actually no. Nintendo has announced that there will be three different DS card types. DS (playable on anything) DSi Enhanced (can be played on anything but will have special features on Dsi) and DSi Cards (only playable on DSi for example the new WarioWare) i don't want to strike fear into anyone since i'm 90% sure it will be playable on any DS. it is just that this same discussion was brought up on a Zelda forum when the new Zeld game was announced, so I got curious about Days as well.
i believe the cards were originally part of it. it came from a really old interview back when the three games were first announced and it said that bbs was going to have a similar battle system to CoM using cards. either that or it was just some wikipedia hogwash. in either case it looks like there will be no cards, just the KH gameplay we all know and love.
sorry but i have to bring this up since it was bugging me. previously in the thread people were saying along the lines that Axel doesnt have to be Reno with an X because Namine isn't Kairi with the X well the reason for that is Namine isn't a member of the Organization. the X only applies to Organization members not all Nobodies. sorry if this is no longer relavent i just had to say something about it.
huh? i though the idea of using cards were scrapped. I havn't seen any card usage in the recent screenshots and trailers.
*sigh* this is nonsense. the games overall stories ARE independant in the fact that they wont directly affect each other. like lilbueno said no new characters from one game will have a ralation with a new character from another game. Nomura does this so that people whp can't play all three games won't be hopelessly lost. now the games ARE connected in the sense that each game provides some sort of revalation ythat builds up for KH3. KH3, when it comes out, is what will tie the three games together in a significant sense.
has it been announced or not whether Days will be univerably playable on all DS models?

I agree with the new guy! i know if I was the one making the game i would create 11 playable worlds with 1 Organization member acting as your partner everytime you visit that world
