Carter made a small fist pump, the girl who he accidentally hit the paper airplane with sitting in front of him. Carter observed the girl, sighing with both relief and sadness that it wasn't somebody he'd throw gum wrappers at during class. He smiled, tapping Rosie on the shoulder, "Welcome to Grimm's Cadett Academy, in other words, prison. There are some teachers you'll really want to avoid. I'm Carter, what's your name?" he casually asked, kneeling back in his chair again, still quite embarrassed by his short height.

Carter felt quite relieved the girl acted fast enough, especially considering he couldn't even say 'Watch out!' as the paper had been coming toward her several seconds ago. He tried to get Rosie's attention as he shouted up through the classroom casually, "Sorryy!" He gave an awkward look, considering he felt extremely awkward. I should probably be quiet so I don't ruin her first day more than I already did. he thought, being the most considerate he's been in months. Nixon? He could deal with it. Teachers? Whatever. New kids? Just get used to it. months of it? Yeah, this is going to be one of the longest years yet. None of this even matters! he sighed, turning away from Rosie and back to looking between Gracie and Morgan.
Good luck. I've had them on for about 3 years now. For now enjoy the freedom of gum and chewy foods. When you first get your braces on they might irritate you, but their not too horrible. I still eat chewy stuff, you just have to chew right in between your teeth, but when they say 'none of this this this' there's usually a way to get around that.
I can't find any convincing pictures on google but I believe ours is much bigger. And yes, I believe they did.
