this game will take place from when Roxas joins the organization to his defeat to Riku. so really it takes place before, during, and after CoM. that's why they are there.
oh that is a good question. maybe from Master Xehanort or perhaps Yen Sid or something like that. or maybe the armor has the same origins as the Keyblades

i think Xehanort is going to fullfill the role of the game's "antagonist" but he wont necesarilly be evil. he's a man who made a mistake and doesn't want to Ven Terra and Aqua (mostly Terra) to make the same mistake he did and end up like his other apprentice. in other words he will be a tragic villain
the only difference is that Cinderella will be fun to play. Wonderland was dissapointing specially considering that it had potential to be the most awesomly crazy world in the game. but Cinderella looks super fun. i've wanted to beat the snot out of Lucifer since i saw the movie as a youngun
i heard the armor was used to hide the characters overall look since Nomura wasn't done designing them. i agree with the armor being granted to keyblade masters. it's sounds like the most plausable explenation

yeah it is the Kingdom Key but i heard rumor saying she at some point steals Roxas' Kingdom Key so maybe she doesn't have a Keyblade of her own but she can weild one. (just like Kairi in KH2 actually)
fight Sora most likely not Riku as final boss very likely the final boss will either be Riku, Xion (don't ask why, it's just a gut feeling), or a new bad guy that's yet to be reveiled
Saix is a ****** to Axel because he is a ****** to everyone. like everyone has stated Saix doesnt fake emotions. oh and what would Saix be like with a heart?... he'd probably still be a ******
what if Aqua is the mother of Kairi and thats how it was passed. (sorry, i know that's quite a stretch.) i also remember rumors that the old grandmother from KH1 is Aqua but that too is a big stretch
i've always felt that Vexen shoul have a slight german mad scientist Dr Frankensteinish accent. as long as this guy is as creepy as the japanese seiyu was i'll be happy
my cracker pot Xion theory: Xion is no one's nobody. her anagram is No I. as in no self. Xion had no origional and has always existed (or lack thereof) as a nobody. she is a special condition Nobody so she is has true emotions like Roxas and Namine. her Keyblade is the Realm of Nothing Keyblade similar to how Sora has the Realm of Light Key and Mickey has the Realm of Darkness Key. well that's my theory. probably wont be popular and i have no evidence to back it up but whatever
