personally i think it is a new character that has nothing to do with the Organization. he/she/it is just wearing the cloak for hidden identity purposes

from what i've seen you have Org members tied to worlds and I think whenever you go to a world you'll fight alongside said member in the form similar to world specific allies like past games. for example we see that Roxas is always with Axel in twilight Town, Luxord in Wonderland, Xaldin in Beast's Castle Demyx in Olympus Coliseum and Xigbar in Halloween Town. it seems more than likely that other Organization members will join you in the worlds that have yet to be confirmed. in fact i believe i've seen a screenshot of Roxas with Zexion in Destiny Islands. you get me?
optional bosses could be quite possable though i doubt there will be many. by the looks of it Square is already pushing the DS's limits as far as they could possably go.

i really don't see a spiffy new trailer being on a mobile game that honostly i don't think many people are going to buy. maybe they show like a small one or two second clippit or picture that MIGHT reveal something insignificant but come on be logical here. KH3 will be a big project so your looking for a nice juicy trailer like Deep Dive. if you ask me, Birth by Sleep is the most likely candidate for something like that.
yeah MCP holds no water. he is a world specific villain so the chances of him magically being promoted to final boss status is slim to none. i'd say bug Xehanort makes the most sense. final bosses are really hard to make out when you don't know much about the story
yeah true. they are probably all hanging around on the island pretending that the entire ordeal never happaned. truthfully i highly doubt the real Sora Riku and Kairi will even appear.

i've heard the memory theory before but your the first person i've seen that actually makes it sound plausible. assuming she is a memory she probably has a deep connection with Catle Oblivion. i have a feeling that is where the Organization found her, wandering the halls of the Castle. she could have manifested there when she leaked out of Sora (that sentence sounded much less dirty in my head...). The Organization could have raided the Castle to find her which could have been the reason DiZ moved the pods to Twilight Town. just a theory.
well as for Xion being an unbirth i'd say that it is only about 10% possable. 1. we don't exactly know what an Unbirth is or how it's made 2. the three games are supposedly independent so no plot point in one game will leak into the others. this way one can enjoy a game without playing the other two. in other words no unbirths in Days. as for my own theories on Xion i have made none. i don't know what to think about her and there are so many possabilities. I'm going to wait for the game to find out who she is.

considering how Axel plays such a major role in this game they have to keep Flynn. it would be like changing Riku's VA.
i'm pretty sure there were two fights. the first one Roxas won, and the second time Riku won by taking on the form of Ansem
I agree with Ukir. there is a humoungus chance that the majority of the Organizations Heartless are insignificant which is why it has never been touched upon.
ouch. it is a tie between Roxas Org. XIII and One Winged Angel. but i picked Roxas because it is so sad.
