Minus the hot thing, which I don't think is correct, some of the things sound Mary-Sueish. About my opinion of her, though, I don't like her character insertion. I can't hate the girl, but I do not like the way she was introduced. To begin, I'll first quote someone who made a good point that needs to be said, and cannot be done any better the way it was explained. I cannot express how much I am into agreement with such a statement. This is the main problem with this character. That she's a retcon, and breaks what was already a credible timeline. And what we are getting isn't what we had expected [notice how before she was uncloaked, most of the dislike was never as bad as what I've seen], and she's a Mary-Sue to the word. And that's not even much of her problems, it's just her character placement in the story. Retcons are fine, but not always good. Xion is this example. Good retcon - Crisis Core was good. Nothing known about Shinra's SOLDIER in the first place. The add-in character, Angeal, was only important to Zack in connection, who died before Cloud's story, who had nothing to do with the other two, if at all. Sephiroth was too mentally unstable, or didn't care for his past by FF7 to ever mention anything, considering it had nothing to with Cloud. Doesn't break cherished dynamics. Doesn't have 12+ characters to develop. Overall, nifty and understandable. Bad retcon - "WTFloloolzlookz!there'sa14thmembernooneremembersandhasmetallimportantcharactersbutnoonecaresforherexistenceinthesequelatall!lololololol". If I wanted a mysterious 14th member in Mary-Sue clarification, who has ties with some named characters, and everyone cares and feels sympathy for her, has boys on her ass, and she has a sad story...because you know, her "brave and tragic fate" is so crucial and upsetting to the friends who don't give a damn about her in the sequel, while having this great importance and connection, I would have gone to Fanfiction.Net, and met the same crappy credibility in writing. Talk about originality. Which leads to them not being able to create a much better plot and story to add to the game except the usual Kairi-look alike that needs to be in every side addition, it seems, and are the only important female characters. Woe is you if you don't look like Kairi. Xion's story is basically a rehash of Roxas's problem in KH2. About existence, own life, leaving friends, etc. Complete rehash, Emo 2.0. And no doubt we'll see the exact process over again. And in the end, she'll end up being "brave" to her tragic, upsetting fate. Oh, poor wittle Xion >.>. Like hell I'm falling for the usual "pity method" they throw at me to make me like her. It's like been there, done that, why add something like this once more? Roxas didn't need to leave the Organization because of Xion. IT WAS NEVER NEEDED. Just the fact that he had recurring dreams about Sora, nobody was telling him anything, he didn't know why he held this weapon, and that the more he stayed in the Organization, the more their true colors appear, as well as Axel, his supposed best friend, obviously keeping things from him, will make a character have the decision to leave in the end. And yes, that could be covered in a year. The Organization might've been alright in the beginning, until things started to make themselves apparent as he went on missions, etc. Xion was never needed for this. She never existed. And Roxas never mentioned her as his reason for having left in KH2. Not even in the Novels [not manga, the written ones where they explain what went on behind-the-scenes of the game], where we go into his actual thoughts, did he ever use her as a reason. If she was so crucial, well...it didn't affect him surely, to not give her some recognition. Along with this fact, she doesn't have a role in the future game, and she disappears without no one, not even Axel or Roxas, deeming her important enough to care for or give a damn about to mention. Axel is the type of person who's hard core, and whose friendship mean to him. He even said Roxas was the only one he liked, and suddenly, we have this new girl having something to do with him? I'm actually glad that he seems to have known from the beginning that Xion was not going to last, and that he could be playing along until the time was right, and especially that he appears to attack her when she was confronting Roxas. Otherwise, it would not make sense in its finest word. Xion needs to find some real "friends". Having a memory wipe it's the biggest cop out because they know her character is unnecessary. In my opinion, they are basically saying they know she was pulled out of their asses, they know she's random, they know she doesn't make sense, so they need to have everyone forget her to fix what they recently stupid toyed with. Even with with KH2 FM+ out in Japan which is the most recent, like KH1:FM, in the written Novels, the manga, anything KH related, she was never mentioned or been said to exist. At least Roxas had that credibility, for goodness sakes. The chick popped out of the blue. And has half the characters attention on her. Even the characters she interacts with couldn't give a flying crap. Riku, Naminé? If she was this important, why not say anything? It's like once KH2 came, she didn't matter, despite that everyone is falling at her feet with her emo problem and having sympathy given. Again, not even Roxas had that pleasure, sans Naminé. And maybe Axel, but he was more concerned about him surviving and getting him back, than feeling sorry for him as he didn't witness his struggles. She's contrived and forced, and a lazy add-on for those very reasons. Main problem with her is that she will be stealing spotlight, from established characters that were there long before her, TWELVE OF THEM that need development, and she just comes right in, and is more important than the rest. Seriously? So let's wrap this up: 1. She takes up valuable screen time that could be used for other established characters that really need the development more than her, she comes out of nowhere, a add-on, and she's suddenly more important than everyone else. 2. She has some BFF thing with Roxas and Axel, which is sad, because I enjoyed them being alone, and this being their special place, their hang out, and what they do. Not for gay reasons, but it was truly what separated them from the others, and then we add this girl just for the sake of a "trio", which takes away some of the special friendship we were never given. 3. She wields a Keyblade. She looks like Kairi. She has a "tragic, but brave fate", she takes ALL of the scans, information, pictures, and everything has her face plastered in it, you have Riku and Roxas touching her, Axel seeking her, and that she's this mysterious 14th member of Organization XIII that no one remembers in the future. 4. She never needed to be any key that ties into the game. 5. Everything was just fine explaining in KH2 that Roxas was needed to make Sora have his memories back, and without him, it could not be completed. Hence, his role and why Diz wanted him. Nobody questioned it, because it didn't need to be questioned until recently with her, what used be, nonexistent self. 6. If you take her out, she wouldn't make a dent considering we already got KH2 just fine without her, along with the proper memory explanations on Sora. And in the end, nobody gives a damn about her in the future unless they got memory wiped, apparently. Or else, it gives the question of why no one ever bothered to care afterwards when she's gone. Some "friends" those are. 7. I understand they needed some spice to add to the plot of 358/2 Days so it may not seem like a Organization game for fans, yet I just think it was placed wrongly. And I keep wondering if that's the best they could come up with. 8. Canon Mary-Sue. 9. She needs to GTFO. 10. Horrible plot device. No matter how great she's written, she doesn't make sense. That is all.
They didn't do that. There really is no confirmation that's the case. Xaldin's actions does not equal the Organization's own, as that movement he had done was by his very volition. In fact, in the Novels, they actually didn't even discuss such a thing until the end, as Xemnas was toying around to rebuild the Organization with some other humanoid Nobodies by turning around great existences. Xigbar asked if Xemnas knew where those "great existences" were, but the whole thing never got anywhere in the end, and he didn't answer. So it's safe to say that their goal wasn't to turn people into Heartless if they just, as their number were decreased severely by the finishing point, played around with the idea as to what their next set of actions will be. They had enough of them to kill. Not to mention Xemnas's KH was close to being completed. And according to the Novel as well, Axel kidnapped Kairi because Naminé wanted to meet her, and had expressed to him this wish. He didn't exactly want what happened to her, happen. Novels = good read for the behind the scenes happening in the game.
Wrong. 358/2 Days begins before CoM, starting from Roxas's birth. And they are present in Xion's induction to further solidify it. Would they have stand-alone missions like the KH2 members have without Multi-player? No. Because Nomura is a biased bitch like that, and doesn't care much for them, apparently.
Vexen's death reminds me that Axel is a sociopath to plan such killings the way he had done. End.
That's exactly my kind of question. Usually, people base the strengths from actual gameplay and the diffculty. But in reality, this is NOT conclusive in terms of power unless it was done on purpose. For example, Xemnas by canon and official files, is the strongest. Is he that strong when you fight him? Unfortunately, no. Does that lower his credibility? No. Game play is game play.
This hasn't died? o.o According to Nomura, and the interview of where he mentions how Nobodies may have a second chance to be whole, every time a Heart is released, it goes into a state of suspension. Where? Remains to be seen. The Hearts aren't also used up as well. They might need it for energy and power, but they have no set limitations. First, Diz would have gone to actually present a machine that solves this more than likely if this was the case. Not just turn it into Data. And second, the Hearts when floating down, and as Xemnas used it, seemed to be perfectly fine. Assuming is liable as long as you don't base it as fact. Really? Because...it seems in 358/2 Days their missions consist of Heartless killing and hunting. The only one who deliberately went to turn someone into a Heartless, was Xaldin, and he does not equal everyone else.
Axel. And yeah, Axel. Though Roxas is very much on the handsome scale. He'll grow up to be in the terms of Cloud, I would think. I like the usual, boyish types. Both Riku and Marluxia, for example, are more of the beautiful men type than anything. Like Sephiroth.
Axel and Larxene reincarnated, holy shi-well, no biggie, but I never expected the resemblance between her and her to be that much. Put blue eyes,...
Oh, and there's no color and stuff on the last half. Just a heads up.
Thanks. ...........
Yeah... By the way, can you cut half of the Axel post that you have in Revenge, at least up to when he finishes crossing street? [not erase it,...

I wouldn't, but he's not going to get in trouble. The best thing he'll be given is a warning, yet, nothing much else unless he gets three strikes....
The ownage? What do you mean? [lol, I'm finally answering to PMs now]. And, I'm guessing Rorschach is some kind of bad guy that hates humanity? Is...
Xemnas stopped, somewhat ominously as he frowned, looking down at the hand that just touched him in a unreadable glint of his eyes. They trailed over to Demyx then, expression tight, and dark, as if he was to have a good explanation for daring to make that sort of move on him. The aura he exuded gave off the premise that if he did not speak soon, there will be a punishment as to why he was halted from leaving, and having his time more wasted on this idiocy of having Sora's ally work for them. Nonsensical idea. And he was aware of what was coming. And indeed, it presented itself, him trying to somehow get this Cloud into this, just because he had "befriended" the man. He was as worse as Axel. And someone who shouts through the astle was not worth a glance if that was his behavior. It was needless to say he did not like it. Not even with what Demyx explained, he did not appreciate what he had done, conjured this up without consulting him first, and expected him to easily accept something as ludicrous as what he proposed. But if the water wielder wanted to trudge on fragile grounds, he would allow him to do so. This Cloud's power, while close, did not match his own, he could sense, so he was not a threat, and in the end, this might work out for him. Much more so than he expected. To kill two birds with one stone if nothing goes as wished. Yes...a plan was surfacing into his mind, and his lips slightly smirked secretly to himself at the prospect. With Demyx's foolishness, this can be quite successful. He now knew what to do, and he will let Demyx go along with it until he was able to provide any semblance of help or dedication to the group. Gazing at the mullet haired man coldly, regarding him with disinterest, his tone was just as dull as he asnwered, "You are still a mistake." He was not going to lie. Someone who decides to work on his own was not to be depended upon. "A second chance was given, but you have deteriorated any 'trust' no longer than merely a few hours since you have come back. You brought a ally of Sora into the castle, and our properties. No longer than talking to him for a few minutes. I do not doubt that you gave him utmost information that was suppose to be enclosed from anyone else, except us. That you were not allowed to give. You have acted on your own without my consent in the first place. You are a utter disgrace, Number Nine. There is more for you to do to prove yourself to me now. Do you expect me to rely on you this way? When you do not think things through? When you brought Sora and another ally into the main base because of your incompetency? Which could ruin everything? Do you understand what you have done, and you will not get out of this completely unscathed? I should kill you...destroy you...it is very tempting. Perhaps if you were somehow smarter and think before you act, you can make something of yourself for this Organization. Take into account a lesson learned, and I will not be patient with it if repeated." He was not going to stall what he thought of the member. It would take much more than simple pleads to let him accept him the way he wanted to, more so with this Cloud, who he would not consider to be a part of them until there was a very good reason on how he will aid them. Nevertheless, it was time to set his own test in motion. "However...I will allow you this one opportunity. As much as I do not think you deserve it. Your Soul belongs to me. Failure will result in the death of not only your supposed 'friend', but your eradication as well. I can kill you with one snap of a finger, Number Nine. You can be imprisoned forever in the depth of Darkness and despair if I think it was right. You are on a thin line. Go ahead and do what you wish, and speak to me when you are ready. Other things are more important to deal with for the moment. I have spoken. There is only the option to succeed. If the goal is not reached, you are informed of the consequences." With that, and a last hard, emotionless look, he portalled out permanently, leaving the ninth member there to think of what was said as he transported to the labs in the underground of the building. "Of course you did..." Larxene drawled out almost goofily to him in answer, the alcohol affecting her tone as she looked where she was going, her vision somehow distorted and swaying, but she was walking just fine. So she was just fine. Slipping her hold from Axel's wrist down to his hand, she grasped it, finding that it fitted just right with hers as she was quite more bolder than ever in her intoxicated movements, and led the way outside of the dark and eerie alley into the open town. It was night, and it was quite late, it seemed, as not many people were walking, or it wasn't as crowded as it should be in the city. From what she last remembered. And as she looked at the inky black sky almost dizzily, she could tell it was clouded. Thick, tight, gray clouds, blocking any rays of the moon, leaving it nothing, but a blanketed dull space. It was not because her sight was a blur, but, she could feel it was going to rain. It was strange that she didn't sense it before when she got here...but she could feel the energy within her tingle more, as if static was meeting static, and she was aware, even when drunk, that it was a sign of a brewing storm, which made her understand more why the town was so empty. The fact that it was getting colder, and the wind was picking up, proved it all the more. Giggling randomly, placing her free hand over her mouth, she continued down the sidewalk now that they were there, passing apartments, and small stores along the way, not having any idea where she was going. Or if she was supposed to make the right or left turn. Whichever the case, there had to be a hotel nearby, and so she took the chance. As they trudged on, her steps forming to a very tiny skip, she hummed to herself, her balance sometimes wobbling, but able to use the support Axel brought with their clasp hands as a crutch in the right time. It was a short walk to reach the crossroads of streets, that was divided and separated into different intersections, and there she was kind of stumped. Admittedly. As she glanced around, though, she spotted the sign of a hotel across the street, which had a big, nice, and expensive sign for people not to miss, and she pointed straight at it, triumphantly, "Hotel! It's gonna thunderstorm soon...so we hafta...get there..." The shout sounded muffled, but feeling very prideful that she had managed to find one by luck, as she couldn't recall where some of the rest were, she began to head straight into the crossing line to walk over there, forcing Axel with her in a rough tug of excitement, not seeing whether the traffic light was green or red, and not minding the, while lower numbered, cars.
That's good if you want to RP badly, Demyx just reaffirming. As for the other two newbies, Larxene is busy being a mess, and Marluxia is busy...
I responded. And expect a response on Revenge on Friday, no misses. As for the name, Arlene is too obvious, and Xemnas wouldn't do a good job on...
