He reminds me of a homosexual. Oh wait.
I'm reading it right now (am finishing issue 3), and I think it's very worth it.
And the show becomes less entertaining as a result. Not that it was bad, and it did pretty much contain the actual plot of the series, but I had a lot more fun watching season 1. :T Anyways, ultimate yandere show, USOOOO DAAAAA, etc.
But of course, it's (most) every KHV'ers' guilty source of entertainment, so they'll never do that.
She'll never have anything on TMM.
Opinions are only valid to the extent that they're informed. If an aspect of an opinion contradicts objective facts (like some presented in this thread do), then it's wrong.
It kind of depends on where you live and what kind of people you hang out with. For example, when I told my classmates I was agnostic, none of them really cared, despite it being a predominantly catholic country. However, that's obviously not the case everywhere.
I don't see how Styx is being particularly mean. He isn't putting her down because of her belief, he's putting her down because of her attitude, which is anything but desirable. It's kind of understandable considering she's so young, but we all have to learn that what we were told our whole life might not be true at some point. Personally, I think hell doesn't fit with the image of a good God, and to my knowledge, it doesn't even exist in the original Bible anyway. It mentions Gehenna, Tartarus, Hades, and Sheol, and none of them are described as a place of eternal suffering. This was, naturally, lost in translation. All that awaits non-believers is nothingness, which I'm perfectly fine with, since that's kind of what I expect to happen anyway. In that sense, non-christians don't stand all that much to lose. There's also kind of not a point to it. It's supposed to be a punishment, but what's the goal of any punishment? For you to learn something from it and be able to apply it to your life. That's why parents ground their children, why teenagers get sent to detention, why robbers are sent to jail, etc. But with hell, the punishment is infinite. There won't be any point for you to regret your sins and learn from your mistakes, because you'll just be there for all eternity anyway, with no chance to apply anything you learn from it. It's just punishment for the sake of punishing.
I'm pretty sure I'm wasting my time, but whatever: Maybe you could try being a little more open minded? Condemning people isn't helping you look any better. Instead of "I'm right and you're all wrong", maybe it should be "I think I'm right but that doesn't mean you're wrong and I'm open to the possibility that I'm wrong myself."
:v
Is it your time of the month?
lolwut .
I don't really have a problem with it, at least in principle. If someone is unhappy about the way he/she looks, I think the individual should have the right to do something about it. Pursuit of happiness and all that. That's not to say I'd automatically agree with every plastic surgery operation, though.
Personally, I'm agnostic. I hold the belief it's probably not possible to prove or disprove anything supernatural, but being unfalsifiable as such, it is a bit implausible, and I'm naturally skeptical and uniclined to believe it. My general views are pretty liberal. I'm against the illegality of abortion, am for secularism, see nothing wrong with sex before marriage, etc. also lol arguing with twelve year old christian kids on the internet
Sums up the thread pretty well.
I can't really say I remember experiencing the sensation. I don't really make much of an effort to stand out, but I end up doing so a little due to things like my odd sitting habits and such. I don't mind being ignored, but being noticed/having company is okay too.
I see myself as being more of a champagne guy.
You'll be staying either way.
thanks and cool beans dood
