Errr... I don't think so. I mena, it's possible. Like Sephiroth was immersed in the darkness of Cloud's heart, until Xehanort and his buddies came along to tinker around with his darkness, and released Sephy. Other then that, I don't think that he and Xehanort knew each other.
Some people don't notice that poems and such appear to the top of the forums. And many people don't care for poems. Don't feel insulted. Also, maybe they will pay more attention if you used correct grammar. That means capitilization.
You need a girl to have long hair to tell that they are a girl? I feel sorry for you people. You wouldn't be able to tell anyway, since Square Enix seems to make almost more then half of their guys with long hair.
You would be surprised what S.E. makes their guy characters wear. *points to KH1 dark Riku* I mean, WTF, a skirt? *points to thousands of FF male characters* Cross dressing all around that area. But Aqua is a girl. She has feminine features, no arguing with that. She is wearing girl armor, and well... would they have a guy with a girl's name. (This does NOT include Sora, since he technically has a girl's name.)

I don't hate Xemnas, but I don't like him either. He's like... another Organization member to me. So... yay for you for liking him.
Sephiroth will kill Xemnas. Warping, power, Descend Heartless Angel, sword swipes, knocking people around. While Xemnas just has those dark and light streamers of his, with his aerial blades that don't REALLY hurt. (He is a bad final boss. Xehanort Heartless was harder.) Really, I don't see why people ask this question. XEMNAS NO DUH! Naw, j/k. Sephy will kill Xemmy in like... two seconds.

Meh, I feel sorry for you people. I have the same problem too. Except, if people try looking over my shoulder, I close the laptop, or I just turn around and slap 'em in the face. Talking on the phone is fine with me. Due to the fact the people I talk with rant ALL the time, and I just make little sounds of agreement every now and then. ^_^ Life is good.
Yeah, Xemnas's weapons are cools. Kinda makes you wonder what would happen if Xemnas's hands were cut off... Larxene's weapons? Kunais? Psh. Easy to copy. Grab a handful of scissors, and start chucking them at people. Always works. XD
