Poor taste is most likely the key factor. And many people are probably getting to the casual Wii mindset. I am a bit surprised Crysis isn't doing better. As for PS3 games, I think they are just complaining for the sake of complaining.

Well, spreading rumors, I think, often starts for someone to be entertained. Some people also gain their reputation by spreading rumors. People who spread rumors tend to have nothing else to do. They can also do it just because they want to talk to someone or to fit into a social clique. Some just want to seek attention.

There is a multitude of reasons for someone wanting to spread rumors, none of them justified.

Then, I would feel like an idiot for ordering a modchip and ordering the Japanese game if it where to come out here (I am hoping to secure a modchip for my PS2 so I can play it.)

I think it would be successful, only if it was in full English, though. If it was Japanese with English subtitles, while I think us fans would buy it, outside of that demographic, probably not.

I doubt it will be out in 08 in America simply because Japan hasn't even gotten a public trailer yet.

I think there is a good chance it will come out very late 08 in Japan, if not early 09. Then for America it will be another four months. April 2009 is my prediction.

Meh. Not sure. I mean, Wi-Fi is a fantastic feature that could be implemented. The fact that it is on a handheld also means less time developing the game. I guess it depends if it feels KH enough to me. If the controls are wrong and it doesn't fell like a KH game, then probably not. But, I have a feeling Nomura will make it feel like it was meant to be for the DS.
