TEN THOUSAND YEARS OF 2016!
He wanted a sans seraph font.
Exactly what it says in the title.
He's 82 years old and uses social media like he's 25.
It has some of the most hilariously absurd lines I've ever heard. "To save Sohara I have to fight the panty robot," is my current favorite line ever.

I'm 29 chapters in and so far it seems like it's just Evangelion with neither giant robots nor hedgehogs and an even whinier main character. Am I missing something here?
When I stop at a corner so this lady can turn. But then she stops too, rolls down her window, and says, "I AM SO SORRY, I didn't see you there. Go on ahead." I mean that's great and all, but I had obviously stopped so she could go. She didn't even do anything wrong. Also, Cat, holy, and Janime's prizes are out. They should be with you guys within a week or so. Fork, I checked with them and it turns out international shipping is like $2.50/ounce and your prize is way less than an ounce.
Here, take a look at the statsheet. Feel free to download it and play around with making characters and trying to break the system without, y'know, changing it. Please let me know if any combination of stats ends up producing negative numbers because that is REALLY not supposed to happen. Details on My Current Vision for the Game: Fire, Ice, and Water are the primary offensive elements. They relate to each other with simple subtraction based on what is weak or strong against what. Fire is weak to water but strong to ice, ice is strong to water, etc, and so on. Leaf, Ash, and Petal are support elements. Leaf is for buffs, Ash is for debuffs, and Petal is for healing. Their relations involve more complex functions that you can read in the spreadsheet. I'm pretty sure they're pretty balanced, though Leaf may end up being over or under powered depending on your stat set. Each skill will have a stat that determines how effective it is. Fire, Ice, Water, and Petal will use regular numerical values that will be modified by (a) the caster's Affinity/Weakness and (b) the target's Affinity/Weakness using simple addition and subtraction. For example, a player with a Fire Affinity of 5 casting a Fire skill with a stat of 15 on a target with a Fire Weakness of 6 will do 26 damage. At the beginning of the trial game (which will be in the Playground unless the mods decide otherwise), you'll be given 20 points to distribute among your elemental stats. Each stat must have at least one point. On leveling up, you get an additional 5 point to distribute. I have not yet figured out whether it'll be traditional leveling or not. It probably will be, though. And that's all I've got figured out. Feel free to criticize. Once I figure out where this'll fit, I'll make a thread in a more serious section.
I've got a neat mechanic that I want to eventually work into a proper video game, but I need to be able to test it as soon as possible so I can work out the kinks. This pre-pre-pre-pre-alpha will basically involve you creating your character's stat sheets and then role-playing table-top style (using post IDs as dice) to advance through some sort of placeholder story that I'll have written. More details when I actually have them written down. Anyone interested?
I have friends now. Not a friend and dozens of acquaintances, but multiple people who I consider friends. It's kind of unsettling how foreign this concept is to me.
GO GET IT BEFORE YOU HAVE TO PLAY EA'S VERSION INSTEAD! http://www.gog.com/

POSSIBLE UNMARKED SPOILERS AHEAD, READ AT YOUR OWN RISK. So I'm sure that many of us agree that Series 7 was pretty weak compared to the others. I mean, there wasn't even a Craig episode. Let's face it, Doctor Who is going downhill and it's getting there pretty fast, especially with George Lucas Jr. running the show. So here's my proposal. Word of Moffat says that the Doctor got a whole new 13 incarnations, which I say is bull shit but okay. So, let's give Capaldi two, maybe three seasons depending on how good he is and then end it. The premise of the final episode, a two parter, will be an overdone one. In the first part, the Doctor has settled down on Gallifrey, finally content to while away his time at the library and write all his memoirs for Time Lord generations to come, or so he thinks. It'll be boring. It'll have to be, because otherwise it won't hit the viewer that this is not what the Doctor really wants. In part two he will realize that he has allowed his life to become boring and that he cannot sit idly by and let this go on. He steals his old Tardis yet again and goes on an adventure, to where and with whom the world will never know. Fade to a montage of future Doctors having all sorts of adventures with future companions before one final scene depicting the 25th Doctor's final moments in the Tardis, among all his memories. He bursts into light one final time as camera zooms in on a certain cradle in the background. It looks familiar, except for one big detail: The writing on the front is in English. The End
But I may as well create a thread while I'm here. Otherwise it would just be a wasted opportunity to create a thread.
Kitty, you should probably be worried. http://www.newsoxy.com/science/loch-ness-monster-dead-154392.html
It's just a bunch of really great ideas for movies squeezed together to make one kind of okay movie. Also, Quantic Dream should just make a rom-com already.
If not for my grandmother, Dorothea, Elsa would be a total shut-in. Also, most of Elsa's family thinks that she might have social anxiety. Oh, and did I mention that Elsa's favorite season is winter? Oh, and I saw Frozen today and it was great. I usually hate Disney's CGI stuff but Frozen managed to be on the same level as their 2D animated movies. Oh, and Get a Horse was amazing too.
So why have I managed to schedule two dates (one was last Sunday and the next this coming Sunday) with two different girls within the past week? Did I break the game or something?

Noticed that the con food court is a beautiful cultural melting pot. It's got Mexico, China, Italy, Japan, New York, Greece, and whatever the hell Chicken 'n Egg is. That's like all the countries that matter!
