and spoke. "Ya don't have to be nice to us. Just work with us a bit. I mean, I'm not even supposed to be out here with you guys... I'm the one that should be back at the castle." Illiana sighed before speaking. "Don't start talking like that. If Thallasa and the council thought it was okay to be here, then don't think about it and just keep going. As for the teamwork part, I'll do my best as far as peace goes but if I hear anybody go around saying they know how I feel or say anything about my personal matters....That's going out the window. I'm not gonna deal with people poking their nose where it doesn't belong." She kept walking as Qamar and Aria started looking for this Taran. Glyde had then brought up a point Illiana had actually kind of agreed with. "Might be a good idea to get a good description of what Taran looks like... in case we find him... well, without him responding to his name. Plus, then it's a little more difficult for someone to fool us." Illiana had then spoke up in response. "You know I actually sort of agree with you for once. Though as for the fooling part......" She paused and then continued. "Actually, not gonna say anything on that. Though we should kind of place a face to the name."
Koa had listened as the conversation continued in the group. Shiro had mentioned this 'Reaper's Game'. He listened as he had now found himself in a place called Shibuya. He had then noticed the arrival of another person. He looked over before looking back at Shiro. Aeira had then asked Charlie how long the other new arrivals would take. The same question had also ran through his mind as well. Before anyone else could speak up, he heard a familiar voice ring out. Koa immediately turned his head to see Luther, Melus, and someone else with them. "Luther?! Melus?! Where have you guys been?!" Luther had then asked what they had been up to. Arctus had then spoken up in response to Luther. Koa had nodded his head and looked back at Luther and Melus. "I'm glad to see you guys are alright but that just brings up my question again. What happened to you guys since we last saw you?" He then saw another stranger arrive before them. He was a little confused as he looked at the girl before shaking his head and turning his attention back at the two.
Velvet Urbina the Shadowdancer Undine! (Will add rest of the backstory later)
I might actually sign up for this one xD A little nervous but LET’S ATTEMPT!!!! I’ll be going ahead and claim Line 1 please! BLOOP!
Illiana looked at Qamar as she immediately spoke to her. "Oh my god stop being so rude and just try to play nice, please. Offering aid is not the wrong choice." She silently lifted up her right hand and had the hand mimic her words. "But it is the wrong choice if it causes them even more pain but hey! What do I know?" She shrugged her shoulders as the girl in front of her spoke up again. "If you ain't got nothing nice to say, don't say it at all." Illiana placed a hand on her chin as if she was pondering. After a few moments, she spoke. "It's funny how people who know me the least have the most to say. Very interesting. Well at least I can sort of promise you one thing......" She paused before a sarcastic smile showed up on her face. "The silent treatment! It works wonders! Oh! And by the way, it's: 'If you don't have'" She clapped her hands together and then looked Dallben before looking back at Thallasa as their conversation continued. The elderly man had asked them to watch over his apprentice and spoke about this pig that could foretell the future. Not only that but a cauldron with very special abilities. "A pig that can see the future and a pot that can call forth an undead army........Sounds like it's up our alley." She placed a hand on her hip and looked at Dallben. Qamar had then asked where they would be able to find his apprentice. "So here's my next question, where's Hen Wen now? And this black cauldron?" Illiana looked over at Dallben as he grimly spoke his warnings to the group. She went into the kitchen and took out some chamomile. She began brewing some tea. After pouring the finished tea into the mug, she gave it to Dallben. "Thought you might like some. It's chamomile." She placed it on the table before putting a hand on her hip, awaiting for the answers to their questions.
Illiana looked over at the old man as he introduced himself. She was a little curious as the man said something about them being some king's servants. She went back to looking around the place as he continued to speak. He had then asked just who they were and what they were doing here. Before anyone else could speak, Qamar was the first of the group to speak up. She had then spoke of the heartless to Dallben. Illiana sighed a little bit. How about we not worry the old man more than he has to? Illiana looked back as Qamar had then offered to carry the man. She walked up and immediately spoke up. "He's already hurt as it is. If you carry him, it'll make it worse. So take a step back." She paused before continuing. "Besides, how can we go with him when we don't even know where we're heading? Did you even think about that?" Illiana placed a hand on her hip as she furrowed a bit while looking at the girl. Illiana was not even in the world for 5 minutes and she was already getting irritated.
Onyx patted her head as he tucked her in. He listened as she introduced herself and her baby brother. "Nice to meet you Auburn. That's a pretty name." He stood up and walked over to the crib and smiled at the baby lying inside it. "And it's nice to meet you too, Lukas." Onyx walked back over to Auburn as she started to voice her concern. Onyx kept patting her head to comfort her and relax her. "Don't worry about it Auburn. Just worry about getting some sleep okay. Once you're better, we'll talk more about it okay. I'm gonna do all I can to make sure you're both safe and happy. Okay?" He reached out his pinky as if to promise it.
Yukyo kept his eyes on the roads while also making sure the horses were doing alright. He listened a bit as Lakoda spoke. He nodded his head a little bit. "I doubt there's anything in here that's very important. It's only pastries. Delicious looking pastries if I might add." His tail swished a little bit as he spoke about the cakes. Yukyo was still looking for the map when he heard Shawn respond to him. "Bring it up then. If I remember correctly, a fork in the road should be coming up soon." He had then heard Shawn say to destroy the map. Yukyo had not only got concerned but got very confused. "Don't be ridiculous. If we destroy the map, there goes our directions to the client! Regardless if they're tailing us or not, we need the map. We're not destroying the map, got it?" He took the map and looked back and forth between it and the road. He sighed as the carriage kept rolling along the road. "By the way, did anybody check on the cakes? Make sure none of the pastries got damaged." Yukyo continued handling the reins as he asked.
Qrow looked at the message Ozborn had sent him earlier, detailing his new order. He sighed for a moment before standing up from his seat. He walked back toward the room where BLAU was still communicating with one another. He knocked on the door and walked into the room. "I hate to break up this team bonding but you guys need to get a move on. Noire's gonna be leading you guys the rest of the way. So get your stuff and meet her in townsquare." He pointed his thumb at the door as he addressed the team. He walked out of the room and pulled out his scroll. "Hey. I'm sending them back to you. Ozpin should've told you about the plan now. Lead the way for them kid. And keep 'em safe as well as yourself." He went outside to take the call and hung up as he wrapped up the conversation. He started to walk toward the airport as he put the scroll in his pocket. Noire crossed her arms as she paced around the fountain, waiting for the two teams to be ready. With each passing second, she started to get irritated. "How long does it take for a team to get ready at Beacon? It feels like they're getting ready to move houses, not themselves." She kept pacing around while growing more and more impatient. As she was about to yell, her scroll had ringed for a moment, alerting her about incoming call. Noire picked up the scroll and answered it. "What's up? Where's the other team?" As Qrow began to speak, Noire went quiet and listened intently. "Yeah I know. I'll do my best to guide them as much as I can. There's only so much I can do. I'm not gonna hold their hands throughout this whole thing. Just worry about yourself, Ozpin, and the students. Got it? Alright." She hung up the call and put her scroll back in her pocket. She turned to VLAD and spoke up. "Alright! Listen up!! Get your stuff ready! We're gonna be heading out soon!! Once we leave, there's no turning back! Got it!?" She put a hand on her hip as the cloth covering her nose and mouth moved slightly.
Onyx crouched down to the girl's eye level and smiled. "Well first, you're gonna get some rest and try to feel better. Once you feel all better then we'll go from there. Okay?" He ruffled her hair as he led her to her hospital bed. "You know I don't think I ever got your name kiddo. My name is Onyx. What's your name?" He picked her up gently and placed her on her bed before crouching to eye level again.
Onyx looked at the girl as she responded to him. "That's good but get a little bit more rest. Your face still looks a little pale." He patted her head as he suggested the little girl to rest a little bit more. He looked at the child in the crib and smiled a bit. "I'm glad you're both alright. Do you want me to get you something to eat or something to drink?" He smiled as he looked at the girl.
Onyx looked for the nurse and doctor that helped the two. He walked up to the doctor. "How are they doc?" The doctor had given him the details of each child's condition. Onyx listened intently as the doctor spoke. "Is it alright if I could go see them?" The doctor led them to Auburn's room. The nurse looked at Onyx as he walked in. The nurse gestured him to come into the room. He thanked the doctor before walking in. "Hey there kiddo? How are you feeling? Feeling any better?"
Illiana changed her bandages with the help of her creature charm. After changing her clothes, the creature went back to being a charm on her umbrella. She put on her bracelet and put her locket in her pocket. She walked outside to see everyone gathered around. She opened her umbrella to prevent any sunburns she might gain. The girl listened in as Torrin and Thallasa went into a discussion with the group. It had been decided that Torrin, Boreas, Tinarah, Chrono, and Take would stay behind while Thallasa, Aria, Glyde, Qamar, and Illiana would move on ahead. She nodded her head at Thallasa's instructions. Torrin had then proceeded to teach the group how to transform their keyblade into another weapon. Illiana closed her umbrella. She tossed it up into the air. "Aperta." Her umbrella had become her blade once more. She caught her blade and closed her eyes. She felt her keyblade change shape in her hand. Illiana opened her eyes and saw her blade was completely different. In her hands, twin fans decorated in white and light green and star at the end of it. She looked up and saw some trees just a few feet away from her. She looked back at her fans and back at the trees and an idea instantly popped into her head. Illiana opened up her fans and pulled them back. She jumped up and tossed the fans toward the trees. The fans cut through the trees and returned back to her hands. Placing one hand on her hip and using the other hand to fan herself with the fan, Illiana smiled a bit. "I can definitely get behind this." She closed her fans before returning them to its original state as Thallasa conjured up a portal. Illiana walked through the portal while giving out a small wave to the other group. As she walked through, she saw an elderly man in front of the group calling them demons. "Wouldn't be the first time somebody called me that. Been called worse. Though they would usually call me Miss Demon or something else along those lines." Illiana shrugged her shoulders. She watched as Aria helped the old man onto his feet. She had then apologized for the unexpected arrival. "Well let's see, a random strange portal appears and some strange being from another land walk out from it......I think that's immediate grounds for that reaction." She looked at the two as she spoke. She then yawned a little bit before she walked around the room. She kept walking around and then spoke up again. "So you got a name or something?" She looked at the old man as she asked.
